Charity was extremely kind and answered all my questions -- she also made me feel extremely comfortable considering how little clothing is involved. She helped me decide on a shade and made pleasant conversation during the process. As a first timer, I was surprised how quickly the session was. In and out the door within 20 minutes. I paid extra for the rapid dry and I'm glad I did as I was able to shower before bed which was nice. The salon is clean and cozy, the price considering my add ons (I also did the hydration spray) seemed reasonable, and the shade is beautiful and very natural looking. The only thing I wish were different is the creases I have on my wrists and marks on my heels. She did apply a drying powder and wiped my hands and feet with wet wipes, but those areas look a bit streaky. Overall though, I've gotten several compliments on how natural it looks and I'm glad that I went! I'll be back.

I had a membership level four $109 per month. For two years, two beds have been completely shut down and bed three consistently overheats. The place has been painted and then repainted and never finished. It's dirty and unkept. You have had over three managers. A rush to put any able body in a management position. The last straw was on September 3 I was charged twice for a membership. I went in on September 4th spoke to a girl. She said she couldn't do anything without Sarah. I had no idea. Sarah was the manager. This girl called Sarah. Sarah told her that it should take 5 to 10 days at the most. I went in on the 13th and spoke to another girl. She put a huge note on the computer. I checked my account today still no credit. I called again today the same girl I spoke with on the 4th called Sarah again. No one seems to give it a damn so I disputed it with American Express along with canceling my membership going forward. My advice to you is to be a little bit more selective when hiring for the "Managers" position going forward !

I believe the Brazilian bikini wax was $65, and I left a nice tip and walked away with fun new stuff without spending a ton over my gift card amount of $115. Side note--the toilet would not flush when I used their restroom, and let them know, so they shut it down for customer use while I was there. Grey was very knowledgable and personable with my first visit at her tanning studio. When I called she suggested for me to shave and exfoliate exactly 24 hours prior to my spray tan appointment. I purchased an exfoliating mit she explained to me would prep and prime my skin for the spray tan. My skin tends to get very dry when I get spray tans but she sprayed a firming moisturizer which seemed to help the tan look more natural and last longer. There are not enough good things to say about this place! I've been going to get my lashes done by Grey since she had nothing but a tight room with just one lash bed and a tanning corner. They have a lot of availability and more extensive hours. That's how I ended up here after not…read morebeing able to get an appointment elsewhere at a convenient time for me. I tried lash extensions for the first time (after years of lash lifts), and it was a mixed experience. My first set looked crazy! I didn't know what to ask for, and apparently chose wrong based on the consultation. I tried to get used to them, but I was feeling ridiculous and had to go back a few days later to undo them. They were able to figure out how to tone them down, so I tried to stick with them for a few fills. The fills always looked pretty good for 7-9 days or so, but days 10-14 were straggly and unkempt. Even with following their after care to a T and buying their cleaning solution. I also thought it would save me time not having to wear mascara, but I ended up spending way more time brushing them. Also having to lay there for 75 minutes every other week was way more time consuming than a quick 30-45 minute lash lift every 6 weeks. And the beds are quite uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I ended up getting the extensions removed and going back to lash lifts. I made the appointment in person, and there was no mention of the price. I thought it was going to be $99 like their printed brochure says, but was charged $149 after the service with an explanation that they only offer the higher priced option with keratin add-on and that the brochures (that they still have at their register) are wrong. $50 lesson for me to make sure I confirm pricing before a service. In summary, lash extensions are not for me. And their beds and pricing practices are not for me either.
