When my wedding came around and someone said I should spray tan I immmediately got anxious. I had only tanned twice in my life, and to say they didn't go well would be an understatement.... UNTIL NOW... I booked an airbrush tan as a practice and could not believe the results. It looked so natural and even. I am going in for my second one tomorrow and I am so excited. What made it even better were the employees. I am so self conscious and totally expected to be talked to like an idiot, but that was not the case. So I don't typically use tanning salons but with the weather the last few months and lack of travel due to Covid I figured a good shot of Vitamin D would do me good. The staff here is so friendly!!! The stand up booth is awesome only 8 minutes or less and you walk out with a glow. They also sell woman's clothing, jewelry and unisex sunglasses. I couldn't say enough great things about this place from the knowledgeable staff to all the options I have with tanning and products! They have the best customer service I've ever experienced! They always acknowledge everyone right when you walk in the door, even when they're busy. If you have any questions each one of them is so knowledgeable about everything that has to do with tanning. They go above and beyond with being so helpful. My one lotion wasn't agreeing with my skin and Beth has been helping me so much, recommending other lotions and even letting me try hers. She also gave me a website to help me figure out which ingredients are good/bad. I ask Leslie all kinds of questions too, she's always always so helpful and hilarious! I've been going here for almost a year now. The staff is very helpful,knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I prefer the Sun Capsule(stand up) tan as opposed to the lay down beds. It is always clean, functional and my tan is very even. Since I tan 2-3 times a week, I joined their membership for $76 a month. Each tan was $26 before the membership, so do the math. I'm really exciting about some of the results I'm seeing from the Red Light Therapy & Fit Wrap. Re: RLT - with diet, exercise and the treatments I'm seeing a reduction in skin redness. I plan on doing the RLT for 3 months, so I'll keep reporting as I see results. The Fitwrap is so relaxing - I just lay back and sweat for an hour. I'm seeing a general improvement in skin appearance and it definitely helps with any water retention and smoothness - probably due to the detoxing. Been coming here for 7 years. I used to do the beds, but now I just use their leg tanner. The owner works there and is very nice!!!! if you suffer from white leg problems (I do)... use the leg tanner ! You literally slide your legs into these hole in a capsule and it JUST tams your legs! they have deals on this I think its around 7-10.00 for only 1! BUT buy 5 for $25... thats what I do :-) im half asian half austrian and I tan somewhat easily.... 5 tans on my white legs WITH tanning lotion gives me a GREAT GOLDEN tan. I wanna emphasize on GOLDEN bc it really is a beautiful color. When I tan outside I turn BROWN.. I hate it. you need to try this place out! gie this small business support! you will never get this kind of customer service at a chain tanning salon. read more

This by far is the best tanning salon boutique in the US and we are blessed to have this location so close to where we live in north county. The staff is friendly,helpful and have the best customer service for my tanning (they even have a leg tanner)and beauty needs. The clothing is always hip and up to date. I love to tan,fitwrap,or use the red bed for my fine lines and mood. The lotions are top notch brands that smell amazing and give you a just off the beach glow. I have been going to this location since 2010. I will not go anywhere else. Even though there are several locations to chose from. Frank and his Tan Angels are the best. I've never been so impressed with a tanning salons customer service. The owner is hands on, the girls working in the salon are awesome and any questions I had were always answered! I have worked in tanning salons for years and I have been a firsthand witness to many people getting taken advantage of in the salon world. This place has proved its one of a kind. Not only have they price matched other salons (though Sun On The Run is usually cheaper!), they provided excellent customer service every time I tanned, and even went above and beyond to help me with my membership when I had to have emergency surgery preventing me from tanning. The best tanning salon ever (and I have tried a lot of them over the years!) I came here and saw a signficant amount of color after doing the level three bed the first time and after 3 visits I was dark. I wouldn't say I tan easily ether. All the girls are great and super friendly (which is unusual at tanning salons because you know sometimes the attitudes are b****y) but everyone here is friendly and not stuck up at all. Leslie, however, is outstanding. Her knowledge about tanning, lotions, and customer service are top-notch. She is the one that signed me up for the right package and made sure I had the right lotions without being pushy (I don't like feeling pressured at the tanning salon.) I have since upgraded to the level 4 package so I can do the stand up as well, which is only 8 minutes and I can hang with that without feeling like I'm going to pass out, haha. It is also super clean and well maintained her too. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. read more

This is the best tanning salon I've ever been to. They are extremely friendly and informative. Very genuinely interested in their customers. The rooms are always clean and stocked with baby wipes for you fingers (so they dont get orange from tanning lotion) quality body sprays and spray deodorant for after. This tanning salon is the BEST tanning salon I have honestly ever been to. Kayla and Leslie are the nicest people in the entire world. I have tanned in so many different places and I can honestly say this is my favorite tanning salon! I accepted a new job which wasn't close to this tanning salon, so I had to sadly cancel my membership and go to a closer tanning salon: iTan. I can tell you right now, Sun on the Run is THE best and MUCH better than iTan. I tanned at iTan 3 to 4 times a week and I never felt as tan as I did when I was at Sun on the Run. With that being said, if you are debating on the two, CHOOSE SUN ON THE RUN! The beds are SO much better and the staff is so much friendlier. I couldn't recommend a place more than Sun on the Run. The beds are top notch and the people that work there are seriously the nicest people alive. I promise you will never be disappointed. read more

Therefore, I did not look any further. When I arrived, the girl at the front desk was helpful and took time to explain all choices. My second, third, and fourth visits with different personnel were all positive. I bought a Groupon for the infrared body wrap. When I went there I didn't know exactly what I was having done but Kayla was there to show me how to do everything and made the process is very easy. I'm looking forward to my next two sessions. They also have a tanning machine for just your legs, this would completely work for me as my legs are hard to tan. read more

I've only been here one time so this review is just based on that experience! I was in the area and needed a quick mystic tan so I called around to see who had a mystic HD (heat/dry). There is a huge difference between the regular mystic and the mystic HD so I was happy to find this place! I was even more excited that they had a "buy 1 get 1 free deal" for new customers. I got 2 mystics for $25. Awesome deal! I always buy the sticky feet add-ons because they keep the bottom of your feet from turning orange! I recommend that add-on to everybody. The girl working there was friendly and I was in and out with no problems and my mystic tan looked great the next day! I will come back when I'm in the area! read more

They are very helpful and knowledgeable of products and services. The place is always very clean and they always put a jolly rancher in your room for you. The cost is very reasonable.
