In my quest to find the best sugarist in North County, I came across this sugaring beauty salon in North Inland. Over the phone, I can tell the owner was super friendly. She was very understanding and flexible with my appointment which I appreciated a lot. Come to find out, the method she used on me was different from what I'm used to. She used the waxing strips to remove the sugar when I'm used to a sugarist using her hand which is my preference. Plus, the hand technique for hair removal helps to grab the hair from the root and is the usual standard in an official sugaring studio. This important information was left out of the description of services - being advertised as sugaring. Traditional sugaring is completely different from waxing. The two shouldn't be mixed in my opinion. read more

I only put one star because I can not write a review without it. Out of all the years I have been getting Brazilian waxes, I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed in a woman. Not only did she not give me my service I had already purchased but she was very rude and blocked me as I politely asked for help with making an appointment. I don't understand online I apologized for that numerous times, I don't think she liked that. I would never recommend this poor customer service/ care provider. The parking spots are numbered, which threw me off. I didn't want to park and have my vehicle get towed but I learned you can park in any numbered spot. Now on to the stylist, Rodrigo. Rodrigo is super sweet and welcoming. When asked what I wanted in a haircut I explained that my hair is naturally curly but I often wear it straight so I just wanted a trim and nothing too short. Finally - I found my salon! Rodrigo is an absolute sweetheart! He is the fourth hairstylist that I've been to in the past two years. He was so great at advising about hair style and hair care. Pam was very nice and knowledgeable about sugar waxing, she has been making her own wax for years. She took her time and did portion by portion. She did not rush the process.
