I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and to get a manicure. It's $15.00 to take off only but $10.00 plus a $30 if you get nails taken off and get a manicure. I also got a birthday 10% off of my bill. This shop is under new management and I really adore Megan. I've been going here for a few months now and it is by far one of the BEST salons I've ever been to. I've gotten the regular spa pedicure and both gel and dip on my fingernails. Every time the staff have been so meticulous and I've been so happy. I found out they had just purchased the salon in September and the reviews were for the previous owners. I was able to get right in. The shop was very clean and everyone was friendly. I ASKED FOR GEL AND GOT ACRYLIC (???) I asked twice for ombré french tips with gel polish. She asked me if I wanted the powder, I was a little confused and it was hard to understand her with her accent, and since I'm not really familiar with nails I said yes thinking there must be a kind of gel powder. I realized my mistake after it was too late and was forced to pay $70 for something I didn't want. On top of that, my nails look nothing like the photo I showed her. You can see the line of where the white ends and the edges are very sloppy and brittle. I will never be going here again. read more

So I have known Luann for quite some time now. But I have not seen her in a very long time. I only went to get hair removal from pretty much my whole face and let me tell you. It was painful as heck. I went home and my face hurt for awhile. But I still have hair on my face and I have bumps on my face. I paid 51 bucks for the hair to be removed and I still have hair on my face. I'm good I will just go get it done somewhere else. I guess with how much time has passed the service is gone down. I will find somewhere in San Diego to finish the job read more

Very poor service, my nails all cricked, will not return there , didn't get what I wanted,

I decided to try this place near my job and though it looks good inside the service was unfortunately not at par. The lady that did my nails was quite rude, she got upset because I asked her if I could get my mani/pedi at the spa chairs and if I could see the treatment menu. She told me to stop asking questions and that they knew what to do because they had been doing it for 30 years. After my very uncomfortable service she told me to sit at the spa for my pedi. The water was cold and although the other lady that did my pedi was nice, she took about an hour to finish, leaving lots of unfinished spots I am very disappointed with the service and treatment. I do not recommend this place and will not return. Not too "excellent nails" in my opinion. read more

I literally CRIED. there was roaches all over the salon, it reeked of fish and there was HAIR inside my acrylic nails. not to mention they changed the price last minute and overcharged me even though i absolutely hated my nails. got a fungal infection as well. they also put a completely different color than what i asked for. $85 for moldy ugly nails. read more

I said something and she added solution to it. Same thing second layer so I asked for a new color and she added it on top! I even said three times usually you take the other color and coats off! Paid 70$ for a FILL. Do not recommend. She also added a design I did not ask for. Also false advertisement, the window says $30 for a fill, I did not ask for anything but a simply fill. If you do go, clarify that you only want a simple fill no add ons. Lu-han kept insisting to add a design. I repeatedly said no and she adds on a design. When finished she takes out her calculator, comes up with $73 that's not right... she says ok discount $70. I paid the money and left, but I highly suggest you go over the price before you even start. When I arrived the place was empty so that may also be a sign! read more
