This place offers a great value and while it's hard to find this place from the outside, there was ample street parking. They allowed outside food and the staff was over all helpful and professional. Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place…read moreand how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

We have come to ride the go-carts specifically, and today, we walk in and are asked if we've signed the waiver and my answer is yes.. then asked what attractions we were here to enjoy. After telling the female that we were here to ride the go-carts she proceeded to tell me that mine and my daughters' hair was too long and even if we put it up we would not be able to ride them. I spoke with Sarb, and he was very helpful. He told me they still had availability for our event, which was a relief. What impressed me the most was that they offered us time to set up before the event started. When we arrived, the place was clean and ready, making it easy to get everything organized. Since we were working with kids, we didn't use the throwing axe area, but we did enjoy some exciting laser tag. you could bring your own water and cake or cupcakes, but you needed to buy your food from them. They used Mountain Mike's pizza for food orders, which was located off Robinhood. There was a bit of confusion among the workers because some understood the rules differently than others. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. The laser tag room was amazing! It had two stories and was really well put together. Honestly, I can't explain how fun it was--you just have to see it for yourself! The kids had a blast playing there, and believe me, it's definitely a workout! They got to play four different games, so there was always something new to try. When you first arrive, you need to sign some waivers and set up your account. They take a picture of you, which goes up on a big screen at the end of your game, showing your score. Everyone was excited to see who had the most points! The atmosphere was lively, and everyone was laughing and cheering. It was a great way to spend the day, and I can't wait to go back again. We waited for an attendant to come and no one showed up. The reason...they were short staffed and are doing their best to open each ride as it permits. We should've been refunded. This place should be called Lost Teeth, not Lost Worlds…read more I would give Lost World a NEGATIVE 5-star review if I could. As a mom, I urge you NOT to take your kids and loved ones here. My 6-year-old and 3-year-old went to Lost World back in July. They walked in with beautiful smiles. My 3-year-old left with both of his front teeth severely damaged. He was climbing on the volcano play structure, where multiple other children had also been climbing for some time. There were NO signs saying children could not climb on it, and no staff stopping or redirecting the kids. Instead, the staff nearby were socializing and talking rather than actively monitoring the play area. The volcano structure shoots out plastic balls, and the force of the balls struck him directly in the mouth. One of his front teeth was knocked out on impact and, to this day, is somewhere in that ball pit. So if you find a tooth while there, it's my sons. His other front tooth was also severely damaged. After 3 months of appointments with pediatric dental specialists trying to save it, he is now scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia to have it removed. We were also told there could be damage to his developing adult teeth, but we won't know the extent until they grow in over the next 3-4 years. As a parent, it is heartbreaking knowing that a day meant to be fun has turned into months of dental appointments, procedures, and now surgery for my 3-year-old. What is especially upsetting is that this accident was preventable. A structure that children can climb on needs appropriate safety measures, clear warnings, and active supervision. On top of that, after I spoke with the owner following the accident, she has never once called or checked in to see how my son is doing or what they could do to help. Their response and overall lack of care have been incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope no other child or family is has to go through what we have, so I'm posting this as a fair warning to other parents.

We had one of the most attentive, friendly, and genuinely kind servers we've ever had. Huge shoutout to Cliff! This guy works his butt off and somehow still manages to make every guest feel important. He was constantly checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and did it all with a great attitude and a smile. My boyfriend and I live across the street, and now we're half-joking that we need his schedule so we can plan our visits around when he's working! That's the kind of impression he left on us. Cliff is the definition of excellent customer service, and he turned what would have been an ordinary visit into a great experience. Staff has always been friendly to me, especially when I've had some issues with the games not working properly. They are always quick to come over and try to fix it. They have games where you can play for tickets if you want, and they have games that you can play just for the fun of it. My favorite is the carnival-style water shooter game, where you compete against someone to see who can fill up the tank with a water gun first. The prizes are pretty much what you would expect from an arcade. It's geared towards kids, so they obviously have prizes for kids, but you can still get candy or other little trinkets that are alright. All in all, I love coming here. The only criticism I have is the location, but that's not really the arcade's fault. It's located in a dead/dying mall, so there's no good food. Maybe Charlies Sandwiches but thats it. You can't pause playing and just grab a quick bite to eat. You have to leave the mall and then come back. But if they relocated somewhere else, the rent might be more expensive, so I don't blame the arcade for its location. It's just something you have to keep in mind when visiting.
