I came in the other day for a pedicure with my sister and niece, and honestly... my pedicure was over before theirs even really got started. My feet were barely soaking for maybe three minutes, and the water was almost overflowing because my tech wasn't paying attention. There was no cuticle work done, and the callus removal felt more like a quick cameo than an actual service. For the price, I definitely left feeling like I didn't get my money's worth. The staff was kind and the salon itself is super clean, which I appreciate, but I really miss the old management and the level of service they provided. I booked an appointment for a same day pedicure on Mother's Day and was very grateful to be accommodated. Unfortunately, this was one of the most half a** pedicures I've ever received. I selected the most basic classic pedicure which was fine with the exception of callus removal. I walk around barefoot a lot so my big toes needed some help and my technician didn't even address that area. Literally paid $35 for someone to ONLY remove my nail polish and paint them again half assed. Water was ice cold, towel was scorching. I called Blinials for a nail acrylic removal and they told me I can come in as soon as I can. Tina was very welcoming and helped me with this service. I then proceeded to get a manicure and pedicure with callus removal with another nail lady. During the callus removal, a nail lady was filing my feel but ended doing the back of my feet causing a hot spot. The lady did not notice until I pointed it out. Additionally the nail polish on my feet was not good. You can see how uneven the polish was. The experience was great at first but the quality of work was not good. read more

I am on the hunt for a new nail place and found Blinails on here and they had a lot of great reviews. They were extremely responsive. Got an appt same day 90 min later. WIN WIN! Kim and Mindy did my nails and were very sweet. They did a nice job. I upgraded my pedi and it was worth it. I wish it was a tad more spa like in there. I was set next to a closet that was opened so my view was of the waterheater an a man sitting in the closet. Also during my pedi one of the workers used my pedi tube to fill up a mop bucket. Had a really nice first experience here! My husband bought me a gift card for Mother's Day. I'm leaving the country in a couple days for a wedding and they were able to get me a same day apt for a gel pedi & gel X mani. It was pretty busy when I went in but they still made sure I wasn't waiting too long at all. Kim did my nails, I showed her an inspo picture that matched the dress I'm wearing and she knocked it out of the park! They're beautiful and she took her time on the design. The pedi was good too. This place is 1 minute from my house and what a shame! Their 5 star reviews are a lie. The receptionist is very pleasant. After that it's all downhill. My gel manicure chipped the next morning. They applied the wrong colors from what I selected. The guy didn't scrub my heels and massage even though part of the service. When I got to the front desk to pay, the pleasant receptionist put on her other face and slapped me with $100+ bill. Said "I'm actually doing you a favor". What now? Bloody hell! That was the roughest most brutal manicure I have ever experienced. I left bleeding with the skin around my nails filed off. The young man that did the manicure was so rough. It was like he was taking out a decade of aggression on a nail file and my fingers. I had to stop him multiple times to let him know he was hurting me. During the massage, he was pinching my skin so hard I felt like it was intentional; squeezing In between the muscle of my thumb and my pointer finger to the point where he was shaking. I pulled my hand back and said enough. This felt like a form of torture. The manicure does look good, however, it was a very painful process, leaving me with bloody cuticles and skin. He was rude but I felt compassion for him as he must be an angry young man. I left him a 20% gratuity. He grunted at me when he saw the gratuity, no thank you or comment. And I couldn't write gratuity on my credit card so I had to send it to him through Venmo because that is the Salon policy. Most certainly will never be back - look at how bloody my fingers are! And sending Venmo gratuity after I have already paid with a credit card is not a convenient process. Gratuity should be something that can be added onto the credit card like most businesses we frequent. read more

I hate that I'm leaving this review because I really wanted to like this place, but I've been here three times and two of those times I had to come back to fix a Gel X nail that popped off within 1-2 weeks. I've been getting Gel X for about 2 years now and the process here seems a bit rushed. I don't think they are allowing the nails to cure long enough. I've never had this issue before. Oh well... I'll continue my search. I can't justify paying $90/set (not including tip) and not get a solid set. read more

After requesting a fill , Sandy left my nails bubbly and uneven, when I asked her to fix it , she did but to my surprise, charged me extra when it came time to pay to fix what she didn't get right in the first place. I reaaaally hate to be this person, but my experience was so awful I can't imagine somebody else going and getting ripped off like I did.... First things first. I had two nail techs cancel on me for "family emergencies" the day before my birthday, and really wanted to get them done prior to today so I wanted to give a salon a chance once again since I figured what could be so bad....i should've just been patient and saved my money. I came across this place because I saw it was close by to me and they had 5 stars. Their work looked good so I tried to see if they could accommodate me last minute which they were able to. So I said okay cool awesome! I asked for a pedicure, didn't get asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. The gal doing my feet cut my toe, and I kid you not was trying to stop the bleeding my pressing down on my toe with the towel and throwing acetone on it to stop the bleeding the entire time. Mind you she was digging into my toe with her fingernail and clearly the bleeding wasn't stopping because she wouldn't stop pressing down and applying pressure on it. Overall the pedi experience was terrible but my toes came out OK. So I said to myself "hmmm that was the most shitty experience but my toes look fine so I'll keep my mouth shut" but then it got worse. The poor nail tech was very kind but my goodness my nails look horrible. I asked for something simple since I figured maybe they couldn't do the normal crazy designs I typically go for. I opted for a simple pink and glitter ombré and a white French tip outline. I usually get gel x and was glad to find a salon that did gel x. My nails came out crooked, the glitter gel bumpy and uneven, and honestly I just was not satisfied with the experience what so ever. So come to pay, and then when I hear the total I almost had a heart attack. $125 for this crap?!? Are you kidding me?!? Not even my nail tech charges that much for something as basic as what I got!!!! Talk about a rip off. I have never paid that much for shitty service (even for great service!) in my life, and I had never had such a terrible experience at a salon like that. I am very disappointed because my birthday is tomorrow and I'm quite embarrassed about my nails... my toe is in pain from it getting cut and getting it burnt by acetone and all the pressure from the pedicurist's nail pressing down on it and I am more mad at myself for not being patient and waiting until the following week to do my nails with my nail tech. Now I am out of $125, have a hurt toe and crappy gel x nails. I'd love to dispute or even better just plain get a full refund of my service but doubt I'd win a dispute over something like this. Sorry for the long rant but my experience was so horrible and I am extremely disappointed since I was looking forward to getting a relaxing pedicure and a nice set of birthday nails for my birthday tomorrow. I will never come back here again, and highly suggest not coming here especially if you're trying to pay $125 for shitty service. read more
