I have been coming to this salon to get my toes done for the last 2 years and it has always been a…read moregood experience. But today was not good at all! I understand they were busy, however they told me I could sit down in a chair to wait for pedicure. I sat in the chair for 45 min before anyone came over. No one even put water in the bin for my feet to soak. I just sat in the chair. There was even a worker who was not working on anyone and walked by several times and did not take initiative to put water in my basin. Then some couple came in, and maybe they made an appointment, but they got helped right away. Sat down, water in their bins and everything before my pedicure had even started and I was there for 45 min before. Then the pedicure itself felt rushed and like they were just trying to get me out. Then the color I picked was running out so instead of having me pick a new color, she just painted anyway. The big toes ended up looking streaky and chunky because there was not enough polish for my toes to be done. Unfortunately I am too nice of a person to make a huge scene in a nail salon especially because other people are there for their services too but I felt it was warranted to write a review. I would be very hesitant to come back again because I feel like the customer service and quality of work was severely lacking. Im very very dissatisfied and I really wanted to ask for a discount because I did not get the experience or quality of work that I think was warranted for full price.
