We went in today 11/12. Dirty filthy bathrooms when trying to change my toddler bathrooms, overflooded with soiled diapers in the trash and on the floor, limited staff, the place isn't well kept at all or sanitized like other places like Kidtopia and Luv2play that do it regularly. For the price you pay plus you have to wear their socks it isn't worth it. I went last Friday morning and it was much better because it was a week day but at 11am when we went in, I couldn't believe the under 4 toddler area was still uncleaned from the night before, balls out of the ball pit, and every single thing just blocking everywhere from the toys and thing, it is a disaster, and this place isn't well maintained and very dirty.. I will avoid this place moving forward. Owners need to step in someday and see how the staff is running this place, its a joke. read more

They have a lot of fun things for kids to play, but everyone is running around wild totally overstimulated. Do not have a birthday party here! Insanely overpriced, terrible food, understaffed, and they rush you out for the next party. We reserved a 2 hour party window and ended up having 19 kids, 4 pizzas and a $40 crappy tray of fruit and they charged us $900!!! I was in shock. That much for terrible pizza, minimal service, and use of their understaffed facility for 2 hours. Plus all of the games in the middle area were extra and most were $2 each. Laila has been very helpful through out the party. She was welcoming and kind. She helped with serving food, decorate the party hall, cleanup, packup. She managed our guests very well. I highly recommend looking for her for the party management at lost world. Simply she was excellent and made our day. The lost world facility at Livermore itself is pretty nice, except the food. The play structure, seating arrangement, restroom and overall ambiance was pretty nice. Their speakers for announcement seem to be 100 years old, felt like someone was talking from mars. Pizza were the worst, honestly. Couldn't see any topping even looking through microscope. I wish they would allow food from outside or make better food. Overall fun experience but the girl with the green highlights supervising the rock climbing and step poles is super irresponsible and careless. All the recent 1 and 2 star reviews are spot on. This place is down right filthy and clearly not being maintained at all and super cold inside. Im not sure why the lack of maintenance as the the ropes course in the back of the facility is new which i imagine was a significant investment so maybe there is hope for the the rest of this facility. My kids, a 7yr old and a 2 yr old love coming here, so that is why i went with 2 stars. We were here on 1/28/23 from 6pm - 745pm for reference. If you have small kids i highly recommend bringing snacks with you, even though they don't allow outside food/drinks getting service from the kitchen can be extremely difficult. So have a little something for the kids while you wait. Fwiw the staff was friendly. I personally don't agree with the some of the comments that staff isn't watching the kids (thats the parents job) but to each their own. To the owners: This place has amazing potential and a pretty decent layout. I think if this was my business here are the things i would do: - Replace all the floor mats - refresh the paint everywhere - deep deep cleaning (layers of dust everywhere) - fix all the broken things - full bathroom remodel - collect all the ball pit balls and put them in the ball-pit -establish some type of hourly cleaning (kids are kids). This place is a rip off. We took our special needs kid here to play mini golf and arcades and the room for the mini golf was to load for him. We asked to turn the money we paid for more arcade tickets and they only refunded our kids ticket not ours. Also they wouldn't combine tickets on two cards to get prizes. With such a short notice, 2 weeks booking, it was so seamless and organized, giving us parents a stress free time before and during the party. We went to Lost Worlds Adventures for a 4 year old's birthday party. My 2 year old had so much fun in the indoor playground but she was too young to participate in the other activities such as mini golf or the "ninja warrior" obstacle course. We had to wear their socks in order to play. The pizza was okay but I guess I shouldn't expect much from an indoor playground. Been wanting to take my kids to this place but the reviews on Yelp were not convincing me. I finally decided to give it a shot and take them after a long time, and I'm so glad I did. This place was heaven for my kids. We went yesterday (Thursday) and the place was not busy, which is great!! My kids were able to play around all the areas, mini golf, laser tag, they definitely spent more time rock climbing and all the Ninja area in the back room! Such a fun place to take the kids for a good 4 hours!! They truly enjoyed it! We got a pizza and it was not bad either! Staff were very friendly too!! The bathrooms in the front were clean just out of toilet covers, those are definitely needed. The bathrooms on the back were out of order. Other than that everything looks fine!! As I've said in numerous other reviews for indoor play structures for kids, the need and want for these places is so important. Kids need a place to run and jump and be kids. And it's not the business' fault the bay area is overcrowded or even that parents love to stare at their phones and not watch their kids. But, mechanisms can be put into place like limiting capacity. We showed up at 10:30 and paid $88 for two all day passes with socks. The mini golf area is cool with the black lighting and we were the first users of the day. I was disappointed that there were empty drinks, discarded surgical masks and even other putters and balls all strewn about. It relayed to us they don't clean or vacuum at closing or before opening. As we walked the inside to explore as we'd never been, there were half eaten cake slices on plates all throughout the warehouse. Clearly they were left out from the day before. You don't need a business degree or have to run a business personally to know this is ridiculous and they don't value cleanup or hygiene. I'm not a vet but I know what a dog and cat are. Leaving inches of dust on everything and leaving Party trash out are testament deep cleanings or even basic vacuuming and party cleanups aren't happening. Everything was covered in dust, including the air vents ( look up at the beautiful arachnid nest display near the play structure if you don't believe me). Due to staffing issues or apathy, the ninja area wasn't opened until 11:30. Half the play structure was netted off and my boys were really disappointed they couldn't go through half the tubes or the trampoline. Around 2pm someone in a tactical looking black security uniform showed up. He then proceeded to sit facing the play area and played on his phone until we left at 3:30. Not sure quite what he was securing other than his Instagram or a high score in candy crush, but his mere presence was a charade as he didn't lift a finger or make premise walks. But thankfully the play area full of 6 year olds was problem free thanks to his due diligence and attention to detail (sarcasm). They have a ton of out of service games all piled against the wall. Just moving these would give illusion that things are In order and attended to, and that spending $40 a kid isn't just merely for Bay Area price gouging. Also, the ninja area is great, but there's no supervision (what a concept, supervising your own kids right? Not since the advent of the smart phone). So parties of kids just climbed and acted like animals and my kids who wanted to run the course like American ninja warrior were disappointed. First world problems, but on par to the quality of people there. Kids running amok and bullying other kids while their parents are nowhere to be found. We won't return, not for those prices. If you choose to go, adjust your expectations and you should be good for a few hours read more

I don't even know where to start on this place. I will just say this. This place is a rip-off. They bathroom was filthy dirty. Toilet paper on the floor, the floors were wet, not mopped, and someone took a massive dump and left it on the floor because there was no toilet paper. When you pay to get in, the kids have to be a certain height to get on their play structures regardless of whether they have been on a rock climbing wall (aka rock in jump) or used a hook pully with a cable line. Our daughter loves doing the rock climb play structures. She has used cable lines on play structures at many places. Unfortunately, Lost World would not let her on it only because she was 2 inches shorter than the required height. When you come to Lost World, they have you fill out a wavier. It cost $100.00 for 1 hour for Bowling. Wtf. Who and hell is going to pay $100 just to use small Chucky E Cheese Skee Ball size bowling balls for that price? They have a playground, ball pit, and small obstacles for kids to play on. They also have Laser Tag and bounce house. The small obstacles are ok for smaller kids. This place has $h..tty management and not enough employees. I wouldn't recommend bringing the kids here. Sure, they will have fun, but the price you are paying is not worth it. My daughter comes here every year for her birthday and loves it. As a parent it is one of my favorite places to take her. I love that they have expanded and all the awesomeness that includes ( bowling, obstacle course, build a Dino, and wall climbing). We celebrated my daughters birthday here many years but this year I decided to buy the birthday package. I was so happy they were open (Nov 14th 2020) during covid times and had limited people there. They have hand sanitizing stations every where and staff all wore their mask. This great review is because they had limited staff but Fernanda and the Manager made sure that we were taken care of. The manager was very pleasant and went over and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. This was the first party I've ever had were my guest kids and adults were enjoying themselves the whole time. It's absolutely hilarious so many parents complain, what else do you expect? It's lost world, not Disneyland. While they are 100% pricy, I don't expect less. They're running a BUSINESS. Of course the prices are going to be jacked. And obviously 95% of staff are teenagers. They're just trying to make some damn money and half of them don't even like kids. It's a job, they are there to work, not babysit. They're doing their job but parents need to do theirs. If you don't want to pay the $3 for the socks then take your kid elsewhere. Atleast when you save the socks, you don't need to repay for them next time. I often see parents not supervising their kids there and would rather sit on their phones and then act shocked when their kids get hurt or cry. While an employee is there to ensure safety, and I have heard employees to tell kids to get down from the ball pit air tower, some of your kids still don't listen and you're sitting right there. Smfh, staff is not responsible for your kid because they're not your babysitter and they are not running a daycare. I would never take my kid to a play place expecting anyone, especially an employee to watch my kid. Parents should use their better judgment and read policy's and regulations before entering an establishment. Me and my husband often take our son there and he has a blast. Cheap utensils. Food is meh. They really need to offer wine & beer. Bowling was closed, mini golf was closed, the arcade games steal your tokens. They need a professional cleaning company to come in, & they need to FIX their attractions or STOP advertising that everything is up & running. Because it most definitely IS NOT. Lost world stole about $150 worth of credits from me. If you had cards during the pandemic that were swipe style and you loaded tokens on them (required for all arcade games), They can't be used anymore since they moved to rfid cards. I asked the staff member where I exchange my cards and she said "oh you can't. We don't use that company anymore, you'll have to buy new cards and tokens". So lost world basically pocketed all of my money with no transition plan and blames it on the technology provider they selected. This is really unfortunate and shady, I wonder how many other people they skimmed a few bucks (or more like us). So lesson learned, if you're forced to come here, only load the bare minimum tokens on your cards. Also, several machines didn't even work. Youd tap your new card and the machine would accept it but never give you actual credits. After you wait 20 minutes in line for the single register that's open, be prepared for disappointment. read more

They have reduced the height restriction of play structure from 60" to 50" so any kid who is the right age for it and is between 50"-60" cannot go. They also have people monitoring the gate so they check the kids height. On the other hand, they seem to neglect the rest of the facility while kids play hide and seek in the golf course and the bowing does not work. When I took my concern to them, they didn't seem to care. There should be some leniency for kids who are behaving in the play structure. It's a great place, but it's unfortunate that my kid was upset because they were so strict on not allowing him to go on. It's clear that from the manufacturing point of view, the height restriction is 60". They put a lousy yellow sticker and changed that to 50". read more

We were super excited to try this place with our two kids. It's a 45 minute drive from our house, but it looked worth it from yelp reviews/pictures. Unfortunately, this place is not worth it. We came specifically for the large play area, but that thing is DIRTY! Surfaces are dirty and have black sticky spots all over (think of gum on a sidewalk). Also, a lot of stuff was unkempt and broken. -climbing up a ramp I came across a step that was duct taped up -the tops of the tubes to crawl through are covered in dust -They have something called "spider climb" which is the criss crossed ropes/belts that you can climb up through. The last two rows at the highest point have belts that are broken with large open holes. There is no signage and nothing to prevent your child from plummeting down the entire "web" -The ball pit is under filled and in need of maintenance. There are a LOT of smashed/broken balls that need to be removed. -Area in the middle with ball shooters was not wor Also, I get the lighting and theming, but it seems pretty dark and uninviting, I'm glad we came on a Wednesday when they have special pricing because the normal pricing is way too expensive! If this place was cleaner and better maintained, it might be a better option, but I do not recommend this place if you're looking for indoor play structures for young kids. Would not recommend, their games don't work because of wifi connections. They have signs posted around the building noting that the games may take your tokens and will not play, they are short staffed, no way to redeem your tokens because there is no attendant. Brought this issue up with management and Ken (manager) said that he wasn't going to fix it, was NOT going to give compensation, and that's that.
