I've been going here for a few months now and it is by far one of the BEST salons I've ever been to. I've gotten the regular spa pedicure and both gel and dip on my fingernails. Every time the staff have been so meticulous and I've been so happy. I ASKED FOR GEL AND GOT ACRYLIC (???) I asked twice for ombré french tips with gel polish. She asked me if I wanted the powder, I was a little confused and it was hard to understand her with her accent, and since I'm not really familiar with nails I said yes thinking there must be a kind of gel powder. I realized my mistake after it was too late and was forced to pay $70 for something I didn't want. On top of that, my nails look nothing like the photo I showed her. You can see the line of where the white ends and the edges are very sloppy and brittle. I will never be going here again. read more

I decided to try this place near my job and though it looks good inside the service was unfortunately not at par. The lady that did my nails was quite rude, she got upset because I asked her if I could get my mani/pedi at the spa chairs and if I could see the treatment menu. She told me to stop asking questions and that they knew what to do because they had been doing it for 30 years. After my very uncomfortable service she told me to sit at the spa for my pedi. The water was cold and although the other lady that did my pedi was nice, she took about an hour to finish, leaving lots of unfinished spots I am very disappointed with the service and treatment. I do not recommend this place and will not return. Not too "excellent nails" in my opinion. read more

So I have known Luann for quite some time now. But I have not seen her in a very long time. I only went to get hair removal from pretty much my whole face and let me tell you. It was painful as heck. I went home and my face hurt for awhile. But I still have hair on my face and I have bumps on my face. I paid 51 bucks for the hair to be removed and I still have hair on my face. I'm good I will just go get it done somewhere else. I guess with how much time has passed the service is gone down. I will find somewhere in San Diego to finish the job read more

The smell is terrible, dirty, and that's just to start. I wanted a pedicure for my toe nails, not around my toes. The polish I chose was old and clumpy when the tech put the first layer on. I said something and she added solution to it. Same thing second layer so I asked for a new color and she added it on top! I even said three times usually you take the other color and coats off! Do not go here- I said numerous times please paint the toe nail and not the toe skin. read more
