In the meantime, he has a collection of pinball machines and video arcade games ready to play for coin drops. A change machine will dispense all the quarters you need. All you need to do is hop onto your favorite game and have fun!. Street parking in front is 2 hour limit. There's a parking lot on the side of the building but it's not open yet. However, I decided to stay patient and ask questions until I got clear answers. After discussing it, everything worked out well for me. My food arrived exactly on time, just like I had requested. This wasted everyone's time and showed a surprising lack of attention to detail for such a basic task.What truly stood out was the complete lack of accountability. After making the mistake herself, the employee did not apologize or take responsibility. Instead, she blamed the customer and accused us of having a bad attitude. Being treated disrespectfully because of an employee's own error is unacceptable.As a paying member, I expected at least a basic level of professionalism and courtesy. I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

The adults in attendance from the greater public were quite intoxicated and the kids were not being watched well. The Chloramine gas levels in that place were off the chart. This can cause shortness of breath, rashes, coughing blood and other issues. Solution to navigating this environment: I rented an outside cabana, luckily the weather was good. My cabana server tried her best. They are understaffed. The advertised cabana perks are hit and miss. It does get you out of the chemical haze inside and provides the only real shade protection available outside. Conclusion: it's too much work to learn the navigation to make this unsanitary location more than a "one and done," destination.

So I explained that we wanted 2 lanes--3 people on each--and that I would pay for one lane while my brother's friend would pay for the other. For some reason, this turned into a whole unnecessary issue. He immediately got argumentative and told me "you can't just get one lane," which made zero sense because we were literally getting two lanes--just splitting the payment between two people. Instead of just processing it like a normal transaction, he was rude, impatient, and acted like I was asking for something completely unreasonable. I genuinely don't understand why it had to be so complicated. We weren't asking for anything special--just to pay separately for two lanes. Isn't that the whole point? Taking money from customers? Between the attitude, the lack of basic customer service, and how unnecessarily difficult they made everything, this place just isn't worth the hassle.
