My daughter bought me a groupon for my birthday because I've been DYING for eyelash extensions…read more With the help of groupon and yelp she found Lash Mi and purchased a classic full set with a fill for a fabulous deal. We reached out to schedule an appt. and they were able to get me in for my extensions on the exact day/time that I preferred (which was within 2 days of reaching out to them). They were very accommodating and truly expressed care for my time. I received reminder/confirmation texts which were super helpful. When I arrived; parking was a breeze, the studio was super easy to find, the inside of Lash Mi was inviting (decorated so beautiful, awesome music playing), and I was promptly greeted by my lash stylist (Katie). She asked me some questions regarding my history with lashes, my expectations, and then got right to work. She was so delicate it was actually relaxing (I woke up to myself snoring a few times!!). When she finished and showed me my lashes I WAS BEYOND PLEASED; she exceeded my expectations. To conclude that appt. I scheduled a follow up fill but this time with Catt (the owner), she's fabulous (she offered my daughter a beverage and updated her throughout my appt. while she waited for me). In the past, I've had weird reactions to either eyelash glue or the material itself but had ZERO negative reaction to the work that was done by Katie. I decided that I would like to go a little longer for my fill; so at my appt. with Catt, I expressed my new hopes for my lashes and YET AGAIN my expectations were exceeded. Catt and Katie are truly the best of the best, they're knowledgeable, hardworking, and it's very apparent that they LOVE what they do. So I been doing my extension lashes with Amanda for at least a couple of years. She was…read morerecommended by one of my co workers. Throughout the time, there are a few incident of her customer services on how she talks to me seems off and rude. However, I ignored it. Her quality of her work was good when i started and I stayed with her for a couple oF years. Starting last year and this year, her quality of her services been lacking and making excuses of why lashes kept falling off so quickly. It was after 3-4 days, I noticed half of my lashes were off. She used a "bonding agent" on my lashes, and it seems as it was workign. And then she stoppped for whatever reason. I had talked to my other co workers as we also are Havign the same issues with her. My co workers even told me that she wouldn't even put bonding agent on them Even after they told her about the problems as she was trying not to use too much of her materials. There are multiple incidents that I have to wait extra 10 minutes for her to finished her previous clients before my service starts. So the last booking I had with her, I mentioned I would be late for 10 min, since she called me to reschedule the night before since she was sick. So she asked me if I can come in tomorrow and I said yes. It was a Last minute rescheduling from her and I told her I would be late fOr 10 minutes. I got there 8 minutes late. She did her work. And I did felt my lashes weren't full as how it was before. I even asked her, should I give myself a rest of not havign extension so my lashes can grow. She told me ' no, keep coming, try to do it every 2 weeks' so after 3-4 days , half of my lashes were gone again , and I tried to be so extra careful of taking care of it the fact I know it wasn't full since the beginning. And I paid $75.00 and usually I tipped her, but the last two times I didn't because it was just off with her services. I texted her and I asked if it is because "WE" didn't use the bonding agent ( she didn't apply that time ) and she immediately got offended and texted me back that she doesn't do baby lashes ( which makes sense) AnD tHat I was late for 10 minutes therefore I don't get the full services PLUs " thanks for your thoughts this early mornin" I even ignored her attitude problems ( and she does it once awhile if you ask her questions about her work or anything with schedules) I explained to her to let me know how me being 10 affected my lashes and I rather pay extra for that extra 10 min since I drove 40 mins to her room. And I would take notes of it. And she responded unprofessionally telling me not to come back if I don't like her services and her work. This girl, instead of understanding and tryign to work with me professionally and guide me to understand the process . She gets butt hurt and have attitude problems with whatever she is going through. She doesn't really care about her clients or potentially losing them. I would not recommend anyone to go to her for the price she is charging plus her attitude and unprofessionalism manner. I don't usually go out there to write a review like this unless is necessary to protect others for paying $$-$$$$ and then get blame with an attitude with no solutions. Amanda is the most professional and talented lash artist I have ever been with. I used to get my lashes done before going to her, and they would fall out quickly and the quality would just not be as good. After going to Amanda, my lashes last weeks! And they feel clean and comfortable and full of volume! I get the volume set which are such good quality and Amanda does an amazing job at applying them! Amanda is always on time, and is always a pleasure to go and get my lashes done! It used to feel tedious before when I went to other lash artists, but Amanda keeps the conversation flowing and she is such a sweet person and she makes me feel so comfortable! Her studio is super clean, and she is taking covid precautions super seriously! I am amazed by her talent! I get endless complements about my lashes whenever I'm out or at work!
