I came to this location yesterday afternoon 03-28-25 around 3:40pm-4:00pm to get my eyebrows threaded and upon arrival there was two women one seemed older and the other a bit younger. No greetings were given, the middle aged woman instructed me to have a seat and did not wipe down her station or her hands after previously attending another customer. She started my eyebrows very heavy handedly and in the mist of threading my eyebrow she pulled on a few of my scalp hairs without saying a word, not even an apology, literally just acted like it didn't happen. Once she was done she put the mirror to my face with a bunch of my eyebrow hairs in my eyes therefore I was unable to even see and then asked if I wanted gel. Once I paid, no words were said from her part beside cash or card and I still tipped despite it all but I will not be coming back, reading the other low rated reviews I wonder if we're dealing with the same woman and how she is still employed with horrible customer service skills and bedside manner. After all that my eyebrows came out so uneven in length and width. The lady that helped me at 10 AM on October 9 had a heavy hand, she smelled bad, didn't listen, and snagged on my fresh cartilage ear piercing with the thread. Awful experience, she was rude and just trying to rush to get through clients. My eyebrows were done very poorly, due to her rushing and not listening to what I wanted and I still was expected to pay full price. I haven't had my eyebrows done since the pandemic began, so I was wayyyyyy over due. I was getting used to the wild, unruly look, but I felt like it was probably time for me to clean up the stray hairs. I'm one of those people who never truly realizes how badly their eyebrows need to get done until I get them done, and the difference is a lot more noticeable than I'd care to admit. In any case, I drive down El Camino Real a few times a week, and I always seem the sign for $5.99 threading. $5.99 is wicked inexpensive, especially for San Diego County, but literally for ANYWHERE. I paid at least $10-15 for threading in both NC and CT, so I didn't want to trust it. My mother in law is visiting, and she has perfect eyebrows, but always feels like she needs to get them threaded every week. I searched a bit, and Luv Threading popped up. Based on other reviews, I asked for Suman, and waited patiently for her and only her. This isn't a knock to any of the other threaders, I just wanted to make sure that mine were PERFECT. Suman did an excellent job, and was very sweet. The true test was my mother-in-law's review, and she was most pleased. She's already planning on getting them done again next week. I came here the other day to get my eyebrows done usually the owner of the store does my eyebrows and she does them very good all though her works don't , didn't even thread my eyebrows and left a bald spot on my eyebrow i was still left with hairs that she did not thread. I found this place because of how cheap it was, and still is. Their location is very convenient because it's right in the middle of most shopping centers in Oceanside and Carlsbad. I come here and do a walk in maybe once every 3-4 months and everyone always compliments my eyebrows or asks where I go. I reshape them at home between sessions but the hair growth isn't crazy.
