The Pasadena Lululemon location is small, but has all of the basics one would need. I parked at the De Lacey Garage and walked over on a weekday morning. The store was not packed and upon entering, I was greeted and assisted right away. The leggings are located at the back of the store. Tulip assisted me and was very friendly explaining the different types of leggings and what they'd be most comfortable for. I purchased the Wunder Train HR Tight since they are meant for running and high intensity sports. The Wunder Train was tighter than the Align legging, which is meant for yoga or Pilates. The sale section was pretty good as well. I found a nice Fast and Free HR Tight for $79, final sale. Lululemon has a good repair system. If the seams are coming loose within a year, they'll gladly replace your leggings with a new pair. Also, tailoring is free if you drop off and pick up at the same location. read more

I happened to be in the Pasadena area looking for my new travel shoes. I saw this Lululemon not too far from Allbirds, so I came in here to browse. I had the 25% off email for military/first responders that was going to expire that same day, so I looked around to see if there was anything I HAD to have. This store isn't a large one, but it did have the basics, a decent sale section and some accessories including keychains, yoga mats and hair clips/bands. I tried on a sports bra that I couldn't leave without. It's not meant for hardcore running or jumping, but would be perfect for walking , rowing, or yoga. The first one I tried on fit, but I felt like I could fit the next size down. I ended up just buying the smaller one because I was too lazy to take everything off again, lol. When I got home and tried it on, it fit like a glove and my girls look and feel great in it! It gives just enough support and the color matches my new duffle bag! My friend also picked up 2 items, so I was able to apply the discount to our purchase. The staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy. Terrible customer service. We came in looking for a women outdoor vest with down filling for warmth. I knew they had a model with a small detachable cap. Me... the sale associate was not helpful, did not know where to find the products and when I asked kindly to see if she could get a men's vest too, she would not oblige. She pushed to get the item ordered in the store as she said the shipping would be free of charge but then admitted that an online order would be free of charge too. She was so pushing for the sale . I don't know if it's due to better training or better socioeconomic demographics or better educational background of people here... I returned what I bought at Glendale to this store and repurchased at this location. (I asked for an extra bag here and they gave me one without any problem. When initially shopping here back in August, I was really impressed with staff's professionalism; I enrolled in their app which is an excellent way to track your purchases. Recently I had an experience along the lines of loss/stolen/damaged goods, not having anything to do with services rendered at this location. Five stars because of the hemming service they provide with every purchase! I'm wary of purchasing pricier pants because they are often too long for me. I don't know about the other lululemon locations, but this one provides hemming in 2-3 days. Another things to note - their pieces last for a long time. Items I've purchased from them have lasted at least one year, if not longer. My first pair I purchased from them was a pair of sleek black tights that lasted me two years. For those who are working with a tight budget, I recommend going online to Lululemon's "We Made Too Much" and taking the goodies to a local store for hemming if needed. read more

Visited lululemon after hearing all this hype for their align tanks on TikTok. This Pasadena store is slightly smaller compared to other lululemon stores I've been to, but their selection was still great. When we entered, we immediately made a beeline for the align tanks. I picked up the colors water drop and wisteria purple, and headed for the dressing rooms. The staff was super sweet and quick to answer any and all of our questions regarding the tanks. They checked up on us a few times and asked if we needed extra sizes or if we wanted to try different colors. Come to think of it, I wonder if they get commission, because that would make a lot of sense. Anyway, when we were waiting to enter the dressing room, I saw a cute polaroid wall that I haven't seen at other lululemon locations. Lululemon lost me as a loyal customer. So it looks like they have a strict policy and bad attitude to me, a returning customer to this store. The front desk lady even said my email receipt with the return barcode is not a receipt, when that's the receipt they always ask for and scan the code to return. And she gave the clothes to me without saying a word- it's like she's trying to say "get out from here with your return item" When Lululemon is treated returning customer like this, why not switch to Alo when they actually have a better design! Went with my wife for her to purchase some new items. #1 very hard to identify exactly who works here, definitely do not reach out to you for help. #2 after accumulating several items, finally had to ask if she could use a dressing room, the guy said sure and walked away. While she was trying on her items, I watched the interaction with the staff and other customers. It was just as bad as we were receiving. When she came out, one item she came for did not fit her well. I could tell she was feeling the negative vibes. She told me she didnt really need the other stuff, told her what I noticed. I've lived and worked out in walking distance from this store for almost 4 years now, so I pass by a lot and buy a decent amount them--more than I should. This isn't a review about the quality of the clothes, or the value for the price--I have plenty of opinions on that, but that's another subject. This location is straight up trash customer service-wise. They are attentive AF when it looks like you're about to buy something, and quick to try to get you to the cash register. But beyond that, it's just an uncomfortable experience. I avoid coming in because of the pressure I know I'll get from each employee the second I step in. I recently bought a pair of $80 shorts in size L, like the 10+ other shorts I've bought in size L that fit perfectly. I even tried them on and they seemed to fit. I took the tag off and put them on to wear the next day but they started slipping off... felt too big. So I brought the detached tag and receipt the next day to attempt to return or exchange them. I took the blame for removing the tag and said I'd be cool with store credit or an exchange for the identical pair a size down. NOPE... hard no... she had already packed them back in to my bag and was holding them out to me. "You can try using the drawstrings... we can't resell these with the tag removed". I'm not the type to argue with retail employees so I just said cool and left. I think they genuinely deserve a negative review at this point. Maybe they can invest in one of this tag guns to reattach tags so that they can honor a basic return for a loyal, regular customer who is only asking for a simple exchange hardly 24 hours after his original purchase?? The pants still have hard creases from their original folded position. This is just the latest of probably 4-5 aggressively rude interactions I've experienced trying to make a simple exchange. read more

The smell in this store is rank. I don't know if it has to do with the chemicals re the materials in the clothing, but something needs to be done. It's like a tannery with cows farting (and I know because I've been to a tannery). Sage, a store that sells essential oils and diffusers is two doors down, westward bound. Great 5-star experience here. I was greeted by Katie, who both walked me through the return and guided me to some clothing recommendations. She provided some additional info on sourcing, sizing, and overall garment care which I appreciated since it was my first time stepping into a Lulu store. Unfortunately I found myself between sizing for shirts but I was able to pickup a super comfy and fitted pair of men's joggers instead. I went into the store today with my husband to shop for Valentine's Day gifts. I am a huge lulu fan and has always been happy with the positive vibes and the services at the store. In general, the workers at the platform are very nice and had been a good help. However, it took me by surprise that the cashier was not very friendly. Just when we were about to check out, my husband showed his healthcare Id for first responder discount, the lady at the cashier refused to take it and told us the items we bought are obviously for women but not for him and also told me that I'll have to be the healthcare worker to apply for the discount. My husband and I have been to other lululemon stores and never had encountered a problem like this. I've always loved seeing lululemon's styles online but I've never been to a brick and mortar lululemon store and I was afraid to be pressured by sales people on commission who didn't really care about what looked good on me but about how big of a sale I had. When I walked into this store in Pasadena with my boyfriend, I was greeted by incredibly friendly faces and amazing customer service. I was not pressured to do anything and was very touched by the attention that the sales people gave me. I would love to make a shoutout to Megan Chase, our sales associate, she was ridiculously helpful. She asked me the most specific questions to help me find the pieces that were perfect for me and even introduced me to new pieces I'd never even seen. She helped my boyfriend find the most comfortable, well fitting men's compression leggings. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and made my experience at this store memorable. I'm a HUGE fan of Lululemon clothing and this location is the closest to me! I used to be quite skeptical about their clothing and accessories, but ever since I tried on my first sports bra there, I have yet to find something else at that caliber at that price! These things come in so many cute designs and for different kind of support (light, medium, or strong). I absolutely love their pants. Current favorite is their Align pants. The material is their super soft Nulu, which makes you forget you're wearing anything. But pretty much every pair of pants I've worn here feels like it's part of your body! They are SO comfortable and so easy to move in! The quality of all their items are great! I can see why people spend a little more here...they get what they pay for! The sale section here is tiny...nothing like their Glendale location. Good luck finding a sale item in your size here. The service is wonderful, consistent throughout all Lulu stores! I shop at many different lululemon stores and this is by far the most inconsistent one. They always make a fuss if you are returning something and they have no clue about their products and what they are good for. Once an associate told me to order online instead while I was in store since she couldn't figure out how to find the (full price) item I was looking for. Luckily there are more lulu stores both in Americana and Santa Anita where you can get a lot better experience. They provide you with a mat, and not just a mat - but THE mat from Lululemon. I believe that it's one of the better mats out there, non slip grip, beautiful colors, etc. Just come by and try out a free class in the morning. At the gym you want to look your best so a great place to come and get some clothes is Lululemon! They are one of the best workout clothes I have ever bought and I love that this location is in Old Town Pasadena. If you know Old Town well this Lulu is off of Colorado Blvd which is pretty easy to find and Pasadena has parking lots all around the area but they have one conveniently behind this Lulu location. I believe you can get 60 mins or some number for free also without having to validate or anything. The layout of this lulu is really nice with a very very large section for the ladies. Also they do have a sale section that you can do some browsing it. Warning you that lulu is cute and pretty but it is a little bit on the pricy side. Which is to say I have bought many clothes from Lulu and they still have not yet fade, teared and let alone ripped. :) So I am a total fan and I love love LuLu. !!
