Been here several times it's the only place around so not many options in the area. But with 325 days of sun I can imagine why. Today I was there and use a basic standup mid session I noticed in the top of the machine some left behind a dry brush, now this is something used to remove dead skin or for lymphatic drainage. I should have ended my session and came out to report it but stayed my last 3mins against my better judgement. When I was leaving I mentioned to the front desk lady and and older gentleman who seemed to be possibly an owner? Or maybe it was her boyfriend who knows and cares. He went and retrieved it and I had to explain what it's for. They both seemed really grossed out and tossed it. The problem I have with this whole this is of course accidents happen and maybe they missed it while cleaning but just saying sorry? Oh yea thanks for telling us sorry... like really that's your customer service I mean you could have totally refunded my 13 bucks or even offered me another tan, heck a half price tan. But no ... zero $h&ts given. Like oh well. I'm local I boost so many businesses through my own business, this is totally not the way you treat people. It's gross and super unhygienic. Just this lack of care and consideration for a client is weak and sucks but I will never go there again because of it, and I will never refer them. My partner and I have been coming to guilty Tans for years. The establishment is very clean and follow all CDC guidelines relating to covid-19. Kim is amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to your tanning needs. She not only makes great suggestions to increase your confidence for a beautiful tan she is a awesome human being!!! We love her!! This tanning salon is one of the best in the entire Coachella valley.  The beds are excellent and well maintained. The environment is clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming as I mentioned. Despite the name, I never feel guilty when getting a great tan at Guilty Tans in Cathedral City. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and nice. The rooms and beds are always super clean. The owner, Greg is a great guy who runs a wonderful business so don't feel guilty getting a great tan, instead come in and get tan before the summer so you look great in those bathing suits. I love it because the staff is always polite and professional and because it works. The beds are always in good shape with fresh bulbs. It works! The girls that work there enjoy their job, are actually really nice & will even order you lotion if they don't have your favorite flavor.
