I phoned in to see if I needed to make an appointment. The woman said they were taking walk-ins. Idk why but I thought there would not be a wait based on how she answered me (speculation on my part). I showed up 20 minutes after the phone call was made. I was super irritated when I saw 6 woman waiting and only 2 threading ladies. I knew I was going to be there for the next hour and a half. Idk how they do it but they were filtering the girls through with the quickness! I probably waited less than 15 min possibly even less than 10 minutes! I did the full face thread for $25. The woman did a fantastic job. She got all the peach fuzz and also shaped my eyebrows nicely. I highly recommend them. read more

There's always that initial wariness when choosing to have someone new do your eyebrows. I've passed by this location multiple times without dropping in, but decided to stop by last night. I'm so glad I did. Saman knows what she's doing! I called ahead to see if she was still taking appointments since I was cutting it close to closing time. She welcomed me over the phone and told me to stop by even if I would get there 10 minutes prior to closing time. Once I arrived she immediately seated me and went to work. This place is decent! They don't greet you at all. Not very welcoming. I went for my eyebrow threading and the lady helped me was ok. She tried to keep my eyebrows thick as I requested but they tend to do more thin eyebrows as far as my observations but I mighbe wrong. Service, I would give a 3 star. They are using same eyebrow brush for everyone without sanitizing between each client. They touch everyone as part of their job but none of the girls were wearing gloves or even sanitizing hands in between. If you don't care about sanitation then this place should work well for you. read more

Tried a new threading place because my go-to place, Kaya, was getting too crowded (too long of a wait and too much turnover). So glad I found this place. I came in for full face threading. Suman was so thorough and took her time. She asked me about shape for the eyebrows and checked-in after the first one to see if I had any comments/requests. She took a lot of time with the rest of the face and was careful and thorough. Afterwards, she offered me a free soda (and a lollipop or juice for my child who was waiting for me). No. I got my eyebrows done here before the pandemic was getting serious. Writing this review now because I'm back to Yelp to find a new eyebrow threader yet again. I just moved her about 9 months ago and this was the first eyebrow place I tried out. I walked in and was the only person in the shop. The woman was nice. I asked her to please just do a cleanup because I hate when my eyebrows look thin and have spent forever keeping them full and shaped as perfectly as I can. She agreed and went in on them. When I say went in she went all the way in. I could tell halfway through she was ripping through my full edges and makes weird lines. I sat up and was horrified. She made the corners mismatch and one side has a full on patch missing. I cried on my way to my car. Don't go here. I can't remember the girls name who did mine but don't risk going and falling into her hands. You'll be unhappy. read more
