I came here despite looking at the reviews. I've came her twice for pedicures and they were ok. I was excited to go again to now get glitter gel set on my nails and A gel pedicure! The guy was very rough when filing down on my nails I felt him even filing down on my skin with his machine. And rarely do I ever feel it on my skin when getting my nails done anywhere so It seemed very intentional. And he kept going the whole time being very rough, it was very obvious, even when moving a nail to get to another nail and never once said sorry or my bad. He was not being gentle whatsoever and on the picture down below is the nail that he dug on the side way too much and proceeded to file down harder with the filer which hurt even more. I realized he also painted over it with the gel polish. And my fingernails are extremely sore right now. I don't think I'll ever go back especially after paying 97 for this type of work. Ive never felt this unsatisfactory from any other place especially because they were my birthday nails and the everything was painful. read more

Do not come to this salon, they do terrible job the owner so rude and disrespectful. They forced you to pay cash so at the end of the year they don't have to report tax. read more

I'm... shooketh. Read the reviews so figured we'd give this place a go. Worst.decision.ever! Our fingers are bleeding, the shape Is horrendous, and the paint looks atrocious. Wouldn't recommend. I tried this place because it's so close to work and I thought that I could get in and out for a gel mani on my lunch break... wrong. The lady that did my Nails was slow and clumsy, but at least she was nice, although I was really turned off when she was drilling me about why I don't have kids and when I was going to have them The polish isn't smooth on a few nails and the tips are already chipping, and all for $5 more than I usually pay. Should have stuck with my usual place! read more

I am giving a three star because they always get the job done. It's overpriced though and they aren't consistent it's like one time I go in the next time it's a bad job. It seems like they always rush to get people in and never take care of the customers that they're already working on. I've been a loyal customer coming there for probably about seven months and they still haven't gotten it right I haven't been anywhere else as well. I forgot to get a stamp last time the lady didn't remind me and I told them and they still wouldn't give me another stamp. That just kind of set me off because they know I'm a frequent regular and that just makes me sad that they wouldn't trust my word. I don't think I will ever come here again which I am sad because it is by my house. I just rather spend the same amount of money else where and be loyal to people that actually care about regulars. Also- Andy said (AFTER he finished with clear coat)- Do you want third coat? Why didn't you ask me if I wanted third coat before you put TWO layers of clear coat.. read more

They have a few improvements to make. Customer should always leave happy and two out of three of us were angry and disappointed.

Clean place I'll give them that but service wasn't the best. Manicure and pedicure took over an hour with two different people working on me. Don't waste your time or money! read more

I came here because it said 20% off. I was like heck yeah. I made an appointment. I had Andy do my nails. He said my previous nail job was trash, in which I've been going to the same gal for years and never received such a comment. He said he was going to make my nails looks realistic. He said the design was on the house on my nails. Andy made my ring fingers a very unique design and thought that was nice of him. I then got my eyebrows waxed which was simple and easy. Then got my toes done. The prices for the spa pedicure was very pricey. I chose the cheapest one since I wasn't trying to spend an arm and a leg. I was offered wine and accepted. It tasted like cranberry juice but I gladly drank it up. It was an ok pedicure, nothing extravagant. The place is beautiful. It is very bedazzled. I would love to come here but their prices are stupid high. For a REGULAR gel fill and 1 nail fix, a eyebrow wax and a basic pedicure was $105. With the "20%" it was $84. Wow. And I was expecting MAX $60 and then with the discount maybe $50. And then Andy is standing there and asked, " where is my tip?" Your tip is in that 84 bill I just got. All in all, this place is mediocre. I wouldn't come back again. I will continue to go to my gal I've been going to for years. I walk out of my spot happy, with any design/shape I want for $30, plus I always tip my girl. My tip to Andy is to not overcharge on basic product. read more

Ignore my ugly hands please! Lol. Andy was truly amazing and so kind. He did my manicure and pedicure. Also super gentle!! I received a wonderful stone massage on my legs once we were done. I don't understand how they aren't super busy, please go check them out and ask for Andy! read more

First time here-- got a spa pedicure with gels and my daughter got a gel full set with nail art. I did read through some of their reviews prior to going in, but since it was so close decided to give it a try. Had a great experience-- super clean and friendly staff-- PLUS our nails look great. One last thing-- i was pleasantly surprised how affordable the prices were. Usually i am a bit apprehensive to go to a drop in nail salon just because i feel when you are finished you end up with $75 service that was supposed to cost $50 on the menu. read more

I came in for a pedicure and a acrylic nails. The young girl who did my pedicure cut my big toe with the scraper . It was painful as she was cleaning under the nail and the next day my skin was cut. The guy "manny" or Lenny who did my manicure burned my skin with the buffer tool. I did complain the next day on their voice mail but they never had the decency to call me back to apologize. DO NOT GO to this nail salon. They are not experienced and they are over priced. Bad experience. If they could have called and made things right with maybe a complimentary fill or gave me partial refund or even an apology, but they don't care read more

Just showed up today for a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and a clear gel top coat. Not only did the eyebrow wax suck, but they were very unwelcoming. The girl i had was sympathetic to the bad job done on the brows and started plucking by hand. (Wish I truly appreciated). The pedicure was the one great thing because they use hot stones during the message and the polish job was great. I did not like how I was treated when it came to payment & send off. The male nail tech was very rude. I previously thanked my women nail tech but when I tipped her $13 and nobody said thank you or have a nice day. Wouldn't recommend going here. I will never be back. read more

It was so-so. Very clean, new and Friendly staff. However prices are very high and not worth the quality. I Splurged and got a gel manicure very sloppy brush strokes were very visible. read more

Andy took care of me, and did a great job. He really took his time to make my nails look symmetrical and even. The place was very clean, ambiance was nice. I also really liked another lady that prepped my nails, I didn't catch her name, but she was very friendly. I deducted one star because of the price; I had a 20% off coupon, but still had to pay $40, which means it would have been $50 without the coupon. A bit more than I'm used to paying. On this site under "Services," it states $35 for dip powder nails, which is what I got. They did have to remove my old powder nails and put 2 coats of gel (which I did not ask for), so not sure how the price came out to $50 before the coupon. Also, I was charged a $2.50 fee for using the ATM even though there's a sign posted for only a 50 cent charge. Ugh. read more

I went here for the first time yesterday and absolutely loved it! It was very clean and professional inside and they use a quick and easy online check in system. They were quick to acknowledge and greet me. I got a dip fill and Andy did awesome. Sometimes dip powder can be hard to do but Andy was quick and detail oriented. It was average priced (38 for the dip fill). Very very impressed I will be coming back here!! Ask for Andy!! read more

ZOOM IN ON PHOTOS!!! My gel manicure started chipping after 1 day. Not thinking it was a big deal, I went back after 2 days to get 3 fingers fixed. Thinking that the lady would remove the old polish to start over completely, I was surprised when she scraped it off then added polish on top. Then she started to file my hand that did not need any retouch and added layers to that all while accidentally cutting me then ignoring the cut. The following photos were taken immediately after I got into my car... I understand that things can go wrong while being a nail technician, but these were too many careless mistakes made, and I left unsatisfied. read more

Okay I came in and started out okay gave her my color and came out absolutely terrible. None of my nails are the same length my left hand is super short and right is very long. She gave me the wrong color and the paint is still on the skin around my nails. Along with that my nails aren't the same shape as the rest. Have been trying to reach them but will not call me back. read more

I wanna do 0 stars but I can't...Worst place I ever been to. If you get the man just leave he's aggressive, rough, and terrible attitude. His set lasted 4 days and then he yelled at me for it. I've had acrylics for 7 years and both of my sets from them snapped from my real nail to the acrylic tip within days. I went back to get them fixed and they were so RUDE. I will not be going back, not to mention my FILL was 60$. Horrible horrible horrible nail salon. I recommended going to any other place or even doing them yourself. read more

Great service! Viet was very friendly, welcoming, and answered all my questions. Will be back soon.

Andy, Tina, and Christy did a great job on our pedicures and gel manicure. The nail salon is brand new with beautiful lighting and peaceful spa music. The massage chairs are excellent and manicure chairs comfy. Very large selection of nail polish. Andy did my gel manicure and I am happy with the results (see photo). He was quick and efficient and I love getting gel done as fast as possible because I hate sitting too long for nails. Tina is so friendly and sweet. She took care of my pedicure and did a great job. Christy gave my mother a pedicure and was sweet and caring, my mom is happy with the results. Definitely going back. read more

My boyfriend and I went to get manicures and pedicures but they were constantly hurting us with both their filing and massaging. They only cared to take about 30 minutes on my boyfriend and I had to remind them that he also wanted a manicure. They were rushing with us and I genuinely did not feel like we got out moneys worth. I had yanked my hand away multiple times due to them filing my skin. I also had to literally fix my own gems on my nails nails before letting them fully set because the lady was not understanding what I had wanted and left them looking all wonky. read more

The environment is great and the chairs are awesome and your choices for pedicures is endless which I loved but this is the 3rd time I've got my nails done there and again for the 3rd time my gel came off within 24hrs and by the 2nd day they've all peeled right off. It's so frustrating! I've tried coming back the next day only to be told they are too busy to fix it. So no matter how pretty the ambience is don't WASTE your money! So not worth it. Worst manicure jobs ever. read more

I got a dip gel manicure. It was painful. They were super rough with both the emery board and their cuticle scissors. They nicked me with both. I actually asked for a regular gel manicure and they pushed me into the dip. I've had a dip done before in Atlanta and it was not rough at all so I do have something to compare this to. I asked them to please calm down. They did not calm down. They got glue under all of my fingernails and pulled and picked it off with cuticle scissors. They made me change seats at least four times.  To top it all off, the clear too coat started peeling off within 24 hours. I won't be back. read more

Great service. Very clean and friendly staff. Have gone here for over a year. They have every color and there's no drama. Highly recommend!

i had to get up and leave. The person next to me left first - we waited for over an hour with remover on our nails. Nail techs were rude, just left us sitting with no help or instruction. Plus all the tools were just pulled out of a box marked clean tools and dirty old towels on the stations. Not good - they actually charged me $10. Happy to pay it and leave. Do Not Use This Salon. read more

Worst experience ever. I got a pedicure and dip manicure. I actually asked for a regular gel manicure and they pushed me into the dip. They told me it would last 3 weeks and better for my nails. Andy yanked and twisted my fingers and hands. He was rough with the dremel tool, emery board and their cuticle scissors. They nicked me with both. They did not massage my hands and arms like most nail salons. It was not a relaxing experience. I have never been to a place where the client changes chairs so many times. They made me change seats at least three times.  When I got home, I started noticing the top coat was uneven and pitted on all but 2 of my nails; however I left for vacation the next day so could not go back immediately. While I was gone, the top coat started coming off less than a week. Since they were rushing the top coat was not smooth, so when the nail grew out a bit is left ragged edges that would snag on my hair and clothes. Despite my original experience, I decided to give them a chance to fix the situation. When I explained my dissatisfaction with the work done, Andy just looked at me and said the nails were acceptable. He couldn't see the pits and rough edges as well as the top coat wearing off . He reluctantly and roughly removed the top coat off of only select nails. I explained the others were bad as well, Andy argued again. He was very condescending and rude. He had to prove what an awesome job he did the second time, he insisted I look at the nails with him glaring at me to challenge him. I just wanted to leave. Where was the customer service? or apology that I had to come back because they did such a poor job? I don't usually write reviews but this was so maddening I had to write it. I won't be back. read more

I was excited to have a nail salon close to my work, but my first experience was disappointing. I gave them a second chance and again, very disappointed. Each time I had a mani/pedi, and the man who did my mani was rude, pushy, and very rough on my nails. The ladies who provide the pedicures do a decent job. It is a plus that they use a new file and buffer with each client, but the poor treatment from the man who appears to be in charge isn't worth your money--plenty of other salons who treat you with respect and are grateful for your business. read more

This place is new and clean BUT terrible service and skills!! Very painful as well!! They are not kind. He kept pulling my finger really bad and twisting my arm ! I was sweating NO AC on for customers when it's 90 outside!!?!?No wonder it wasn't busy!! Customers comfort is not important to them obviously. I decided to get my nails done here because the salon looked great, it was close to my house, and they were offering 20% off. I got a gel manicure which was nothing special. When I went to pay, the receipt there was a space for me to write in the tip, so I did. Then the guy got mad at me and asked for a cash tip. I explained that I wrote it on the line for the tip. He asked me for cash again, and when I told him I didn't have extra cash for a tip, he reached over to my wallet and said he saw a 20! I told him that I needed that cash for my son, and he rudely told me to bring cash next time! Too bad there will never be a next time!!! read more
