This is still my go to place! I've been quite a few times now and each time has been consistent with service and quality. Pricing is still very fair, especially for the quality of the service. Normally, I have a very nice lady. I'm assuming the owner? I'm not sure but she's always so sweet. She greets you and actually cares to talk to you. Today, NOT the case. I walked in, no one was there. Then someone comes out on the phone talking (she has an ear piece in), says hi? Like I was interrupting her. She then didn't say anything to me. NOTHING. She just talked on the phone the entire time and tapped my face when to hold my brows and let go. When she was done she just handed me the mirror. Didn't wipe off my face or anything. I had the little hairs everywhere I couldn't even tell what was still attached to my brows. So I wiped my face and I asked her to fix an area. She was SO rough. Felt like she was cutting my eyelid. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had at a place. Do better. read more

I had my eyebrows done today and the technician messed them up. One side is over-threaded, lopsided and my eyebrow looks droopy. The other side has a noticeable bald spot and looks a little better but not by much. Overall, my eyebrows looked way better before they got threaded. I've been here before and had my eyebrows threaded by a different tech who did an awesome job. Today's experience was subpar. I did mention that my eyebrows were messed up but they tried to convince me that they were fine. They're not fine. My eyebrows are totally uneven and look like someone took a razor to them and shaved them uneven. read more

So so so disappointed. I've been coming here for a few months & today will be the last day. I got my brows done the last 2 times by one of the ladies there, she wears glasses. I'm a esthetician of 19 years and I still love to have someone else do my brows . I'm very picky and love how my brows looks when Suman does them . She listens to how thin or thick I want and puts a beautiful shape into them . The threading she does is not uncomfortable and she remembers me every time . Recommended this place to someone dear to me, resulting in a bad experience. - Staff was unhygienic!! 1) After accepting cash they don't disinfect their hands once they go with a new customer. 2) A threading spool dropped to the ground and picked it up and placed it on their set up again without disinfecting. - They left threaded hairs all over customers face without cleaning properly. Customer arrived on sunday evening when there was only one individual staff, - everything was rushed with attitude. I'd been here a handful of times with happy results, but last time I came in (toward end of August) was not so good. It had to have been someone training that broke skin in several places while doing my brows. Someone had to step in and help. I'm okay with training, but they didn't even acknowledge it and I should have said something at the time but didn't. Paid full price and left. read more

I've been here several times previously and have been satisfied, but the lady who just did my eyebrows ensured I will never come back. She was rude, rough, sloppy, and rushed me in and out of the chair. Didn't even clean up between my eyebrows. I was so shocked I just paid and left. Find somewhere else with better customer service. read more

I requested my eyebrow to be defined to the natural shape. The Girl didn't understand me and just clean the fuzz, i say this because she ask the other lady. And they aren't welcoming at all. I came to this location yesterday afternoon 03-28-25 around 3:40pm-4:00pm to get my eyebrows threaded and upon arrival there was two women one seemed older and the other a bit younger. No greetings were given, the middle aged woman instructed me to have a seat and did not wipe down her station or her hands after previously attending another customer. She started my eyebrows very heavy handedly and in the mist of threading my eyebrow she pulled on a few of my scalp hairs without saying a word, not even an apology, literally just acted like it didn't happen. Once she was done she put the mirror to my face with a bunch of my eyebrow hairs in my eyes therefore I was unable to even see and then asked if I wanted gel. Once I paid, no words were said from her part beside cash or card and I still tipped despite it all but I will not be coming back, reading the other low rated reviews I wonder if we're dealing with the same woman and how she is still employed with horrible customer service skills and bedside manner. After all that my eyebrows came out so uneven in length and width. I understand as humans we have bad moments;days, I've worked in the customer service field for so long but that is no excuse to provide unacceptable; mediocre service. read more

my friend brought me here a few months ago. I always go to different places and they always mess up my eyebrows. I don't understand how this place has 4 1/2 stars. The lady that helped me at 10 AM on October 9 had a heavy hand, she smelled bad, didn't listen, and snagged on my fresh cartilage ear piercing with the thread. Awful experience, she was rude and just trying to rush to get through clients. My eyebrows were done very poorly, due to her rushing and not listening to what I wanted and I still was expected to pay full price. I don't think I will ever be returning beware of the services you're paying for read more

Love this place! Affordable - only $8 before tip. Reliable, I personally always preface that I just want a clean up to keep my natural shape. Quick - takes maybe 5 min so even if there is a line, it's not bad at all! Highly recommend coming here for your eyebrows. I haven't had my eyebrows done since the pandemic began, so I was wayyyyyy over due. I was getting used to the wild, unruly look, but I felt like it was probably time for me to clean up the stray hairs. I'm one of those people who never truly realizes how badly their eyebrows need to get done until I get them done, and the difference is a lot more noticeable than I'd care to admit. In any case, I drive down El Camino Real a few times a week, and I always seem the sign for $5.99 threading. $5.99 is wicked inexpensive, especially for San Diego County, but literally for ANYWHERE. I paid at least $10-15 for threading in both NC and CT, so I didn't want to trust it. My mother in law is visiting, and she has perfect eyebrows, but always feels like she needs to get them threaded every week. I searched a bit, and Luv Threading popped up. Based on other reviews, I asked for Suman, and waited patiently for her and only her. This isn't a knock to any of the other threaders, I just wanted to make sure that mine were PERFECT. Suman did an excellent job, and was very sweet. The true test was my mother-in-law's review, and she was most pleased. She's already planning on getting them done again next week. All in all, great service, great value. read more

I found this place because of how cheap it was, and still is. Their location is very convenient because it's right in the middle of most shopping centers in Oceanside and Carlsbad. I come here and do a walk in maybe once every 3-4 months and everyone always compliments my eyebrows or asks where I go. I reshape them at home between sessions but the hair growth isn't crazy. I've been getting my threading done for over two decades--so I'm very particular about who I trust. I just had my eyebrows, upper lip, and forehead done by Jazz today, and she was incredible. I asked her to maintain my natural shape and only remove the extra stray hairs, and she did exactly that! Jazz is a true professional; she is super fast, which is the key to a painless experience. In my experience, rapid and precise movements like hers minimize the stinging sensation because the hair is gone before your receptors can even react. Despite her speed, she was very sensible and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. I left with no pain and, most importantly, no rashes! I've been coming to this salon for three years now, and the entire team, including Suman, is consistently professional, honest, and friendly. They are always smiling and the prices are very reasonable for the high quality of work they provide. If you tell them exactly what you want, they are more than happy to accommodate you. I've been coming here for a couple of months I first came in with my eyebrows terribly shaped over shaved and inconsistent. The ladies here managed to get my eyebrows looking amazing despite coming in with a bad start my eyebrows now look great. I love having my eyebrows really thin but they accommodate to all shapes and sizes PLUS I come in with eyebrow makeup the ladies take it off clean my eyebrows up then fill them back in... leaving me looking better than ever!! Also are great with Spanish speaking costumers from what I've witnessed read more

I'm always slightly skeptical to try a new threader, but Suman did a fabulous job! I've come here a few times and each time she does an amazing job and is very friendly. I wanted to add that the review from Nicole B maybe bogus. Because the shop has a breeze that comes through from the coast, so how could it be cold there? I've been coming to this place for a while now and I love it! I trust Suman with my eyebrows- she always leaves them clean and with a good shape. Customer service is great, I got there right after closing time with another girl but Suman still did our eyebrows. 10/10 would recommend getting your eyebrows done here! This is my goto eyebrow threading place. The place is very clean and Suman does a superb job with eyebrows. They clean the chairs after every customer and wear mask. Chairs are also kept at a distance as the salon is very spacious. If I could rate 10 stars, I would. The service is excellent. I always get a lot of compliments for my eyebrows. read more
