Absolutely wonderful experience! Kathy is an expert in her field! This lash appointment was so relaxing and comfortable. My lashes turned out perfect; she personalized the style to suit my eye shape beautifully. It felt like she knew exactly how to apply the lashes without them being too close to the roots. The tape was completely comfortable on my skin, which is impressive because, honestly, the tape is usually a little uncomfortable, but not at all here. I absolutely love the result and can't wait to come back again! read more

Kathy at iArtist did an awesome job on my not existing eyebrows. She took her time to explain everything to me, and suggested Microshading instead of Microblading since I have almost no natural eyebrows. I am very happy with the results. Right now it's still a bit dark, but Kathy said it will be 30 percent lighter once it's all healed. read more

This was the first time I got lip blush permanent makeup and it was a great decision to get it done by Kathy. She is amazing at her job, very professional and she cares about what works best on your face when she gives you advice for the service. I could tell that she is a great artist when she gave me suggestion of the color and shape of the lips which will look good on my face. She was very passionate to get my lip blush perfectly done even though it took longer than we expected for the lip blush session. The result turned out amazing. If you are looking to get a perfect set of microbladed eyebrows, look no further. I have Alopecia which is an autoimmune disease that prevents hair growth. My self-confidence suffered tremendously as I couldn't grow eyebrows, so I started looking for a place where I could get microblading done. I found Kathy. During my consultation, I told Kathy my dilemma and she went above and beyond sculpting the perfect eyebrows for me. She is very thorough and will tell you exactly what she's doing when she's doing it to ensure your are comfortable with the entire process. Because I got the microblading done, I didn't have to fuss with using make-up to do my brows, so my eyebrows started growing back slowly. I couldn't thank her enough for restoring my confidence. I got my first set done in February 2018, and just had my second one done last weekend. Her microblading techniques lasts a very long time, and it is definitely worth it. I've recommended her to all of my friends. I currently live in Orange County, but I always make the trip to see her because no one compares. If you suffer from hair loss or an autoimmune disorder like me, and need a little pick-me up, please contact her. She is really one of the best out there. Thank you, Kathy! read more

I have been wanting eyebrows that didn't wash off forever and I couldn't be happier with the outcome I got from Kathy. I plucked mine out in high school and they decided to never grow back and drawing them on everyday sucks. I am not super particular with my eyebrows or makeup to begin with so going in and having her spend so much time finding my natural shape really put me at ease. Her office is so clean and she is very professional. I honestly thought I might leave crying, having done something new and drastic to my face as most girls do when they change their hair or anything different but I left so amazed and happy. To sum things up Kathy is AMAZING!!! Finding an artist to do such a vital characteristic on your FACE is nerve racking!!! I had 3 friends go to her prior who are all very particular with their eyebrows and theirs all looked amazing so I knew she was the one. I absolutely love having eyebrows and they look so natural. I get compliments on them all the time when I tell people I got them done. I highly recommend Kathy for microblading, she is GREAT!! read more

First thing first I am HIGH MAINTENANCE and also the only girl you know that has a eye brow mood board and pinterest page dedicated to shape and style. I am beyond picky and really push my service providers to execute my visions and goals. I booked a microblading appointment with Kathy after 2 of my friends had their brows serviced by her. I've had it previously done but needed someone to really tailor what I was looking for. My previous sessions over a year ago left me with uneven fullness and fading. I have naturally blonde brows with traces or brown, white and red hair and the fullness varies. I came to kathy to have her access my overall shape and correct my previous work. Kathy was professional and beyond knowledgable. She made suggestions based on my skin type, tone and growth patterns. Even though I booked a touch up, Kathy spent just as much time if not more giving my brows a new life. Now my brows have even tone, fullness and shape. Even with nature pigment fading from healing I can tell they will be a strong improvement from what I had. I love the time she took to shade where I am sparse. Kathy is great about communicating expectations. How to care for you brows and how to see results within healing. She texted me reminders on healing and made sure I was clear in how to best treat them with post care. I love her follow up!! I absolutely recommend her to those looking to get their brows professional serviced and make the leap to microblading. I've received numerous compliments on my brows and sent my best friend her way to get her brows done next week. I know with any questions I have or if I need another touch up she is happy to hep assist me in making my dream brows happen. In short book with her. You'll be thankful you did :) read more

After leaving Kathy's salon I was satisfied but not 100% just happy to have lashes on since I was wearing strips for the past couple of days. $175 is not the way I would expect to spend my money and not be satisfied three days later ‼lashes were falling off and my C CURLS were straight. Not to mention my eyes became very irritated and burning. Waking up every morning with EYE CRAP and pink eye side effects. Reached out to Kathy and didn't hear back for over 24 hours and the burning was too much ! I had to find another lash lady to have them removed, and in doing this I learned that the lashes that she used are very cheap and the glue was probably expired which is why it was giving off formaldehyde fumes which made my eyes burn. New lash lady put on lashes exactly the way I wanted them with no problem no burning no issues. All I can say is ladies check out your lash lady and products that they use before you get your lashes done and fork out almost $200. Very disappointed in Kathys service and customer service. Was not even offered a chance to come in and have her remove them for free or reimburse me whatsoever. Her excuse was she was too busy. Good luck on getting your lashes done at this salon. I've been getting my lashes done for 10 years and never experience this type of burn and 72 hours curls completely straight ! first picture shows three days after getting my lashes done the next picture is getting them done today by-a new lash lady, look at the curl and NO BURNING AT ALL‼ read more

Kathy's work is unparalleled. She has done my lashes several times and because of her attention to detail, I asked her to micro blade my brows. Kathy looked at some of the brows I liked (Busy Phillips) and diplomatically advised me otherwise. She was able to create the look I wanted that not only made me feel instantly beautiful, but she color matched my natural brow color! Her salon is relaxing, CLEAN, well appointed and comfortable. I've actually fallen asleep while she works on me. Kathy is diligent in proper care of your lashes and brows, provides supporting documentation for when you get home and forget everything... Kathy did a beautiful job on my eyebrows. After doing tons of research i decided i wanted to get microblading done. She is professional, courteous and friendly. Her studio is very clean and sanitary. She walked me through all the steps and what to expect. After agreeing on shape of brows i was ready! She applied a numbimg cream so i didn't feel a thing at first. About halfway through the process i started to feel a little discomfort so she applied more numbing cream. The end result is amazing and has truly changed my life. I cannot say enough about this experience. I was completely stressed about getting my eyebrows micro bladed and had researched the process for quite some time. Upon meeting Kathy and explaining to her what I wanted and how nervous I was, she was amazing at explaining the entire process. She really took the time to hear me out and get to know my personality in order to ensure she gave me the right shape, thickness and so forth. I had no surprises, I'm on day 6 and IN LOVE with my brows. I read where other places had clients freaking out and thinking things had gone wrong based on the healing process, BUT I did not have to experience any of this THANKS to Kathy and her thorough explanation of the process start to finish. You can tell that Kathy and Lucy care immensely about their customers and take the time to make sure their customers are 100% satisfied. I have gone to two lash technicians prior to this team, and these are by far the best lash techs I know of.
