First of all, I've seen the head coach/manager of the ninja program constantly scold and belittle the boys when they have a hard time following directions or keeping up. It's rude, disrespectful, and so inappropriate -- these are kids! This is supposed to be a fun, positive class where they can move, learn, and feel proud of themselves, not a place where they get talked down to or embarrassed in front of others. I've complained about this same coach before, hoping something would change, but nothing ever does. It's really disappointing that this kind of behavior continues to be allowed. And then there's the ticket system. It's completely unfair and honestly feels cruel. At the end of class, the kids are lined up and only a few are chosen for tickets, while others -- including my son -- are left standing there empty-handed, over and over again. The coaches seem to pick the same kids every week, like they have favorites. My son comes home in tears thinking he did something wrong or just wasn't good enough. It breaks my heart. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way -- other parents I know have said the same thing. All kids should be encouraged and praised for their effort, not compared or made to feel less than. This is hurting their confidence and self-esteem. Something needs to change. Kids deserve a safe, positive, and encouraging space -- not one that makes them feel small or left out.

Greeting the students as they get out of the car when arriving at school. Recently she actually directed traffic and prior to this day parents were creating traffic jams. She had traffic moving so smoothly and the whole time she was cheerful :-) said hi to everyone. She leads by example! I want everyone to know that the Best principle of any school in California is at Jacobson elementary School in Tracy. She is truly amazing! Lisa who works in the office is also amazing she is always on top of everything. She is completely professional! Extremely courteous and very kind! And full of knowledge. Our son loves it here, he cannot wait to show us his artwork and tell us about his fun hours after school attending here. The teachers are firm and yet kind with him, and seem to have an inexhaustible depth of patience for his individuality. We appreciate having this safe place where he can flourish socially, express his creativity, and learn to interact appropriately with other children.

She understood my frustrations and took very good care of my daughters like they were her own, so many people thought they were her children, how attached they were to her. Especially when I had my last daughter 3 years ago, she would not go with anyone, but only Sharon. Sharon always made the daycare fun and exciting for all ages, especially during the summer camp time. She has become family to us.
