Customer service was not good. Was here on a work trip (big group), personally I would never bring my family here. Asked if the shoe sizes ran big and the lady at the desk stared at me with crazy eyes and responded with nothing....okay weird I don't let it bother me. We had asked for water she never gave us water until we had to bug her again....when she was restocking balls and cleaning around us during our game she was like a "bull in a china shop," then when I opened a curtain that was interfering with our lane she rudely came and closed it. Whatever we were on our last round I am happy to go home because her energy was killing the vibe. Overall I had so much fun but her poor customer service brings me to a one star because that's how much her attitude bothered me.

My oh my bowling prices have gone up! This was my first time here with a group and the bowling alley is located by the Bank of America in a separate lot, but gps brings you to Bank of America. So, Skip the first turn and you'll be fine. Bowling alley was cold and dark with lights on dim. A typical stuck in the 90s feel with dark brown wood paneling around you. Prices are comparable about 55 bucks 1.5 hours with a group of 6 or less. Including shoes. Service was ok, very dry and on the verge of being unprofessional with attitude. Food was better than expected, but still what you expect from an bowling alley. Nachos, pizza, fries, chicken wings ect. Good. Overall, A place to get your bowling on, but customer service is a miss, and will be going to another location next time.

Plenty of parking and seems safe. Got here around 645pm on a Tueaday and M-R, its when they have bowling league that starts at 630pm. So, they wont do regular pricing and instead will charge you by the hour which is $50 for 1hour w/ shoes included. They also have arcade inside. Maybe will play next time if I'm back here again.

Impressed! For starters, I haven't been to a bowling alley in years! For some reason, I remember it having a distinctive smell. This place didn't. It was very clean and noticed how the attendees were on point with cleaning up after guests and sanitizing. I have to say that the prices are more than fair in the current economy. Especially if you are going with a larger group. Traditional Lanes 1 hour $60 (up to 6 people) 1.5 hours for $85 2 hours for $110 The zone is about $10-15 more give or take for the amount of time your needing. The zone is a cool cosmic light theme. The bar in this place is awesome! very big space and right next door to the arcade to keep a close eye on the kids. Again, I can't stress enough how fair the prices are, even for alcoholic beverages. They have party packages and even a private area in the cosmic area for your party. I personally will be looking to hold an event there! I didn't taste anything from their snack bar so I do not have any input on that but if I go back and try anything ill be sure to update y'all! I visited on a busy Saturday night and the vibe was fun! A lot of families out enjoying their night at the local bowling alley.

The biggest issue was the lack of assistance. No one seemed available to explain the delay, help us understand when a lane might open, or offer another solution. I understand that bowling alleys can get busy, especially during popular hours, but a wait of more than two hours after booking ahead was unreasonable. Better communication, more attentive service, and a more reliable booking system would have made a major difference. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would hesitate to return during a busy period.

Plus, there was no soap and the second time I escorted the girls to the bathroom there were no paper towels. Are there bathroom checked to replenish these items? The play area was a hot mess two female staff was sitting and talking, later I did see them picking up balls from the ball pit. But no supervision or enforcing rules with the children. Overall the children enjoyed themselves but the lack of staff supervision, dirty equipment, and no soap and paper towels in the female bathroom, I wouldn't recommend.

A great pro shop!!!…read more I happen to be a bowler who had a Motiv bowling ball that is no considered illegal. I decided to wait until the new ball in the Motiv line comes out in the fall, but in the mean time I needed a new powerful ball that moves! I went in and talked with Gene one night about a new ball. After talking we were discussing the Nirvana and the Alpha Crux. We decided to order the new Nirvana. After the discussion, Gene walked out and was watching me bowl some in my league that night. The next day Gene called me and told me after watching me bowl, with the way I throw and power that the Alpha Crux would be a better ball for me. So we switched the order from the Nirvana to the Alpha Crux. From the time of order, shipping, and drilling was only a few days time and the ball was ready for me to be picked up. I went in, he had me try the holes before gluing things in place. He then smoothed out the thumb hole and my ball was ready to be thrown. Fresh ball out of the box and I rolled a 732 that night! I love the ball and the way it rolls and moves! Gene is a true professional. He could have just sold me any ball that I wanted but he actually cared enough to take the time to watch me bowl a few and then give a recommendation on a ball that will really suit my style. Gene truly cares about you as a bowler and your success, not to just make a dime!

Allergy Boy was saving up to get his own ball, and we didn't realize that the prices appearing with the balls on display didn't include a drilling fee. However, there was a small supply of used balls in excellent condition, for $50 bucks ("out the door") including new hole drilling. Gene took A.B.'s measurements, and the ball was available the next day. Gene was a hoot, and steered us toward the used balls, which was absolutely appropriate for a first time purchase for a 10-year old. Anyway, A.B. loves the ball, we've been going to Granada 2 or 3 times a week since then, and we'll be happy to shop there again.

Service issues happen from time to time, but what truly keeps customers coming back is the people. We wanted to recognize three team members who have consistently made our family's experience exceptional. **First, Kaydy, the Kids Club Coordinator.** For the past two years, our family has attended countless Kids Club events, and Kaydy has been the heart and soul behind so many of those memories. She greeted every family with a genuine smile and brought so much energy, warmth, and passion to every event. You could tell she truly loved what she did. It wasn't just another job--it showed in every interaction. When we recently learned she would be leaving, we were honestly heartbroken. Before the recent changes to the Kids Club program, events were consistently packed and often fully booked, and we have no doubt Kaydy's dedication played a huge role in building that loyal following. Pinstripes is losing an incredible employee, and any organization would be fortunate to have her. **Next is Ray, the upstairs manager.** Ironically, our first few visits to Pinstripes years ago could have been our last. We experienced recurring issues with our bowling lane and service that left us frustrated. Fortunately, Ray stepped in each time with professionalism, urgency, and genuine care. He resolved every situation quickly and made us feel heard rather than dismissed. The biggest testament to his leadership? After those early visits, we never encountered problems of that magnitude again. We truly believe his attentiveness and commitment to the guest experience played a major role in that. **And finally, Monica, the hostess with the mostest.** If you've been to Pinstripes, you've probably seen Monica constantly helping guests with a smile. She's hardworking, attentive, organized, and always makes us feel welcome. No matter how busy it gets, she takes the time to acknowledge people and make sure they're taken care of. As long-time customers, we can confidently say that while food, bowling, and bocce bring people through the doors, it's employees like Kaydy, Ray, and Monica who keep families coming back. The restaurant seemed very understaffed, and throughout the two hours we were there, many of the food items stayed empty for long periods without being replenished. Since the buffet was split between two levels, our entire family, including those helping with a newborn, constantly had to go downstairs just to find available food, which was also limited at times. The protein selection felt pretty minimal with mainly prime rib and ham, while most of the buffet consisted of carbs and desserts. On top of that, three of our family members ended up experiencing stomach issues afterward, which we suspect may have come from the chocolate fountain area. We've celebrated Mother's Day here before and were really looking forward to coming back, so it was disappointing to leave feeling let down. Hoping this was just an off day, but sadly we probably won't be choosing Pinstripes again for future Mother's Day celebrations.

Round1, a far reaching franchise, has enriched communities with a spot to host birthday parties, company functions, or just a couple hours out with the family or friends. Hosting several bowling lanes, a dedicated space for billiards, and a plethora of arcade games spanning almost every genre, no matter the event, your party members will have a great time! This particular location within the Southland Mall campus commands a multi-storied space accessible from the main parking lot that is seldomly packed. Upon stepping foot through the automated doors, you'll take the escalator or elevator up to the main floor where you'll find their bowling alleys, claw machines, arcades, and food service. As a first timer, it was quite overwhelming with all the flashing lights, colors, and sounds but find your way to the main registers/check in counters and they'll get you situated and informed. For those looking to bowl, the staff will set you up with a lane and you'll have the option to pay by the hour (VIP lanes) or by the game. For those with bigger parties, paying by the game may be more suitable but for those high speed rollers, they should cram as many games as possible in the hour as a VIP. Shoe rentals are charged extra but reasonably priced and can be forgone if you have your own pair. The lanes are pretty well maintained and configurable for each player (bumpers automatically come up if turned on for players). Balls ranging from 6 pounds to 14 pounds are easily accessible and bowler ramps are also available for the younger folks needing an assist. Aside from dropping some pins, consider pocketing some balls in a game of billiards, racking up some virtual tickets in the many arcade games, or scoring some prizes with the claw-type machines. To play any of their games, you'll need a game card that can be purchased through one of their kiosks or at the counter. Take note that there are three different cards: 1) timed game card (green lit games only), 2) regular game card (any lit game), and 3) VIP game card (same as the regular game card but is replaceable in case it gets misplaced). The cards can also be used across multiple locations so if there's another Round1 you plan on visiting, the funds you've loaded into the card can still be used. The venue also serves food and drinks although we didn't order any this time around. The options seem pretty extensive including pizza, ramen and fried snacks for the bites and soda and alcoholic drinks for beverages. With the many activities, food/drinks, and dining spaces, it's a great spot for small to medium sized parties. Larger parties might get a bit chaotic especially during peak hours but the arcade space didn't seem to get too crowded during our afternoon visit. The staff were pretty pleasant to work with and friendly in welcoming us. They all seem to keep busy in their respective roles which meant the place was relatively clean and organized for all patrons. Overall, Round1 seems to be a fantastic one stop shop for all things amusement for the young and the old. Games and activities are accessible and the environment is lively, keeping the vibe fun and light. We had a great time with the kids and enjoyed ourselves as well. Food seems reasonable priced and has a bit of variety to satisfy all tastebuds. The staff was easy to work with and the place is well kept. Being accessible to the mall, highways, and bridges, the place is convenient to get to and makes for a hassle free outing. Round1 might be the start, but it won't be a surprise if round two or three ends up following close behind!

I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

One weird thing I will note, however, is the mandatory charge for a new membership. It feels a bit unnecessary since you don't really seem to get any actual perks out of it. For a snack, we ordered the mac and cheese balls, but they were honestly just okay and nothing special. Overall, this is definitely a fun spot to hang out, grab drinks, and spend time with friends or family! I also noticed they offer a half-price deal on weekdays, which is a great option to keep in mind since the hourly rates can get quite pricey if you play long enough.
