I was charged a higher price than what is advertised in their menu and would not recommend this place due to the business's lack of transparency, integrity, and honesty. More context: I got eyebrow and upper lip threaded and was charged $16 (I'm paying cash). The menu said $15 for the combo and my bf and I was pointing at the price but the worker raised her voice and attitude at us and pointed to the first two items as if we couldn't read or do math. When I said there's an eyebrow and upper lip combination, she said that "upper lip" was actually the lower lip (begins to point at her lower lip) which makes no sense bc there's a whole item for lower lip. I proceeded to tell her that I've gotten threaded for years and this is the first time the eyebrow and upper lip combo was referring to a different part of the lip and didn't count for the price advertised. She said, "Do you go to the Oceanside location?" I said no, she replied, "Well, they do the same." So good to know, I won't go there either. She then says the owner makes her charge eyebrows and upper lip separately and to that, I suggested updating the menu because it's important to be transparent about your services and prices. At the end of the day, $1 is not worth much and I'm not gonna trip over that. I paid it and tipped well too. But in this case, that $1 was worth a returning customer, the business's integrity and reputation, and the worker's customer service. Now thoughts on my threading: I have tattooed eyebrows, so it's not hard to stay with its shape. However, she did leave a few small patches of hair left on my eyebrow tails that I asked her to remove and patches on my left and right lip corners that I asked to be cleaned up. I'd recommend double checking your area for full hair removal before walking away. I do not recommend this place. read more

I used to like this place. But let me tell you after this new Indian gal they just hired I will never step a foot in there again. I should've known the moment I stepped in that place it already reeked like a wet dirty dog! I should've just turned around and walked away. But I gave it the benefit of doubt and stayed, for starters she was wearing a dirty long sleeve shirt, that kept touching and rubbing my face, I asked her if she can pull her sleeve up so it wouldn't "tickle my face" in reality her shirt was what smelled! I was in too deep I wanted to leave so bad, but I sucked it up and stayed, while she was threading my eyebrows her saliva kept splashing my face. (EWWWWW). I moved my head, and told her. She rushed and said "ok done" I didn't care how my eyebrows looked at this point. I just wanted to leave. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND AVOID THIS PLACE! You would think hygiene should be a priority in places like these, since you're all close and personal to your client!!!! read more

Thought I'd stop here since I was in the area and needed my eyebrows done .. oh do I regret it! The interior is large and very clean but the service was terrible. First time here and will never be back. I asked for a clean up on my eyebrows and she took half of them off, and worst part is they are completely uneven. I am missing half of my right eyebrow and a chunk from my left; just terrible! The girl doing them had an attitude the entire time and was just rude. Definitely wouldn't trust this location for any eyebrow service. read more

If I could give them less than one star I'd give it. She never clean the chair after the customer, I was there Saturday morning she was talking on the phone with rude attitude told me to sign and sit on the filthy chair , I started cleaning the chair before I sit on it, accidentally dropped a wipe before I was finished . For sure I'd take the wipes after I finished cleaning the chair. Suddenly she started shouting and ordering me to take the wipe saying either clean the floor or leave in a very rude manner and attitude. I'll never go back there. read more

They butchered my eyebrows recently. I have thick coarse dark eyebrows so it's really noticeable. I asked for a clean up they completely changed my shape and one is thinner than the other. Ever since they lost URVI their business isn't the same. They always have different people who are just starting to do eyebrows (beginners). If you're looking for URVI she has her own salon now, just google "URVI brows threading" & you won't be disappointed. They claimed she went on vacation but in reality she left due to poor management. Be aware that the owners have cameras installed at every booth & they are watching you. That feels really creepy and almost unethical. read more

I had been here several times I usually saw muney however today Thursday she was not here so there was another lady working I went in anyway since i needed my brows done for my birthday. Well terrible idea!!! I told her I was there for a clean up she definitely took off alot more than a clean up off one side and made my arch super high, however on the other side she pretty much left it how it was. Now I'm left with an extra thin Brow and a thick one(which I prefer) they do not match what so ever but I definitely didn't want her making them both super thin so now it will take forever for it to grow back I'm so upset I can't put into words (never again) read more
