Chiloe thinks she's professional because she has money, and grew up spoon fed with a silver spoon. Only hires girls with a stick up their ass & accommodates wealthy, rude, ignorant people. Chiloe hires people who don't know what they're doing and learn off of YOUTUBE videos just like her employee SIY HARPER will ruin your natural lashes, not follow lash map, and do whatever she knows how to do expecting you to be satisfied. And when you're not a question her shitty ass placement of lashes that are on TOP of your eyelash lid (the skin) causing all your natural lashes to fall off & never grow back again properly. Chiloe's response was "I'm not allowed back at this location" due to her employees screw up, not only that I was also threatened for police to be called due to Siy not being able to handle constructive criticism, then she should NOT be in this field. Since this has happened Siy has been stalking all my social medias, and I have screenshots of that as well. I will continue to document this stalking, I will be reporting Gypsy Lashes for their complete lack of professional conduct. Notice how Chiloe won't response to this complaint, she chooses to ignore it, thinking I'll just go away. I won't. I don't wear makeup (because I suck at putting it on, lol), so my eyebrows have always been the statement piece on my face. Over the last year, I've had some awful experiences with eyebrow waxing gone wrong, which left me a little scared to do anything with my brows. I did the Gypsy Brow, and it is my first experiencing with tinting and lamination, and I couldn't be more happy. Soo I have loved lashes forever and have had them a couple times. Every time I have had them I have had retention issues and irritated eyes until I found Gypsy Lashes. Madison is a god send. My lashes look just as good at 2 weeks as they do when I walk out after a fill. The studio is so cute and I felt so comfortable from my first visit. They have little lashes on sticks that you can hold up to your eyes to make sure you like the color, length and type you are choosing. I had the worst experience with Haze. Her placement is all over the place. NOT Symmetrical at all. My extension twisted constantly. Feel out in one week time with my natural lashes. I'm so upset beyond words. I've had them done for two years and I'm a hair stylist for 33years so I know how to care for them. And I know about a good job and a carelessly preference. She charges top prices for and very inexperienced Technitian. Horrible job. This pic is 9 days after she did then and I normally get them filled 3 to 31/3 weeks because I take care of them so well and have had people whom know what their doing. I was trying to find a place closer to home so that's why I tried Gypsys lashes. I'll be driving to Salona beach again. One more thing she was recommended by the person booking my appointment. I said that I'm looking for an experienced technician and so if that their idea of experienced technician don't waste you money and time. Amazing experience! The place is decorated beautifully. I got my first set of lash extensions with Brianna, and I'm in love with them. Brianna reached out to me prior to the appointment regarding any preparation, and the service was relaxing. I had a pillow beneath my knees and for my head, and there was music playing in the background. She had sample lashes and helped me find the perfect fit for me, combining what I liked from two different lash samples. She even gave me a blanket when I got cold, and made sure that I was alright several times throughout the service. I'm beyond amazed with the lashes! She even followed up with the aftercare instructions and made sure to let me know that I can reach out if I have any questions. She made it a comfortable and fun experience from beginning to end. My brows came out EXACTLY how I wanted them. Even better if that's possible. Keep in mind I I have thin eyebrows for the most part and originally wanted to microblade for this reason. However, the reason I wanted them done was because my aunt was getting married in a couple days and I wanted to look nice for the wedding. So I asked Ruth what I should do and she said gypsy. As nervous as I was, I trusted Ruth because I mean have you seen the brows she does?! & Madison, always looking flawless like how could I not trust her? I was getting compliments left and right all night!!! I actually gave Ruth's business Instagram to at least 20 people that day and was even complimented at the dispensary a week later and referred her to Ruth.
