I'm so glad I decided to take the chance because Karina, the owner, is by far one of the warmest & most caring providers I've come across! Located in the Sola Salon shared space, her & her place are immediately inviting, & you can tell she is really passionate about making her customers feel good and safe. Despite having a scheduled appointment, we ended up sitting and waiting for about 25 minutes. To make things worse, another customer walked in and was told they were next, as if my appointment and wait time didn't matter. At that point, we felt completely disregarded and decided to leave. It was very unprofessional and disappointing.
