Charity was extremely kind and answered all my questions -- she also made me feel extremely comfortable considering how little clothing is involved. She helped me decide on a shade and made pleasant conversation during the process. As a first timer, I was surprised how quickly the session was. In and out the door within 20 minutes. I paid extra for the rapid dry and I'm glad I did as I was able to shower before bed which was nice. The salon is clean and cozy, the price considering my add ons (I also did the hydration spray) seemed reasonable, and the shade is beautiful and very natural looking. The only thing I wish were different is the creases I have on my wrists and marks on my heels. She did apply a drying powder and wiped my hands and feet with wet wipes, but those areas look a bit streaky. Overall though, I've gotten several compliments on how natural it looks and I'm glad that I went! I'll be back.

I shopped around the boutique after my treatment and was astounded at the reasonable prices on the super cute clothes, jewelry, and other accessories and fun things in the shop. I left with a dress, a couple cute tops, a bracelet and earrings by Scout (love that brand), and a travel candle, plus the Fur rollerball. I believe the Brazilian bikini wax was $65, and I left a nice tip and walked away with fun new stuff without spending a ton over my gift card amount of $115. Side note--the toilet would not flush when I used their restroom, and let them know, so they shut it down for customer use while I was there. I think it's an older building and perhaps sensitive plumbing. This did not affect my experience in any way. Grey was very knowledgable and personable with my first visit at her tanning studio. When I called she suggested for me to shave and exfoliate exactly 24 hours prior to my spray tan appointment. I purchased an exfoliating mit she explained to me would prep and prime my skin for the spray tan. My skin tends to get very dry when I get spray tans but she sprayed a firming moisturizer which seemed to help the tan look more natural and last longer. They have a lot of availability and more extensive hours. That's how I ended up here after not…read morebeing able to get an appointment elsewhere at a convenient time for me. I tried lash extensions for the first time (after years of lash lifts), and it was a mixed experience. My first set looked crazy! I didn't know what to ask for, and apparently chose wrong based on the consultation. I tried to get used to them, but I was feeling ridiculous and had to go back a few days later to undo them. They were able to figure out how to tone them down, so I tried to stick with them for a few fills. The fills always looked pretty good for 7-9 days or so, but days 10-14 were straggly and unkempt. Even with following their after care to a T and buying their cleaning solution. I also thought it would save me time not having to wear mascara, but I ended up spending way more time brushing them. Also having to lay there for 75 minutes every other week was way more time consuming than a quick 30-45 minute lash lift every 6 weeks. And the beds are quite uncomfortable after about 30 minutes. I ended up getting the extensions removed and going back to lash lifts. I made the appointment in person, and there was no mention of the price. I thought it was going to be $99 like their printed brochure says, but was charged $149 after the service with an explanation that they only offer the higher priced option with keratin add-on and that the brochures (that they still have at their register) are wrong. $50 lesson for me to make sure I confirm pricing before a service. In summary, lash extensions are not for me. And their beds and pricing practices are not for me either.

She gave a very gentle extraction. I experience only luxury and relaxation. It was an incredible sensory experience. I came home and fell fast asleep for an hour. Very relaxing. Well worth it! Going back again next month. The salon was calming, clean, and the employees were cooperative, friendly, empathetic and kind.
