My daughter bought me a groupon for my birthday because I've been DYING for eyelash extensions. With the help of groupon and yelp she found Lash Mi and purchased a classic full set with a fill for a fabulous deal. We reached out to schedule an appt. and they were able to get me in for my extensions on the exact day/time that I preferred (which was within 2 days of reaching out to them). They were very accommodating and truly expressed care for my time. I received reminder/confirmation texts which were super helpful. When I arrived; parking was a breeze, the studio was super easy to find, the inside of Lash Mi was inviting (decorated so beautiful, awesome music playing), and I was promptly greeted by my lash stylist (Katie). She asked me some questions regarding my history with lashes, my expectations, and then got right to work. She was so delicate it was actually relaxing (I woke up to myself snoring a few times!!). When she finished and showed me my lashes I WAS BEYOND PLEASED; she exceeded my expectations. To conclude that appt. I scheduled a follow up fill but this time with Catt (the owner), she's fabulous (she offered my daughter a beverage and updated her throughout my appt. while she waited for me). In the past, I've had weird reactions to either eyelash glue or the material itself but had ZERO negative reaction to the work that was done by Katie. I decided that I would like to go a little longer for my fill; so at my appt. with Catt, I expressed my new hopes for my lashes and YET AGAIN my expectations were exceeded. Catt and Katie are truly the best of the best, they're knowledgeable, hardworking, and it's very apparent that they LOVE what they do. While initially I got my lashes done and had a great experience with Catt. I noticed maybe four days or so later 60% of my lashes had fallen out and a week later they had looked terrible. Another long over due review. I've been through many eyelash techs/artists and Catt from LashMi is by far the best I've had. I've been to techs who put lashes on the skin of my eye lids to techs who put the wrong lash on my type of eyelash hair. I once had a full set on and it had fallen off almost completely after 5 days. I had a wonderful experience with Katie at Lash Mi. It was my first time getting lash extensions, and she explained the process and how I should care for my lashes very thoroughly. I bought a groupon for the classic extensions, I really love the look. Unfortunately for me the full price for fills is a little high at the moment.
