I visited Lowell's with a coworker for a late lunch and I'm SO glad we did. You order at the front and choose one of the three levels to sit at, the third with a beautiful water view. The gentleman taking our order was so kind! Coworker got the fish and chips and I, the salmon Cesar. Both were a huge portions and very tasty but the salmon was the star of the show. Locally caught and sold in pike place market, it was some of the freshest salmon I've ever eaten. Truly melt in your mouth, and the price for each meal wasn't exorbitant. I'll definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Seattle

Best calamari I have ever had. Fresh and delicious. The concept of ordering and finding your own seat is hectic but it worked out for our party of 6.

Lowell's is a must stop for incredible clam or salmon chowder in a bread bowl. It's a casual vibe inside Pike's Place where you order at a cash register and then your order is brought to your seat wherever you find one. The bread bowl was soft and fluffy which was the perfect addition to my salmon chowder. Great quality and lots of pieces of fish that was a perfect lunch on a chilly and rainy day. The clam chowder is also incredible and a staple of Seattle.

The place was Busy for a Thursday afternoon! Only place we could find seating was on the third floor. Pretty views but was a little cold for my liking. The table near us complained they were freezing also. That being said, the food was solid. I had a chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss . It was huge and ate the entire thing! Hubby ate the fish tacos which were flavorful if a bit messy.

Nothing like a bowl of CLAM chowder in the morning for breakfast along with corned beef hash, eggs, and hashbrowns. Service was awesome but the view on the 2nd floor was better than awesome!

Lowell's is a must-stop if you're in the market! We had a beautiful table tucked into a corner overlooking the harbor and outstanding service from Tyler--friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. My husband had the classic combo with eggs, hash browns, link sausage, and toast--perfect comfort food. I ordered a huge bagel topped with herbed cream cheese, king salmon, pickled onions, and capers... absolutely fantastic. And bonus: unlimited hot coffee --always a win. It's tucked right inside the marketplace, and we actually found it thanks to a suggestion from our server at Alder & Ash the night before. So glad we listened! Would I come back? Heck yeah! Next time, I'm trying the crab omelette for sure

Sat at the bar. For a birthday cocktail. A special chai martini. Served iced and so good. The wonderful bartender JoJo provided excellent service. And it's a bar, so the ambiance was fun. A gentleman sang happy birthday to my sister and me. And people were overall happy here. An iconic Pike Market place. Maybe next time I'll eat some food. SYOY!

Prime location - inside Pike Place Market! We needed a drink and a quick bite while we toured the area. We visited around 4pm on a Friday and the place was not packed. Definitely a change from a previous visit I had last in Sept 5 years ago. The VIEW gave this place the 4th star. Try to get the window seat as much as possible if you visit this place. Ordered the chowder - just mid. Nothing special and definitely had it better. Wish the bread bowl was toasted. Calamari - small portion - was good and so was the fries. This place is one of those Order, Pay then get your food type. Menu offers many choices. They have a bar on the second floor and the drinks were great. Be prepared to pay more for your cocktails :/ The bartender was nice and welcoming.

Drinks Only- As we were meandering through Pike's market on a Sunday, we decided we wanted to pop in for a drink or two. The bartender mentioned mimosas and Bloody Mary's so my ears perked up. They had an unusual Bloody Mary with salmon, so as we were in Seattle, I felt that I should try this version. I was expecting a piece of salmon on my drink, but rather the salmon was within the mix- interesting.....not sure I would order this again. I think I would stick with a regular bloody mary. Pricing wise, not bad for being at the market. Netherless the bartender was very friendly. And very kind to address all the questions of the tourist stopping in. The view from the bar of the water was beautiful. The bar on the second floor is quite small. If eating, there are plenty of seats among the three floors. Note lots of stairs....to the second and third floor.

Clam Chowder: 6.5/10 mid. Unfortunately, the chowder of the day wasn't salmon which is my fav. Fish and Chips: 7.5/10. Fish was ok, fries were good, tartar sauce was great. Calamari: 8/10. Calamari was good, sauce was ok. I enjoyed the calamari with the tartar sauce from the fish and chips. Service & Ambiance: 10/10. We sat at the top level where The Crab Pot was. We were brought our food from both restaurants and the window view was amazing

Place has a great view, service was good. Staff were friendly, beer was cold. The food was nothing to brag about. Pretty much no taste I guess it would be like having COVID and eating here..

    How much I paid
    Regina I.

It's a a great view! Apparently that's what you're paying for ! However as far as the quality of food for the price, nah ....i paid 90.00 plus tip for overfried hash browns that were hard as rocks. The hollandaise sauce was obviously not homemade and mehhh at best, the side was $6.95 . Obviously you needed it to drowned the rock hard hashbrow on my plate. It was 4.95 for a cup of black coffee! Not a latte, a cup of French roast! My Dungeness crab eggs Benedict was served on a piece of sourdough toast not a traditional English muffin at the price of $39.95!!!! For $10 more I could've bought a whole container of crab at Costco and made my entire family that consist of seven people homemade Dungeness crab Benedict with fresh organic eggs from my own chickens ! The French toast was basic at best... Save your money go across the street to Me Sum pastry by yourself a curry bun and be happy for a cheaper breakfast and a cup of coffee outside of the spot ! That might run $12.00 total!

What a great find!--Lowell's gives you the perfect location in the world famous Pike Place Market but keeps a down to earth and inviting attitude. And all while serving up fresh catches of the day. I loved the crab melt sandwich. It's not cheap, but it packs all the meat of a full Dungeness crab without making you do the shelling. And the meat is spread all the way to the bread's crust, so you get a mouthful of oceany, succulent crab meat in every bite--no pointless bites of empty bread. Served with fries.

You order at the front before being seated which means food arrives shortly after sitting down. With that noted, I wouldn't return to wait that long. First visit, to try a relatively famous spot, sure. Inside is a bit tight, but conversation can be had. My friends got the lumpia-silog and bistek-silog. Lumpia was tasty, but not particularly outstanding. Bistek was dry. The beef was tough to chew, seasoned alright on the outside but likely overcooked if not old. I opted for the oxtail silog which was delicious but pricey. Oxtail Silog - for $29, this plate definitely gets a double take. After waiting in the hour line, I figured I should commit for a tasty meal. Oxtail comes in a side bowl alongside a bit of hearty broth which the rice absorbs well. Meat is tender, falls off the bone, but pulling around oxtail bones isn't the simplest, so definitely have to bite around crevices. All in all, this plate was delicious but think it comes with a huge tourist tax I've had better value for oxtail plates. Ube Pancake Stack - four sizeable pancakes. Some pictures, including my own, don't do these justice. I can definitely get behind the hype. They're drenched in a rich ube sauce and there's plenty to go around. Honestly the ube flavor is present on the pancakes, but it feels relatively faint because the sauce is extremely sweet and flavorful, minimizing the pancake taste and expanding the gap between flavors. That being said, I think I would enjoy the pancakes with less sauce (or preferably, on the side).

They served the coffees with a little shortbread cookie, and these little details really elevated the whole experience. Also, the cappuccino was so foamy, and it hit the spot immediately. There also was an option to add Beecher's cheese on the eggs, and I'd say it was totally worth it. Most importantly, the Dutch baby was as good as they'd advertised.
