We were a group of 8 adults and 2 toddlers and wanted 2 lanes. We were given a 45 min wait time on arrival. When we tried to follow-up after 45 minutes, a big male front desk guy (he had a nose ring and was wearing a cap, 200+ lbs, looked like one of the managers) told us to wait for 45 minutes (more!) to give us two lanes next to each other. When we told him we are ok with the lanes being far apart (not necessarily next to each other), he got angry and replied "Do you understand what I'm saying to you?". He wasn't ready to answer the question of how long it would take if the lanes apart. He was not ready to hear us out and was extremely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. After reading similar reviews over the last few years, I'm surprised to see this place still has 4.2 rating here. It does not deserve a 1 star. We went with the summer kids bowl free ($4 for 2 games for the kids.) The check in staff was friendly, it was as clean as expected. They have the bowling slide for kids to push the ball down and an area of lighter balls which is convienent. We were on a lane that the bumpers were not working every time and would get stuck down which was frustrating for the kids. Also, we went on a mid 80s degree day and the bowling alley was very warm, like the AC was not on so dress cool if you're going on a hot day. Called and spoke to an employee over the phone back in December. My wife and I were planning a large company outing and end of year celebration. The employee wasn't helpful at all and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. I simply asked, "can you educate me on your packages for large parties". He says, "everything is on the website....it would take me 45 minutes to explain it all to you". Well, too bad you chose not bring your best attitude to work because we took our business elsewhere. Customer service was not good. Was here on a work trip (big group), personally I would never bring my family here. Asked if the shoe sizes ran big and the lady at the desk stared at me with crazy eyes and responded with nothing....okay weird I don't let it bother me. We had asked for water she never gave us water until we had to bug her again....when she was restocking balls and cleaning around us during our game she was like a "bull in a china shop," then when I opened a curtain that was interfering with our lane she rudely came and closed it. Came here to hang with my friends since my back was in extreme pain and didn't want to do anything, so I grabbed a burrito on the way since their kitchen was closed. My oh my bowling prices have gone up! This was my first time here with a group and the bowling alley is located by the Bank of America in a separate lot, but gps brings you to Bank of America. So, Skip the first turn and you'll be fine. Bowling alley was cold and dark with lights on dim. A typical stuck in the 90s feel with dark brown wood paneling around you. Prices are comparable about 55 bucks 1.5 hours with a group of 6 or less. Including shoes. Service was ok, very dry and on the verge of being unprofessional with attitude. Food was better than expected, but still what you expect from an bowling alley. Nachos, pizza, fries, chicken wings ect. Good. Overall, A place to get your bowling on, but customer service is a miss, and will be going to another location next time. read more

I came here on a weekday for a team outing. Place is decent, definitely got that older alley vibe to it. System isn't updated or high tech, our lane wasn't playing any strike animations for some reason. And the screen couldn't find our full names, even though my name is only 4 letters, but my coworker's name who has 5 characters was able to fit in the whole name. *shrugs* Staff was fine, just got our shoes and checked into our lanes and good to go! Plenty of parking and seems safe. Got here around 645pm on a Tueaday and M-R, its when they have bowling league that starts at 630pm. So, they wont do regular pricing and instead will charge you by the hour which is $50 for 1hour w/ shoes included. They also have arcade inside. Impressed! For starters, I haven't been to a bowling alley in years! For some reason, I remember it having a distinctive smell. This place didn't. It was very clean and noticed how the attendees were on point with cleaning up after guests and sanitizing. I have to say that the prices are more than fair in the current economy. Especially if you are going with a larger group. Traditional Lanes 1 hour $60 (up to 6 people) 1.5 hours for $85 2 hours for $110 The zone is about $10-15 more give or take for the amount of time your needing. The zone is a cool cosmic light theme. The bar in this place is awesome! very big space and right next door to the arcade to keep a close eye on the kids. Again, I can't stress enough how fair the prices are, even for alcoholic beverages. They have party packages and even a private area in the cosmic area for your party. I personally will be looking to hold an event there! I didn't taste anything from their snack bar so I do not have any input on that but if I go back and try anything ill be sure to update y'all! I visited on a busy Saturday night and the vibe was fun! Decided to bowl here on a Saturday and it wasn't super busy and plenty of lanes open. I called ahead and the staff informed me that it was first come first serve and reservations were not required. It's spacious and clean, a little more dated than other bowing alleys I've visited but they've got cool features like galaxy bowling, a decently sized arcade, bar area, and food stand. My group didn't order any food or drinks but the menu prices were very affordable. The staff is awesome and were really helpful with helping us decide on how many hours to play for according to their prices. We stared with one hour and we were able to add more hours at our lane if we wanted to continue. Bowling shoes are clean and disinfected upon return, socks are $1 a pair. Great for kids with the bumpers and bowling helper thingy. Super fun and not crowded arcade. Nice helper at the prize stand who gave my little one an extra prize when he was short a few. Thought I'd write a review since I received an email reminder to sign up for kids bowl free. We participated last summer and my special needs kid enjoyed it. I, not so much. The staff behind the check in counter were not friendly, they don't even smile. (It's like we were bothering them. A woman and I man that I think is the manager. The teen girl working was amazing, smiling and polite) When I would ask them to add bumpers for our lane so my daughter can get help, they would interrupt me while speaking to tell me she is over the height requirement for bumpers. I would have to repeat a couple of times that she is special needs, out loud so everyone there can hear me. So annoying and uncomfortable to explain my child to others/strangers. Not returning or bringing her other special needs friends. We loved having class gatherings there. Bowling here is very expensive on a saturday night. It felt very "modern like", as there are lots of led lights but the bowling system felt outdated. The bowling balls were very oily for some reason, and it was hard to find balls under 9lbs with big enough holes. read more

We had an event at Granada Bowl on Friday 6-7-24. The VIP section was amazing and we were able to have a private event. However, they were completely short staffed. They had one employee at the food station making all the food, preparing the drinks, and ringing up customers by himself! Unfortunately that took away from our company team building experience since it took very long to get drinks and food. I know this is a busy season due to graduations but the correct staff should be put in a place before the customer arrives. read more

Went here for a retirement pre-party with the staff from work...The Zone was reserved for us, a party of 70 or so (people came and went through out the 4 hours it was reserved). The Granada staff had us covered with pizza, and plenty of party wings...we also had drink tickets for the bar...check their party packages for your group size... Plenty of arcade games for the kids & pool tables in the bar area. The beer was cold, pizza was decent and the wings where very good..As I mentioned this bowling alley as a hometown feel to it. Zero stars, but yelp makes you fill it in. Quite Possibility the rudest staff I have ever come in contact with. Actually just a few employees. Nick and Isabell and the older lady manager. The older manager couldn't be bothered to respond, she sent Nick. He was less than helpful. Isabell was condescending and rude. From the start. Even the way she spoke to other employees, rude. If they wonder why business is down, look no further than Isabell. I guarantee I am not the only one with this complaint. As an owner I would want to know. This was my first visit here and I was surpised to find how well-kept the place is. I expected smelly and smoke stained, but this alley was clearly renovated and has been kept up since. There is good separation of league vs. recreational bowlers. The party area at the end looked quite nice if you have a larger group. We got light snacks from the cafe, but the pizzas which were coming out of there looked absolutely delicious. The arcade was surprisingly popular for both kids and adults. I think the small group of teens that we were hosting a brithday party for there spent more time in the arcade than on the lanes. I would definitely recommend going here. read more

I was a bit skeptical about throwing my kid's birthday party here given some of the other feedback, but I had thrown a kid's party here four years before, and my kid really wanted another one here, so decided to trust my previous experience and we weren't disappointed. The booking was pretty easy over email, and I would get a response pretty quickly. There were a lot of details over the emails, I really appreciated that. There were a few issues with the lanes, and they did voluntarily give us an extra 10 min to make up for it. Our host was Caitlyn, who was very welcoming and she was always around whenever we needed help. She would regularly check in with us, and her cheerful demeanor and prompt service made it a pleasure to host a party there. All the guests loved the party and the VIP cosmic zone. So please go ahead for your next party here. Oh, and the food was surprisingly good too! And you get two free drinks as well. I was in need of a bowling ball because the one I had was very old and in bad shape. So I got some help from Yelp to find me a bowling center that sold bowling balls. The guy at the pro shop was very knowledgeable and was able to fit me for a ball. I was happy with my purchase and will probably return for an upgrade once I get the swing of things. This review is strictly from the bar. We came only for cocktails to chill. Management should invest in some customer service classes for their one bartenders. Dark short hair, mustache and goatie. Was rude with each customer I witnessed ordering from him. Didnt smile once. When I ordered a beer it was served in a plastic red solo cup was told they had no more glasses. Apparently, they were all dirty and could see about 20 of them stacked up at the end of the bar. I will go again, and follow up with another review. It may be he had a bad day.
