I have gone other places and the lashes had been too heavy or irritated my eyes because of too plastic of a material. These lashes are lightweight and curve naturally. They aren't piling out your natural lash. So they stay longer. They sell lash wash and maintenance products as well. SERVICE: The first tech I went to was a junior and she wasn't great. I lost many of my lashes (almost all in a few days) but when I upgraded to a masters I started getting better service and my lash application stayed. the first one was pretty good and the 2nd one was fantastic. So basically I think a lot has to do with WHO is handling your services. My tech now explains the shedding process, and my lash type and MY growth cycle. Every 2 weeks for fills is perfect and keeps me looking good and on tip top shape. I have already recommended this place to 2-3 people. I've been wearing lashes for 16 years and had stopped for many years because my last couple of shops were horrible and balded my eyes. We reached out to schedule an appt. and they were able to get me in for my extensions on the exact day/time that I preferred (which was within 2 days of reaching out to them). They were very accommodating and truly expressed care for my time. I received reminder/confirmation texts which were super helpful. When I arrived; parking was a breeze, the studio was super easy to find, the inside of Lash Mi was inviting (decorated so beautiful, awesome music playing), and I was promptly greeted by my lash stylist (Katie). She asked me some questions regarding my history with lashes, my expectations, and then got right to work. She was so delicate it was actually relaxing (I woke up to myself snoring a few times!!). When she finished and showed me my lashes I WAS BEYOND PLEASED; she exceeded my expectations. To conclude that appt. I always start by telling them to ignore my brow tattoo (it's faded and uneven now)-- Yea shouldn't have. She asked if I trim them I said just a little bit. She hands me the mirror after and the tail to my brows was gone. I'm never one to speak up I usually just walk out in regret but I was not going to pay for now having a barely there tail. She tried to tell me she just trimmed them-- no, no you didn't. The ends of my brows grow upwards & I always look at my brow hairs before going in just in case & good thing I did because she swore she didn't take off the end it was from the trim. I told her the ends of my brows brow upwards too & she said no they don't???? This is my face??? I know how they grow??? She tried to offer to tint them, TINTING MY BROWS WILL NOT BRING BACK THE LITTLE HAIR I ACTUALLY GROW. Filling them in also doesn't help-- when the sun hits my face there's a clear texture difference. I even ask a stranger to check a minute after I walked out. She also tried to tell me to put olive oil? Be so fr bro, you gonna go buy me some olive oil or what?? And how long is till the olive oil makes them grow back?? Because again-- I HARDLY GROW BROW HAIR. Don't even get me started on all the little hairs shes missed bro wth. I could've f***ed up my brows at home and saved time driving here. The cherry on top is the uneven bottom part of the arches I have now too. I even took pictures of myself on the way there so here's song proof that-- 1. I did in fact have hair there 2. It does in fact grow upwards 3. She did in fact thread it off 4. The after pics don't happen from a little trim.
