My self-confidence suffered tremendously as I couldn't grow eyebrows, so I started looking for a place where I could get microblading done. I found Kathy. After leaving Kathy's salon I was satisfied but not 100% just happy to have lashes on since I was wearing strips for the past couple of days. $175 is not the way I would expect to spend my money and not be satisfied three days later ‼lashes were falling off and my C CURLS were straight. Not to mention my eyes became very irritated and burning. Waking up every morning with EYE CRAP and pink eye side effects. Reached out to Kathy and didn't hear back for over 24 hours and the burning was too much ! I had to find another lash lady to have them removed, and in doing this I learned that the lashes that she used are very cheap and the glue was probably expired which is why it was giving off formaldehyde fumes which made my eyes burn. New lash lady put on lashes exactly the way I wanted them with no problem no burning no issues. All I can say is ladies check out your lash lady and products that they use before you get your lashes done and fork out almost $200. Very disappointed in Kathys service and customer service. Was not even offered a chance to come in and have her remove them for free or reimburse me whatsoever. Her excuse was she was too busy. Good luck on getting your lashes done at this salon.
