Sweet shoyu salmon and smoked salmon Mac n cheese. Creamy spicy ahi and seaweed salad in the back

Came here for poke and was not disappointed! I wish I came here sooner! Fish was super fresh and well marinated with really amazing portion sizes for the prices. Service was incredibly friendly and truly felt like a local business. They also sell lots of other fishy items and also Hawaiian/Japanese items. Outdoor seating on benches. Wear clothes you don't really care about when you go in because we were in there briefly but our clothes smelled fishy afterwards!

Came here 3 years ago, came back again. Had a couple trips to Hawaii in between. This place does not lose to the poke out there. Delicious fish, massive portions for the price. Normally don't like mac salad but this place really upgrades it with smoked salmon. If we come back to Seattle, we're probably coming here again.

My husband said this is 10/5 stars, and I agree. He had the pick 2 poke bowl with tuna and salmon, with crab salad as a side. The crab salad alone was delicious. The poke was outstanding. I had the crab panini with clam chowder and a spam Masubi. It was excellent, but the poke was the star of the show. My goodness fish guys, way to go!

They double up as a fish market and restaurant, what a strange find! Inside seating is limit, and don't expect restaurant service - but the people are nice. Certainly a place for solid, fair priced foods. Many 'build your own' poke options and hot foods such as crab cakes and paninis. Would I Go Out of My Way to Try? Not as a tourist, more of a local spot Would I Return? No Food Taste- 8/10 Ambiance - 5/10 Service - 7/10 Value- 7/10

Seattle Fish Guys is in my Top 5 favorite fish destinations in Seattle... and guess what? They actually have convenient free underground parking!!! Don't walk, but run here. I am a huge fan of their Hot Smoke Salmon Jerky and Smoked Salmon Belly Bowl with rice and macaroni salad + Spam Musubi. It's all so delicious that I would request this to be my last meal on earth if I had to choose something.

Quality/Quantity - Scallop Poke $4.80 - This was the "wild card," as you can tell we got the least of this. But it was a hit with most/all of us. Seaweed Salad $5.50 - I feel the Costco one is just as good if not better. Tako Poke $15 - My choice, love that octopus! Tuna Poke $12.50 - What beautiful color, see pictures. I hope it was not dyed. Salmon Poke $27.99 - The hit of the options. And we have a few people that do not like salmon, but still ate this up! Glad we got a pound of this. White Rice $6 - We got two orders. As light eaters, including our guest, one would have been enough. Ambiance - Small place. Very small indoor seating, plenty of outdoor seating. One unisex restroom. Service - Counter service. Many samples - Do not be greedy, one sample per person. Price - $76 which included the 3% credit card charge. Expensive but worth it, as it has been over a year since we have been back to the HI islands. And if you are following, you know we spend approximately 2 months (not on a single trip) a year there. Owner Comment - Congrats on all your success. We have taken a break from the islands, so this was a very positive reminder. Hopefully in 2026 we will go back to Maui. Follow my travels.

Stop by for lunch. There was a parking lot next to the place for seattle fish guys. It was quite small so might be a bit difficult to find parking during peak hours. We got a poke bowl with shoyu salmon and scallops with hawaiian mac and an uni bowl. I thought everything was super fresh. I was really impressed by their uni specifially! Literally melts in the mouth. Would 100% recommend!

I try my best not to compare all poke places to my favorite place in Washington (Ono Poke) but it is hard not to. Does this place have Ono beat? No, but it does come in at second place based on my preferences! My partner and I shared a large plate and was able to comfortably share the portion! The portion of fish was super generous which was a great surprise. We got the smoked salmon mac to go along with our fish and it was one of my favorite parts of the plate. The smoked salmon added such a good level of smokiness to the whole dish which I appreciated so much. I cannot speak to the service because I waited in the car due to limited parking in the area but my partner said that it was quick and the people serving them were quite nice! The tuna quality is really good and we also got salmon too. I would say that their fish quality is not as good as Ono Poke's fish quality but their sides are better. Overall, this is a great stop for poke but I would keep in mind that parking may be a bit of a challenge! They have a small parking lot so be sure to check there!

Fare $50. You can order 1/4lb pokes too.

Came for the poke but what you should really get is the sea urchin. At $17 it's not a bad deal for a delicacy you don't eat often straight from the shell. The poke was fine, I found the tuna a bit tough and forgettable. The salmon in shoyu was better but after many bites It gets overwhelmingly sweet. The scallion by the pound wasn't great imo. Pass. Good service. They definitely have a tons more options but I can only tell you the uni was my favorite thing here. I will try other stuff next time. Parking underground free.

I liked that this restaurant sold seafood and was kind of like a mini market in addition to their poke. There were also samples of smoked salmon jerky that I really liked. There was some seating inside but not a whole lot Rice, imitation crab, and spicy salmon: 4/5. I thought the food was pretty solid but I do wish the pieces of fish were cut a little smaller. It is a little expensive overall but I do think it's a good amount of food since I was able to split this over two meals. It would be nice if I could've chosen two different sides and two different proteins though, because this was definitely too much of the same thing for me

A small but lively spot selling all kind of fresh seafood and products! Staffs were very energetic and friendly. The Smoked Salmon I sampled were all 10/10, def would have gotten some next time. We had the Three Kine Poke Plate with Avocado Ahi, Creamy Spicy Ahi, and Sweet Salmon. Portion was great. The fish chunks were massive and fresh. I liked the Spicy Ahi the best and the Sweet Salmon the least, was kinda bland for me. The Squid Salad side was a hit! Rice was warm and fluffy. Oh, also don't sleep on the Inari Bombs. The Truffle Scallop was so good. Overall, a super cool and casual spot for topnotch seafood!

Seattle Fish Guys serves some of the best poke in the Seattle area. The fish is always fresh and high quality, and you can't go wrong with any selection. The combo plates offer great variety and better value. It's a popular counter-service spot with limited indoor seating, and a few parking spaces are available in the attached lot and underground garage.

Ask the Community - Seattle Fish Guys

Do they have uni available in October?

What is the parking situation? It says on here that it's garage? Is that true and do you have to pay to use the garage?

No, you don’t need to pay. The garage entry is an under ground. You will need to take the elevator back up and walk outside then next door.

Do you have gluten free poke?

I believe if you ask they will use tamarind instead soy sauce.

    Is it dog friendly?

In the warmer months they have an outdoor seating area that allows dogs.

    When is the uni season?

    It's just starting!

How much is Dungeness crab by pass he pound?

I would think it's a market price kind of question probably best addressed by Seattle fish guys. You may just want to give them a call and find out before you head over.

And that poor dead fish that keeps getting tossed--it must be mush by the end of the day! We didn't go to the gum wall this time. Saw it the last time we were here and I didn't need to see it again. On this day it was super busy! I think mostly because of the cruise ship in port. So, if you are okay with the crowds, give yourself some time to walk and explore all that there is to offer here. Note that the traffic all along Alaskan Way was a log jam! We took the Hop On-Hop Off bus and didn't have to deal with traffic and parking.

What immediately caught our attention (for obvious reasons) was the bold sign: LIVE KING CRAB. We walked in and were instantly impressed. Large water tanks filled with live Dungeness crab and live king crab, crystal-clear water, and absolutely no fishy smell--always an excellent sign. The space feels more like a clean, well-run warehouse set up for both wholesale and retail, not a typical seafood market. A gentleman working there quickly came over and started chatting with us about crab. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They offer a wide selection: live, fresh, and frozen crab, Japanese scallops, fish, and a variety of shellfish. We considered the live king crab, but it was honestly too big for the two of us to handle in a hotel kitchen--and definitely would've been a splurge. So, plan B: I called my sister-in-law to see if she'd like some frozen king crab legs. She said yes immediately. The gentleman showed us the frozen options, and the king crab legs were long, meaty, and impressive--similar in size to what Costco carries, but priced better. We ended up negotiating a great deal and purchased a box of their Party Pack King Jumbo Crab Legs for her. Later that evening, she surprised her daughter with a king crab birthday dinner, and they reported the legs were super meaty and absolutely delicious. Safe to say, we'll definitely keep Seattle Seafood Center in mind for future seafood splurges.
