Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place and how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4. read more

Hey, If you're looking for a place to have a party for your child I highly recommend Bowlero!! I had my grandson's 13th birthday party there last Saturday. The customer service was top notch, and the children loved the food. They had a lot of fun bowling and playing games together. I came here with my family a couple weekends ago, and we had such a great time. I made reservations for the 6 of us through their website beforehand. When we arrived, I checked in with the front desk, and they quickly got our sizes and grabbed all of our shoes. The process was super quick, and we were at our lane in less than 10 minutes. Each pair of lanes has a seating/booth area with tables. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. I loved the ambiance, from the neon colors to the modern design of the place. The restrooms were easily accessible and clean. One staff member checked in on us a few times throughout the night. We ordered a couple drinks, and she mentioned she was the only server working that evening. Although it took a little time for our drinks to arrive, she did a wonderful job. We have hosted several kids birthday parties here and we have had nothing but positive experiences. There are different bowling birthday packages, but they include bowling, food, birthday decor, a credit to the arcade and a server. The bowling alley is a nice atmosphere. The lanes and bowling balls are in good shape. When we arrived at our reserved lanes, we were greeted by our server. She was nice, professional and she worked hard. Some of the food & drinks are bottomless and she did a great job ensuring we didn't run out of food or drinks. It's nice hosting a party here, because food, drinks and clean-up are taken care of for us. The arcade credit of $10 per kid is a nice start, but inevitably, you will put more money on the arcade card for more enjoyment. The arcade is medium sized and provides a vast arrangement of different types of games that are sure to appeal to all ages. Unfortunately, some of the games were not working or missing pasts. However, it was still fun. If you play games that pay out in tickets, they have a prize counter. This is a great location to host a party or just go bowling! read more

So disappointed. Came here again for some birthday fun for my daughter. The place is DISGUSTING. From the trash all over the parking lot to all the grime inside. It was a huge bummer. We never had a waiter to see if we wanted food or drinks. We waited nearly 5 minutes at the front to even get a lane started. And the only reason we were helped was because a friendly man part of a bowling league there went an hunted the woman for the front desk, which she was clear on the other side of the building. My grandaughter celebrated her 8th birthday party here and I have to say watching my granddaughter enjoy her friends and cousins as they bowled and had a blast it was a great place for the kids! The staff was on point everyone of them checked in to see if we needed anything. The food is typical bowling alley food so that is the only reason I took a star away and I think that is fair. We have been going to Bowlero for years and years and at one point we felt it started to go down hill with food and staffing and bowling lanes. We recently decided to try it again and bring our two youngest boys for the first time and we are so glad we did. It was an awesome experience. When I booked I let them know that it was our son's birthday and when we arrived they had decked out the lane for him. The staff was so helpful and friendly and we tried a couple pizzas and combo platters and I've never seen my boys eat so fast. They loved it. It was probably one of the best birthday events we have ever had as a family. The staff was attentive, food was great and the bowling lanes were really good. Then the boys spent time in the arcade and had a blast running around with the game. I encourage everyone to try this place out again if they haven't in a while. I recently visited Bowlero with another person in March 2023, towards the end of the month. Bowling: We had a great time bowling doing two games for about 30 minutes. After we were done, the bill came out to be nearly $40 (including the shoe rental price). The price seemed a bit steep. Bar: I went to the bar and tried the Boarding Pass drink (made with Bacardi Coconut, watermelon purée, pineapple juice, and Sierra Mist). The drink was average. The coconut did overpower the drink, so I couldn't taste the other flavors as much. The bartender was really pleasant and provided great service. Overall, Bowlero is fun. However, I'd purchase the Groupon voucher moving forward. I was aware of the Groupon deal before visiting, but I completely missed that it needed to be purchased 24 hours in advance. read more

A couple buddies and I got together to celebrate a birthday at Bowlero. It was so much fun and fairly reasonable in price for the unlimited night time bowling at around $18 each. It pays off and we played close to 4 games! Bowlero is a modern and clean facility with projector screen, music, pool tables, a food truck snack shack and bar! We loved how you could place an order from your lane by QR code and have them deliver it out to you. Try their sampler as it's enough food to feed about 5 folks. We'll be back to play in the arcade. Went here recently for a birthday party and had a great time. Everything was organized and clean. The new updates inside look nice.

We came in on a Wednesday afternoon. Staff is short but with a little wait/patients you will be helped/taken cared of. The food, bowling and arcade are all to be ordered at the middle help desk. We really just came in to celebrate a birthday, eat, be out of the rain and play games. We sat in the middle between the front desk and restrooms on the sofa area. For me, the food came out at a reasonable time. The food portions are really big so I would probably order less next time. We did get to bring some food home. Taste better at bowlero than at home though. I saw some Groupon deals but you need to plan ahead for them. Can't be purchased day of and it's pretty much a few dollars off so it was ok to pay that extra since we randomly decided to go here. It's half off games on Wednesday, so made it worth it with what I spent. The ticket winnings we got we couldn't get exchanged for things so we'll just save the tickets on the card till we come another day to play more then use them. read more

The arcade and lanes are fine. The food I've tried has been okay but the drinks at the bar seem to have minimal alcohol, I'd recommend getting g one of the fishbowls for four if you have that many in your party or possibly just shots of your choice. I say maybe because if you want to have a good time and vibe for a couple of hours, you would need usable facilities. I'm not going to sit on ANY public toilet if I absolutely didnt have to but, if I have to I would definitely squat....i wouldn't squat over these if my bladder screamed. Build for entertaining and it does a great job. Been here for many years with my kids in NorCal Bowling Travel League and some Match Club play. The make over into a Bowlero in this huge location with so much space was a good choice. Even with more traditional league bowling centers closing and leagues harder to find, this location was fun from the minute I stepped inside. I was here for bowling travel match club and the experience was great when so many centers are making way for the more profitable open play. As this center is huge, maybe it is easier for them to accommodate everyone. The old bar area is not open but there is a huge bar in the main area which is far easier to utilize for those that partake. The food is highly limited. It caters to just the basic foods and no salad (dang). But the "Food Truck" look of the window is fun. The arcade is bigger than ever and I saw a notice on the screens that Wed is half price for that area. Batting cages are still open, I believe. The new seating has may options and is extremely welcoming. Loved my experience here yesterday. read more

Amazing Service from Mac! We visited last night with a big group, and from the moment we arrived, my boyfriend and I were impressed with the service. Mac (Jordan) took our food order and was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, sweet, and took the time to explain the menu to us, making it so easy to decide what to order. I've been bowling here for a few years. The condition of the lanes and machinery are wearing down and not getting replaced causing extreme damage to my bowling balls. I went on Monday and bowled on lane 41.. the area was filthy and sticky stuff all over the floor. That lane damaged my balls. Then I bowled yesterday (Wednesday) and was on lane 42. That lane also damaged my bowling balls!! The mess was still there with sticky stuff even on the seats. The restrooms are a mess and there was no hand soap!! Management is lacking and something needs to change fast as many of us league bowlers are going to bowl somewhere else. read more
