As the weeks went on both sets of lashes settled to the same "height" and I no longer needed to keep my appointment. During the original appointment we talked about eyebrows and how I had an Ombre service done but how they're kind of faded now and how I wasn't happy with how thin they were. We talked about her eyebrow services and how I should grow my eyebrows out. So I did for 3 months. As California settles in for our 2nd lock down and the Salons/Spa's THIRD shutdown, I knew I had to try to get in to tame this circus. I hit up Dafne on Ig, she is super fast at responding, sent her pictures of my eyebrows and we scheduled an appointment. She cleaned up and reshaped my brows and tinted them. We decided to go a little thicker than normal and I am so glad we did. She brought me back to life. She will be my new go to. Her prices are right, her space is clean and her tint and lift products are CF and Vegan friendly. Plus I get my skin treatments and hair done all in the same vicinity, so it just works out well for me. Hopefully 3 weeks will go by fast and you all will be busier than ever! xo

I read body language for a living including hateful muttering. We walked in and it was a quite a vibe from the beginning and not a positive one. Be careful and pay attention, most people aren't observant. I don't want someone with attitude working on my part of my body especially my face. And, one is tripping if they think I'll let anyone treat my mom in such a manner. I told my mom, "we're not staying here, she has an attitude and I'm not letting anyone touch my face with attitude". Not sure why folks move to the U.S. and own a business (offering a service) to be disrespectful and rude. Get a clue - no wonder it was empty. Hopefully it's indicative of the customer service. If the gal today is the owner then she doesn't deserve to own a business. Period. We have tons of "multicultural friends", they don't act like her. There are many threading spots in North County and with really nice people. Pick one and go there, plus maneuvering in and out of this shopping center is a pain. Save the headache. Hope this helps.

I'm so glad I decided to take the chance because Karina, the owner, is by far one of the warmest & most caring providers I've come across! Located in the Sola Salon shared space, her & her place are immediately inviting, & you can tell she is really passionate about making her customers feel good and safe. During my first visit, I got eyebrow & upper lip threading & she did such an amazing job. She is extremely meticulous with her craft & she was also very thorough about explaining her thought process behind how she threaded my eyebrows afterwards.
