    I've shopping at Lululemon in Pasadena the best customer service!!! The staff is amazing energetic and very helpful! Yesterday I was assisted by a new lead her name is Sienna bad idea... poor customer service I couldn't return a couple of leggings just because they're past the 30 day window... One of the reps told me we usually do it but she's our new lead..,.. with embarrassment I join their membership for that same reason... she clearly expressed her authority over the other reps no cool at all!!!! She acted so petty and unprofessional.. pretty soon they will loose their customers with that attitude..

    I happened to be in the Pasadena area looking for my new travel shoes. I saw this Lululemon not too far from Allbirds, so I came in here to browse. I had the 25% off email for military/first responders that was going to expire that same day, so I looked around to see if there was anything I HAD to have. This store isn't a large one, but it did have the basics, a decent sale section and some accessories including keychains, yoga mats and hair clips/bands. I tried on a sports bra that I couldn't leave without. It's not meant for hardcore running or jumping, but would be perfect for walking , rowing, or yoga. The first one I tried on fit, but I felt like I could fit the next size down. I ended up just buying the smaller one because I was too lazy to take everything off again, lol. When I got home and tried it on, it fit like a glove and my girls look and feel great in it! It gives just enough support and the color matches my new duffle bag! My friend also picked up 2 items, so I was able to apply the discount to our purchase. The staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy. If I'm ever back in this area, I'd definitely return to check out what they have. =)

When I realized the mistake, I politely asked if that item could be removed from the transaction. The cashier immediately responded, "I can't," and offered no explanation or attempt to help. A manager was called over and seemed visibly annoyed. We were told there were only two options: either void the entire transaction and wait approximately 20 minutes for the gift card funds to be restored, or pay the difference and then return the football cards afterward for store credit. Since there was no way I was spending an additional $63 on football cards, we chose to void the transaction and wait. We specifically discussed that it was Father's Day, that we needed to get to a family dinner, and that we would wait the required 20 minutes so my son could repurchase the correct items. The manager advised us to wait near the entrance or continue shopping. After the 20-minute wait, we spent another 15 minutes waiting for the same cashier to help us complete the purchase, only to discover that all of my son's items had been returned to the sales floor. We were then told, "You just left the items," despite the fact that we had clearly communicated our plan and followed the instructions we were given. What bothered me most was not the store policy itself, but the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology, no empathy, and no effort to make a frustrating situation easier--especially for a child trying to use birthday gift cards. The entire interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily difficult. The saddest part was that my son left the store in tears instead of excited about his birthday gifts. What should have been a fun experience became a frustrating and upsetting one due to poor communication and a lack of basic customer service.

I wish I got the young gentleman's name because it seemed like he was one of the only ones in the store who 1) knew where things were 2) could perform an assigned task 3) actually help us out. The reason I am saying this is because we went to the cash register upstairs and the cashier was uncertain that the service was downstairs. Not a big deal, she radioed them and confirmed where we could go. Easy. We go downstairs and show that cashier the glove (brand new, just bought for christmas) and that guy did not know how to do the steaming services, which was also fine because he asked another staff member who helped us, HOWEVER, the first guy told us the cost of it (which there is no cost because after a certain price glove it is a free service). The second guy (bless him) corrected him and stated the price of the glove and why it's free. As the worker was breaking in the glove the other guy cashier asked him multiple questions about where things were, if they did certain services, if he could help this other guest. Honestly that cashier guy was doing NOTHING. This is all in the midst of our guy fitting the glove which consists of steaming and banging it with a mallet which could be dangerous! Just seemed like an unprofessional thing to do. Now maybe this guy was new so I'll give him the benefit of the doubt but seriously it seemed like he didn't even bother trying to figure it out on his own before turning the the gentleman helping us. All in all the service was great, he was knowledgeable and answered the questions we had! It seemed like there was a large selection of inventory and some decent sales. I came here on Saturday looking for a specific item and no employees were of help. I couldn't even find an employee to help me which is odd because there usually is an employee or two walking around fixing things but not this time. I found what i needed and went to pay and the cashiers were so inattentive. It felt more so like a get out of here so we can continue to talk which is actually what it was because as soon as i finished paying and left, thats exactly what happened. The friendliness and helpfulness this location used to have is gone. Which sucks because this was my favorite Dick's location. What a shame
