8/31/25- Haven't been here in about 2 weeks. But Ryan recognized me and was close to remembering my name. I think thats pretty awesome of him to rember me. Lorraine and Aubry also recognize me when I come in and always say hi also. Makes me feel like an appreciated customer to the arcade. Staff has always been friendly to me, especially when I've had some issues with the games not working properly. They are always quick to come over and try to fix it. This makes if fun to come here and play my favorite games. read more

This is my favorite arcade in the area. I've checked out a few between Stockton and Turlock, and this is my favorite. They have a lot of games and it's reasonably priced. They have games where you can play for tickets if you want, and they have games that you can play just for the fun of it. My favorite is the carnival-style water shooter game, where you compete against someone to see who can fill up the tank with a water gun first. The prizes are pretty much what you would expect from an arcade. It's geared towards kids, so they obviously have prizes for kids, but you can still get candy or other little trinkets that are alright. All in all, I love coming here. The only criticism I have is the location, but that's not really the arcade's fault. It's located in a dead/dying mall, so there's no good food. Maybe Charlies Sandwiches but thats it. You can't pause playing and just grab a quick bite to eat. You have to leave the mall and then come back. But if they relocated somewhere else, the rent might be more expensive, so I don't blame the arcade for its location. It's just something you have to keep in mind when visiting. read more

Tilt West Valley - Arcades Near Me - Tracy, California

I used to really enjoy bringing my kids to this arcade, especially because of the great staff who made the experience fun and welcoming. Unfortunately, it looks like they've let go of all the friendly and familiar associates we loved, including my kids' favorites, (Toli, Silver, Shelby, and Niles), and replaced them with someone who seems disengaged and uninterested. The new employee, a dark-blonde/ brown hair guy, mostly hides in the office and is glued to his phone, barely acknowledging customers, let alone interacting with the kids. Also, I been seeing lots of kids without their parents in this arcade which concerns me greatly. I thought it was a hazard and rule that you can't leave your kids at the arcade by themselves? I guess this guy isn't so concerned with code Adam or lost children. It really feels like customer experience is no longer a priority here. It's disappointing to see such a decline in atmosphere and service. We won't be coming back. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I spent $20 on games and the machines double counted my points when I played them I played two games only. Manager was unavailable and not willing to credit me back at all. I do not recommend this place to anybody. There's a reason why it was empty in there. read more

Overpriced & older machines but attentive staff. Mostly geared toward younger kids. Crappy prizes.

Horrible service if you can even find anyone working! almost half the machines are not in proper operation, or completely broken. Staff not friendly and thinks that over pricing customers and accusations of customers lying about how the machines are malfunctioning is good business practice! never bring your child to this unsafe environment and unfriendly staffed kids nightmare in the mall! Tracy Mall needs to do better! Get rid of the terrible filthy and unpleasant place in the Mall! read more

I highly do not recommend this place to little kids. we were in Tahoe last weekend. All the machines were working just fine we went here and half. The machines were not even working and let the guy upfront now he did not care. He didn't even reimburse us for our money that we wasted this place is a total rip off I highly don't recommend this place to anyone and the person upfront should definitely be talked to for how rude he is!! read more

The arcade appears run down and neglected. The water squirting race and prize crane took our money, but didn't work. The air hockey turned on, but awarded points randomly. Rather sad. This used to be a fun place. The kids left disappointed. read more

What a joke. The machines don't work. Can't get refund. Found out the machines charge more credits than illustrated and game doesn't even work. This place needs to be shut down. Kids left crying because they were let down they didn't get to play games and lost credits. read more

This was hands down the worst arcade experience of my life and I've been to some shitty arcade establishments in my day. If I could give TILT less stars I would, probably negative 100. I am embarrassed to admit that I had suggested this place to my buddy who was visiting from San Diego. We happened to be in Tracy and we are both avid arcade enthusiasts, so we figured, "why not?" First and foremost, this place was more like a graveyard where outdated video games go to die, rather than a place that you actually give money to. I wish I had scanned the area before putting money into the machine to get some coins because I would've saved myself much heartache and ten bucks. To the defense of TILT they did have a sign that said "Pardon our Dust, we are renovating, etc......" but shit, dust is one thing but I felt like was stepping into a third world country or a murder scene to say the least. There was carpet pulled up everywhere. Walls falling apart, and the smell of dog poop/piss everywhere. If I had a black light in my possession the place would've lit up like the Fourth of July. As we searched to play games, we soon discovered that more than half of them did not work and had black electrical tape at the coin dispensary area that blocked you from playing them. On the off chance that there was a working game, the machine either ate your coins and/or the screens went to crap when you started to play. Being the competitive pair we are we opted to play "Air hockey" for a whopping 4 coins. It was soon brought to our attention that when my side scored a goal I received a point, however, when my buddy made a point he got "2-3" points. This obviously made the game last about 2 minutes. After we had been boned by the above classic we found "HEAD TO HEAD BASKETBALL" which is always a fan favorite. As we played, we learned you would get (3) points if you hit the rim and up to 4 if the bell circled around the rim. At one point my friend had hit the rim in such a way that the metal netting fell. I mean if fell off the actual rim. How does that happen??? Anyways, thanks to the glitch of getting points for hitting the rim and having the ball dance around it, I felt like Steph Curry when we average 200 points in 90 seconds of game play. It got to the point where we each had coins and we willing to just throw them away rather than spend one more minute in the seedy carnival that we had stumbled upon. Several times, we found ourselves walking in circles thinking what we had done in our lives to be put in this situation. In addition, I was embarrassed because this whole endeavor was my idea. At the end of our subpar experience, we put our money together and played "2 dollars" to play a claw machine to win a Luigi. It was really cool that claw machine barely moved and when we activated the claw it had zero power and closed before even touching him. I figured that at a price point of 2 dollars that the odds would be in your favor. Looking back, I was a fool to think that. After pissing away our money, I was able to find an employee who looked like a transient and/or someone who would be in a Rob Zombie movie as an extra. Rather than bitch about his shitty arcade arena I asked him if they were selling any of their arcade cabinets because of their renovations and the sign that read they were getting "new games". I assumed that they'd be getting rid of some of their old games to make room for up to date ones and had my eye on a Jurassic Park game. The employee looked at me like I was an illiterate hillbilly and said "Read the sign we are renovating they are just moved." I was at a loss of words given that we were the only customers. I had to hold myself back from slapping him across his face. Without responding, I turned around and walked out saying to myself repeatedly "he's not worth it." All in all, I will never come back to this arcade or suggest others to go. They successfully ruined my childhood and probably my friendship since I wanted to go to this hell hole. The employee was a real Adam Henry and it was no wonder TILT was empty. Save your money and if you want to go here, you might as well go to the nearest toilet and flush your cash. This place sucks and should not be open during renovations. I most likely contracted HEPATITIS from coming into this place. read more

We were there recently and the machines would scan the card and then not work! It happened 3 times in a row with 3 different games. Skee ball, soccer, and a claw machine. The employee would give us our credits/points back but couldn't actually fix the machines, so my kid was so disappointed! There are way too many claw machines there and not enough just regular fun games that also give tickets. It feels like a casino trying to win ticket$ as the only goal. Eww. read more

I am not happy with the service and the new management. We were promised by an employee a month ago that we can buy the studio family pack - which are four cards with one hour and 8 dollars per card that we can use 2 cards now and then use the other two cards at a later time. The next time we went, the other two cards were deactivated and nolonger be able to use. We also have a receipt to prove it. The current manager said he could not honor his employee and only gave us 8 dollar credit per card which was essentially one VR game. Very disappointed in the terms of service and will not be back. Sadly we will not be back unless things change. read more

I've been here many times and I've seen the quality of both games and employees drop significantly over the years. My 7 year old daughter wanted to play a few games and try to win a plushy in one of the claw machines; mind you, those have always been my forte. I put $30 on a card figuring we'd win one or two and waste the rest on air hockey or something else fun. After multiple attempts (which should have yielded a win) we gave up. No matter how successfully we positioned the claws and started to pick up our prize the claws never had the strength to hold on to anything. I don't expect to win every time but after at least $15-$20 worth of attempts it was clear the claws have been manipulated to prevent any wins...especially based on past experience with multiple wins. I should've just taken her to Target and let her pick out her own toys. What makes it even worse is that multiple games, including both air hockey tables, were out of order or would take your money but not work. They did credit us back for two failed games but there was nothing else in the whole arcade (besides the VR ride) that my daughter OR I was interested in. Save your money and go to Bowlero in Manteca. read more

If I can give this place a zero star review I would but I can't, I went into tilt to try and get some tickets to buy something but when I entered I played one game and they came up to us and started yelling and told us to leave and said me and my friends shot the ball at the roof which simply wasn't true cause I watching the whole time and they said they're camera don't lie... read more

just nowNEW This place is disappointing I'm terms of service and then the games. The front people that were helping us were just rude. Especially the short hair girl, she kept interrupting the the guy that was helping to service us. And then they would wispher things and giggles as if we don't even exists. And when we walked away, they kept looking at us and giggles about somethings. They both non-asians. I felt uncomfortable coming here. The guy that was helping us, I told him how I didn't think the claw games are fair. As they barely grip any of the items in the machine. Usually, you get a barely gripped item and it would either move or immediately falls down before it makes it way out. Here you can be playing it all day and the item woild not be able to be lifted the way they rigged it. Lucky as an adult I did it fir my kids and I can't even grip anything. Usually I'm pretty good at other places. I mentioned to the guy upfront and even he agreed but shrugs his shoulders like.."what can I do?". Unfortunately, I don't think after spending $60 and got barely worthless candies and plastic toys we'll be coming back here again. Also, half the machines are off or broken.I rather put the effort to drive to another city for Chuck e cheese. This place is Unfortunately how it's operating, it won't please families to come back. read more

Tilt has been reborn! Under new ownership, the arcade has been filled with brand-new, state-of-the-art video games. The majority of the games give out virtual tickets that can be exchanged for prizes, however there are still plenty of a traditional video games. Tokens are gone, replaced with modern, wireless cards and video screens that track credits paid and tickets earned. The ticket redemption process now makes use of LCD displays and wireless scanners to help kids quickly pick their prizes. The flagship video games are currently a pair of cooperative shooters, Luigi's Haunted Mansion and Jurassic Park. Traditional games include standard racing, biking, and shooting games. There are also three air hockey tables, one which auto fires a half-dozen simultaneous pucks -- it's a must play. There is a wide variety of ticket games by type (e.g., coin/ball drops, wheel spins, Skee-Ball) and by age group (e.g., basket ball hoops, a kids ping-pong-ball shooters). Simply loading up a card also gives virtual tickets, so at the end of the session we had a fantastic amount of points to spend. I honestly can't recall bringing home so much loot after a gaming session. It will take at least $20 per child for a good session of mixed ticket/arcade gaming. If you're not a ticket-game player, they have a $12 pass, that provides unlimited arcade games (no ticket games) for a one-hour period. Next time we agreed to start out with a one-hour pass to play as much Luigi's Mansion as possible before loading up cards for ticket gaming. In short, this is the local arcade I've been waiting for! read more

WORST ARCADE EVER!!! RIP OFF!!! We brought our grand kids here for some fun. It's all electronic- you have to buy cards that you load with money at their atm kiosk. That's fine. We bought 2 cards both loaded with $20. The cards were depleted after 4-5 games!!! Many of the games don't tell you how much they cost either- it's very shady. The claw game is a joke, it cost $2 and the claw doesn't even close or grasp at all. We spent 90 dollars in 20 minutes (we kept reloading the cards) and the tickets that you win from the games are also a joke. After winning 500 tickets, spending $90, all my grandkids got with their tickets- a plastic ring, a tiny rubber ball and a thimble sized container of slime. What a rip off!!! We will NEVER go back read more

I reserved my tickets for the movies and I decided to come earlier to shop around since the movies is located inside the mall. I had an extra 15 minutes and figured why not play a few fun games with my youngest sister. They had plenty of arcade games to choose from but I wouldn't spend more than 2-3 bucks on this place. The games are little out dated and this place requires maintenance on a few games. My all time favorite is the Air Hockey Arcade Game!!!! read more

Last time I was here, it was just an average arcade place. Today, me and the wife decided to check it out and it was much better! The machines now uses a digital card instead of coins/tokens. No more physical tickets that you collect after a game. The virtual tickets now go directly to your digital card. This solves the issue I had before when a machine is out of ticket and you have to wait for an attendant to refill the machine. There are also newer games which we enjoyed. We also liked the fact that the attendants keep track of the machines that needs an attention. Like one claw machine that was almost out of prizes, the attendant quickly refilled it and verified functionality. The best thing we like is the fact that all machines were working and we never had any issue with all the machines that we played. We spent around $100 and we had a total of 16,000 points. We exchanged some of it for a bluetooth speaker (worth $59 online), and a Starbucks tumbler with $5 Starbucks store credit inside (worth $25 probably). We still have 3,000 points left on our card which will accumulate next time we visit. If you feel like going to the arcade, check them out! read more

I came here with my children & they were so excited. We have never been here before so we were checking out all the games. My daughter and I were sitting inside the enclosed Mario game admiring how cool it was and the employee came over and aggressively pulled back the game curtain, scaring my child and told us the game was broken and we can't be loitering in the arcade. I had no words. I went to get my husband so we could leave and he was just as confused as I. The employee then proceeded to explain to my husband that they have to enforce a no loitering policy per corporate. To add, this employee had two small kids with him & the arcade was basically empty on a Tuesday morning. I understand rules and regulations but we were only there for maybe 10 minutes or so and he didn't have to be so aggressive about it to the point of scaring my child. There wasn't a sign on the game saying it was broken or anything. I am so disappointed with the way we were treated. The arcade itself had some really cool games and I hope my family gets to enjoy it one of these days.. just not today. read more

I have been coming here for years with my family and came today to see that they have updated and rearranged the arcade once again which is actually fantastic. We grabbed our cards filled them with $10 each and played two games, went to our third and all $20 dollars we're gone!!! read more

not good at all...games are not appealing and winning prizes is out of the question...

Great staff! Always so nice and polite when we visit every other Saturday with my special needs son. It's his favorite place and loves all the games. Staff is very patient when he walks behind the counter not knowing he's not supposed to go back there lol attendant always remembers us and greets us warmly! read more

This place needs serious upgrades in terms of games and token usage. It's okay to use tickets as prizes but we're in the electronic card age. Some machines are broken and there is no one at the counter. When he finally came out, he wasn't too happy about it. That place wasn't even busy being that it is inside west valley mall. read more
