Don't bother making an appointment---it's pointless & they look at you like a "deer in the headlights" when you walk in and say you have an appointment. They sent a follow-up text 2 weeks later, which I liked, so I called and made an appointment. When I showed up, they all look shocked and didn't know who I was, didn't remember I had an appointment, and looks like they had just taken 2 walk-ins. I guess they value walk-ins more than a regular customer???? I waited a while, and then just was going to go somewhere else, but then the one lady took me. She rushed through my manicure and pedicure so fast, and the massages were bad & super fast. My pedicure looks so awful and the nails are so rough and will probably snag. I even pointed out the toes and she even went back to clean them up, but they just look awful. I had to pay like $48 for this???!!! I feel ripped off, and I just can't believe how much they rushed me and I'm the one that had the appointment? Are you rushing me to pamper your walk-ins? They are running this business pretty badly and I will not come back. They need to remember that there are dozens and dozens of nail salons everywhere, so you need to do better. You are insane! Lies! Your lady was wiping gel constantly on the sides before I put them under the light. She clearly HAD NO IDEA HOW TO USE BUILDER GEL. it is supposed to be rolled on not brushed 50 strokes and then wiped with her own fingernail! Use a tool for Gods sake. And you DONT put primer (acid) on a second time after I wash my hands. You can swipe with alcohol to prep. I literally washed my hands because I was bleeding. If you didn't glue the tip to my skin you wouldn't have had to file it and CUT ME! DON'T MAKE EXCUSES FOR YOUR TERRIBLE SKILLS. read more

I'm sorry but a $6 charge per service if you use a credit card screams shady business. We came in for two spa pedicures which were $58 each(we got the Signature Pedicures) which lasted about 35 minutes. The service was decent as far as massage and the extras went; nothing special by any means. Cold water, my toe was cut in two places and my polish is smudged... Bad Bad Bad Service and Customer service. I've given this place about 3 times to redeem themselves. The last service I came in for I was just getting a simple French polish nothing else not a complete manicure. A polish change if you will.... I wish I would have taken a picture but it was my birthday and I just wanted to hurry to another salon to get them painted but just decided not to. It threw my day off for sure. Offered to pay her for my time, but she threw a cotton ball filled with acetone at me and it splashed when it hit me hand and shirt. So after the polish dried she made the line thicker with the skinny line brush making it look like a had a road bump in the center of each nail . I was being fair I just said I'm so sorry but these are super messy I'm glad to pay you for your time and then she threw the acetone filled cotton ball. And proceeded to ignore me so I just left. Would not recommend at all! I got my nails done evening before a trip a while ago. I was extremely disappointed. $50 for this. And destroyed nails! I showed the lady the nails I wanted, and she emphasized she could do it exactly like the photo and that she does that style all the time. I explained, only if she can do the nails like the photo I wanted if not I would get a simple Gel color, and that I had to leave for a trip the next day. She emphasized she could do it identical. I don't think I will ever come back here, from the reviews I expected the service and job to be done much better. I had made an appointment several days before to get a full set and a kids mani-pedi. Once I got there, it took almost half an hour for them to get to us. After that, they didn't seem even a bit happy to be attending us. The kids mani-pedi chipped almost immediately. So I waited 5 min. and a lady came in and took me right away. While looking at their prices I noticed they charge anywhere from 2-5 dollars more if you use your credit or debit card. A gel pedicure basically cost me $55 when it's usually $40 somewhere else with tip included. It was so embarrassing trying to use Apple Pay too because I kept telling them to get my phone near the station and then I had then I had to do face recognizing to authorize it... but they kept trying to do it without my face authorization and they kept the station down at the desk. This salon had good reviews so I was expecting better. I probably got the new technician because I had a mixed experience. Signature service mani and pedi the products and massage were great. Also very happy about their extra pandemic precautions. Where the technician fell short was cutting my nails very short and uneven both my hands and toes. Didn't have my glasses on, so couldn't see until all was done. She should have checked before doing that and she didn't seem to understand much English. Big toes cut round and dangerously short so that could become ingrown. Manicure polish was done horrible. Bubbles and runs on every nail from thick application. Technician didn't check on me after drying and I had to find her. Then she just slopped on another coat and put me back to dry. Since that didn't fix the situation and I couldn't find her, I left to go home and do my own polish. Since I'd already given her a 40% tip pre- polish that was a big disappointment-- she didn't even check on me. Salon was very busy Sunday. They took a lot of walk ins. Maybe better on a quiet day. Hey, I'm disappointed with this business. First of all, this was the first time I was ever there. Two people did my nails; the first lady seemed angry as she did my toes. She seemed not to like me without even knowing me. Her attitude did not change throughout the process. I wondered what her problem was with me. The Second Lady did my nails. She did a nice job so it seemed. She was pleasant except that she went too close on the manicure causing cuts and eventually hang nails. I was in pain for two days. In two days the topcoat began to come off. I called and they invited me to go back and have it fixed. The lady that did them in the first place was busy so the one that did my toes fixed them. She still had a bad attitude and blamed me for the top coat coming off. She said I did not ask for gel and so oil was put on my nail before the gel. She filed into the acrylic and put a top coat on. Two days later, it's pealing off again. A hundred dollar cost. Need to find another nail shop. I last went to a place. The service was awesome, the techs were friendly and no pain felt. My nails lasted for four weeks with no issues. It's in another state so I can't go back there for now. read more
