This was my second time getting my eyebrows threaded at Noor's. I picked the right time to come, so wait at all! The experience from walking in the door til the end was fantastic. She asked about tinting my brows which I declined due to previous experience at waxing places. I wear very little makeup, so the tinting they did was dark and harsh. She let me know theirs was much lighter and to let her show me. I did and WOW, my brows had a slight pop. I ended up buying the tint. I should also mention she gave a little massage around my eyebrows and eyes, it was so smooth and satisfying...I think it may have loosened up my always stuffy sinuses!Didn't find out until I was paying, Noor was who took care of me. If I like the service provided by someone, I typically ask their name. I'll be back for regular eyebrow threading and will most likely book another service with her, probably a facial to start. Oh and the pricing is amazing. read more

I drive over 40 minutes to come to Noor's for my eyebrow threading! Found them on Groupon and I was absolutely hooked. I've been searching for a place in San Diego that can do threading properly (I've done it for years and first started in India). Noor(owner) is amazing! I grew out my eyebrows for about 2 months so i can have her create the exact brow shape i was wanting. She is so patient and listens to what you really want without making you feel rushed. Her threading spot is so beautiful and the vibe in there is so welcoming and warm. Highly recommend NOOR! She did what nobody else has been able to do for my brows. I have never been able to achieve a brow arch with any brow threader. I gave her minimal direction and just asked for an arch. She gave me the most beautiful shaped brows and earned my business for life. Thank you Ms. Noor! I think you should triple your pricing. I absolutely love this place I have tried places from Oceanside all the way down to the very bottom of Escondido and I've have never loved my brows more than when I get them done here. The customer service is impeccable everyone is so sweet. Normally I'm too shy to say if I want a different shape or something changed but I've never been more comfortable asking for something here. My friend from Laguna Hills even drives all the way down here to get her brows done. I love the way they tint my brows it looks like makeup any other place makes them look blocky and like sharpie but Noor's threading salon does it so perfect. I have never trust anyone more to work on my face this is the only place I will ever go. read more

The threading was quick and painless. A nice surprise to me was at the end of the service they apply aloe to sooth the skin but they also gave a light massage to work in the aloe. They have comfortable seating and cute decor. They also seem to sell small bags and jewelry. read more

I've been getting my eyebrows done here for about 6 months and it's been amazing. I moved to Vista from LA and I was worried about finding a quality threader but Noor's is exactly what I was looking for! If you prefer to go to independent places and threaders and not the large chains like me, Noor's will be the best option for you. I've been getting my eyebrows done for at least 10 years and Noor's is one of my favorite places. They do an excellent job at an affordable price l. This is my fourth time or so I believe getting my brows done here and since the first time i came here i knew this would be my new go to spot . There's usually never a wait which is just a really cool plus . What I love most is how good noor does my eyebrows . As much as I would want to gate keep this place I genuinely enjoy noors work and want her to get her flowers .shes not greedy for reviews she's very genuine and treats her client like family she remembers faces and always has kind genuine energy . I was greeted and directed to check in using the iPad. After checking in, I took a seat on the bench and didn't have to wait long before being called. I was then brought to seat number 2 with Liam. Liam was very nice and welcoming. He helped push in my chair and offered me the drink menu, which I declined. At first, I felt I may not have clearly communicated my idea, as I was unsure and trying to decide on a design. I was initially hoping for a pink cat-eye look with a French tip, but I probably should have shown a reference photo sooner to explain what I meant. During prep, he was a bit rough with cuticle removal, but I didn't say anything at the time. Once the acrylic process began, he checked in with me often to make sure I was happy with the shape and design. When I expressed that I wanted a pinker tone, he was very accommodating and redid my index finger so it matched better, which I appreciated. I did feel the acrylic ended up quite thick, as two beads were used. I asked about it and he confirmed it would be filed down later, so I trusted the process at that point. Liam was also helpful in bringing over different color options, and I appreciated his patience as I was quite indecisive. I showed him a reference photo for a pink sparlkly French tip, and he brought over several similar sparkly options, but none fully matched what I was describing. When I asked what he recommended or whether a simpler pink tone with a French tip could be done instead, another technician nearby immediately responded to me to "just choose a color," which felt dismissive right after I had shown the reference photo. That same technician frequently interjected into the conversation and often responded to my questions in a defensive tone. This made me feel uncomfortable and made it harder to communicate my preferences clearly. I was eventually left feeling overwhelmed and ended up settling for an iridescent cat-eye design. I do wish Liam had been a bit more proactive in offering suggestions or helping guide me through options, as I was unsure of what would work best. I also felt quite anxious during the appointment, and I usually go to nail salons as a way to relax and treat myself, so it was difficult to fully enjoy the experience when I felt pressured while asking questions. I do like how my nails turned out, although they are quite thick and I personally prefer a thinner finish. I really wanted to like this place because the color selection is good and the location is very convenient for me, but I'm still unsure based on this experience.
