I've ordered from LuLu's a few times over the years and had great warm food delivered to our home - especially breakfast. Today was a highly disappointing exception. Bear's Breakfast and Biscuits & Gravy: Arrived on time, but it was not even room temp except for the biscuits and gravy. The B & G was great as usual. However, the over easy eggs were actually crispy, rubbery, very greasy and the yolk was barely runny. The ham slice was really 5 small pieces of ham, burnt pieces of God knows what and a lump of gristle and fat (so disgusting). The requested well done country potatoes were not well done. In fact, most chunks of potato were slightly raw. Needless to say, I threw most of it in the garbage. Your cook could have done so much better. read more

I had been to this Lulu's before but this time I had the opportunity of trying their very tasty and fresh turkey avocado sandwich along with their bad ass fries I mean these people have some great fries they've mastered it Also the bacon was obviously smoked in traditional fashion not just the average type of store bought it wasn't dry it was just perfect along with French toast and the environment all together was great the hospitality Awesome so I recommend this place. read more

First time here and we ordered on DoorDash. Random night cravings and Lulu's is the perfect spot because they have a wide variety menu from breakfast to dinner and dessert and are open until 10 even on a Sunday. I got the crepes, they were filled with amazing cream cheese and came with a side of strawberries and whipped cream, that was also AMAZING. Definitely 4 star worthy. My boyfriend got chili cheese fries and of course I tried them. They also are 4 star worthy. Very flavorful and came fresh and hot. Both of our orders were a VERY good portion for the price range! Dined last night at Lulu's last night as part of a group of 20. Pleasantly surprised with both the quality of both the food and service. We ordered and split a Greek salad and a turkey sandwich. The salad was very fresh and tasty - balsamic dressing was delicious. Turkey sandwich was piled high and rye bread was very fresh. Maybe the highlight of our experience was our server Vera. A swing and a miss -sorry to say. Arrogant, rude, better than you and I. Not the owner not the pitch hitter ( server Kim) but the server who sat us then took our order and ignored us. At 3:38 pm Lulu's was between meals. Requested a booth for two and was walked across the Restaraunt to a partial booth/table that sat one comfortably but not two adults. ( One with walker). Asked can we have a grown up table. So we opted to come back into the main stay of the booths and sit amongst the other patrons. Little did we know it was the beginning. My guest ordered BLT with delicious tempers French fries. I know the asked for a couple of his (FF) and yummy they were. But I had strike two ordering the hot turkey sandwich. It was cold. Not room temperature cold but refrigerator cold ( but delicious). My guest was half way done with his delicious BLT and we never saw Morena return. But a busman was cleaning a nearby table and he brought over Kim. ( the server we want next time). Kim took it back and returned it after a spin in the microwave resulting in rubber. Beautiful looking rubber. Still no Morena. Empty glasses and another server trying to fix the cold plate situation. So a new ice water and ice tea were brought. ( not really the way wanted too arrive). Most all the plate was still present with the bill. I kindly shared I was a guest of the owner. "Oh really" was the reply. I am also stilhungry and highly disappointed. I asked for a half a plate of turkey and a small scoop of potatoes with cranberry on the side. Hot not cold not from microwave. She made a face, looked puzzled, and said "but you still have this one". I explained that it's rubber and cold but looks great. Finally. Strike three, another one was brought. Cold, cold, cold, but I thought it was the same rubber turkey with new gravy but Kim stated she saw new turkey put on in plate. Tried a sample cold, cold, cold, as were walking out Morena is asking was it okay. What - it was still there! Yes it was so hot that I left it. ( NOT). Kim did run over. She did want to help. She was not our server but she is a server with a BIG HEART. May come back. My guest said it was one of the VERY BEST BLT's and TEMPURA FRENCH FRIES he ever had. The hot turkey looked great but was to cold, cold, cold to enjoy. The microwave made it to rubbery to enjoy. Morena was to above us starting with the partial booth/ table across the restaurant. Now Kim as the server, would go back to her tables every 7 minutes. Never asked about refills on beverages. She took it upon herself to refill properly with tons of ice ( if initially had requested) The moral. - the turkey tasted much better ice cold then rubbery from microwave. Morena is not a server but Kim is; and, BLT and Tempura French Fries are Lulus speciality. read more

I had the Mediterranean omelette with egg whites and I can't stop talking about it. Another plus was we ordered online for pick up, requested a few substitutions and the entire order was PERFECT! Let me start of by saying the food was great. My review is more geared towards the customer service. I had ordered through Doordash and the order came wrong and was missing some Items. I contacted the restaurant and the lady that picked up was wonderful and so accommodating. They brought the missing food so fast and didn't blink and eye. This is one of the worst restaurants I've experienced in a long time. My grandson ordered a tri tip sandwich. He doused it in Barbeque sauce as the meat didn't taste right. By the time we tasted it and realized it was BAD meat we told the waitress. No one really cared. My eggs were awful. How do you ruin scrambled eggs. They tasted like they were made with sugar. Awful. Haven't wrote a review for awhile.....finally a place that woke me up to review. Been to Lulu's 4 times and each experience was 100% great. Mainly because of the two servers that took care of me. Don't get me wrong the food is great thus far but the service was very nice. The waitress check on you often, they treat you nice, they answer all your questions regarding food as best as they can or they find out for you and they ensure your food taste to your liking. So, I met Melanie first and Vera second on 4 different occasions. Both were great and sweet. They work hard as they diligently move around the restaurant taking care of everyone. They are patient even when they are busy and they take them time to talk to each customer ensuring we have a good time. Great job ladies and thank you for your hard work. Lulu's has a bit of nostalgic history for my family since both my wife and myself worked very close to Lulu's at different times in our lives. We decided to pop in for a quick dinner and a little nostalgia. My son went with the meatloaf, which was very good, tender with lots of flavor. The family and I would always past by after we would get our morning starbucks. What got our attention was the smell of the restaurant smoking the bbq outside. We came here for lunch and my husband got the pulled pork sandwich and I got the pastrami Reuben. My husband loved the pulled pork sandwich and commented on how he could taste the smokey flavor. The portions of the sandwiches were very big and reasonable for the price. We couldn't finish it and we both had to take the other half of our sandwiches home. The only critique I would really have to give is that the high chair was really dirty and we had to wipe it down before I could put my daughter in it. It had stains of chili on the side of the high chair and left over food crumbs inside the seat. I checked in and got a free slice of pumpkin pie. My husband and I both shared the slice and it was delicious. He said he would just come back for the pumpkin pie. The service was good and we will most likely come back again. read more

Don't come here for the omellete especially the fajita chicken omelette, the chicken was disgusting as well as the egg. If you want something good just go for the waffle, it was nicely cooked, crisp and yummy just the way I like it. I love Lulu's. I know that's a 3 star review. Let me tell you why. I don't think I've ever had a problem at Lulu's pre-pandemic. Since the pandemic we've ordered from them six times through doordash. Their patty melt is great. Their fries are great. Have been every time. The other food we've gotten has generally been great. But there are two instances that stand out. Their jambalaya? Disgusting. Their meatloaf? Incredibly, inedibly salty. I don't know what's going on over there, but it's really inconsistent. We're not going back until the pandemic is over. read more
