Not sure which one is correct. A clarification would be nice. We were a little disappointed that the PLINKO game only gives one PLINKO chip to play per turn. You have to get it to slide through the middle to earn more chips to play with. Sadly, we did not. We only earned 30 and 50 tickets each time we played. The jackpot is earned by landing in the "B" at the bottom. We mostly earned tickets by playing Pop the Lock, my son has played this before at another arcade (D&B). So, he is pretty good at it. He won the jackpot twice. At Northern Lights Arcade you can keep playing for extra tokens/paw points, but it will not give you the jackpot (only 100 tickets). So, it does not seem worth it. However, you can decide for yourself! :) We also played The Wizard of Oz coin pushing/card collecting game. We built up quite a nice, little pile of cards, plus red and green coins. However, at the end of the night (close to 10:00pm) they are supposed to reset it. It wasn't even 8:00pm and we were still playing other games, they reset the machine. It makes it a lot harder to win. :( They have some cute prizes for thousands of tickets. I forgot to take photo inside the prize area. They had a Playstation light that has the quintessential shapes of the controller (square, circle, triangle and X). It was 9,000 tickets. We did not have that much, although we were close. We opted to save our tickets and go home with a few fruit punch Tootsie Rolls.

Some of the best games are missing like Connect 4 Hoops or an actual basketball versus game with a normal rim rather than a plastic 3 foot wide rim. 2. There are basically no classic arcade games like Rampage, Street Fighter II, or NBA Jam which would add a lot of value. 3. The ticketing system still uses paper tickets. 4. Expensive.

There was areas of the museum representing the different types of habitats found in this area. Super interesting! They also had a kids exploration area complete with some various reptiles and even a few tarantulas that we were fortunate enough to be able to get very close to for a really great look. The planetarium was exceptional. If you haven't tried it you really should. The icing on the cake was the telescopes on the roof. We got to see a few planets, and a galaxy or two.

BEST DANCE STUDIO IN THE 209!…read more My daughter has been dancing here since she was 2 (2012, mommy daughter classes), and has been on the competition team for 5 years. Everyone here has become like family. The teachers and staff are dedicated and talented, the classes and recitals are wonderful, and the owner, Miss Harmony*, truly loves her dance kids and focuses on each of their individual needs. Through this studio, the teachers and team, our daughter has learned the importance of hard work, follow through, what it means to be part of a team, how to lose win and lose gracefully, and most importantly, to dance your heart out and have fun. We've danced in Disneyland with this studio, all over California and Nevada, and this year we will get to watch our kiddos perform on a cruise. We love our DCS family, the incredible experiences and memories, and wouldn't want our daughter dancing anywhere else!

This was our first time visiting the farm during the harvest season. We didn't get to do everything…read more(newborn & toddler needing a nap) but there was sooo much to do. Farmer John's really spent time and resources making upgrades to everyone's experience when they visit. One of the most noticeable improvements was the concrete paths that have been poured, circling the attractions. This makes the farm completely stroller friendly and so much easier for moms with young kids. My daughter also got to do the pony ride which was such a special treat for her. I should also note that it was only $15 to get in. We went to another pumpkin patch here in the valley that charged just as much, but had way less attractions, amenities and things to do. Thank you farmer John for always making our experiences better and better, and keeping it affordable for us moms!

I had always wanted to stop in at the McHenry Museum, but I never took the opportunity to go, until…read morerecently. The museum hosted an event right before Graffiti Night to kind of kick it off. It was a free event to go inside the museum, and outside were lots of classic cars, trucks, and a few bicycles!! I included lots of photos inside and out!! Well, they had another event last Saturday night! "A night at the McHenry Museum!" What a cute and fun idea!! It was great for all ages. We received a night guard evidence log when we checked in at the front desk! Right before that, we were welcomed by a greeter who opened the door for us. They had nine exhibits with stamps from the people dressed in period or historical costumes. They each gave a little demo or speech about the exhibit they were in. They were all so friendly, and interactive. It really made the scenes come to life! One exhibit was trying to get gold out of the clay rocks, to turn into the cashier for play money, which in turn one could "buy" real candy. I had such a wonderful time. I hope they do this activity again, sometime soon. It would be fun to know about it way in advance, so I could dress up too. That would be really fun! I did not find out about it until a few days before. However, I am so glad I went!

While visiting the museum, my family and I had a wonderful time getting info on the Stanislaus Libraries in the area, looking at Modedto artifacts and making crafts! The staff were very kind and helpful! Overall, we had a wonderful time!
