The staff was so kind and answered all of our questions. Unfortunately we did not enroll our son because the arrival time would have been disruptive to the napping kids (he'd be arriving at 12:30, and no longer naps). But we toured based on positive feedback from other parents, and did really like the staff and facility. If our son switches to a PM class we'd seriously consider Bizzy Beez as an option! read more

My 2 kids come here. I love the staff. As a mom I think it's important that you trust who you leave your kids with and I trust them. I can literally sense the warmth and love they have towards the kids. It's a big WOW for me. I can't imagine how the teachers and staff must feel when it's separation time. My 5 year old tells me she likes it. She also says how kind and caring they are. She started there when she was 3 and didn't know how to talk much. I want to say with in 3 months we notice her start talking more and learned so much. It definitely helped her now that she is in kindergarten in the mornings. My almost 2 year old is already trying to count. I am so thankful. I think the fees are affordable compared to what other daycares charge. read more

There was a flyer on my car window for an advertisement of this new daycare center in Tracy that was having a weekly rate special. So I called my sister and told her about a special they were having for Preschool, toddler and school age children rate. My niece has been going to the Kindercare in Modesto, and is sick all the time, because all of the kids are spreading the germs around like they are playing Hot Potato. She ask's me to stop by and check it out on my way to work. First off, for someone like me who commutes to the Bay Area on a weekly basis, I am loving the location. I always get that last minute phonecall to pick up my niece from school. It is in my route back from work, I always take 11th street because the 205 is still not commuter friendly. So it works out for my stress level that if my sister calls at the last minute, I won't have to be rushing out of my regular route to pick her up on time. Oh my gosh, the staff was nice. The place was clean, and kid friendly. I told my sister that the kids will more than likely be entertained and be in a healthy environment. Hopefully the pictures will finish up my review. read more

I love this Daycare. At first I liked the teachers and how they worked with my son from 1 yr to 2 years old. (By the way they take babies as young as 6 mos old). My son really took a liking to Ms Stacy who was exceptional with him. My son had his issues as any other kid did with throwing toys, and Ms Stacy helped and worked with him on that. Not to mention the new words my son came home with from school. Ms Shantel was awesome on helping me getting my son registered and giving me reports on him from time to time. Plus Ms. Shantel is easy to talk to and getting advice from. I then had to transfer my son to a Daycare that was closer to my job to make it easier for me. Well, I noticed the different temperament and attitude my son had when he changed Daycares. He just didn't seem happy and always cried when I dropped him off. I thought it was just the change at first, so I gave it 3 months to see if it would change. No, it fact it got worse, he started acting up in school and I was getting bad reports on him almost daily. When I did a drop in at Bizzy Beez Academy on a day where his other daycare was closed, there was my answer. I dropped him off and I found my happy kid again. He was laughing and smiling to see all his teachers again, especially Ms Susan and Ms Maria. I actually saw the dimples in his checks, I couldn't believe it. He didn't even cling himself to me like he started to do at the other Daycare, in fact he literally told me bye, bye and ran to go play with the other kids. This is when I realized I really love the people at Bizzy Beez Academy. They are amazing and I'm transferring my son back. After all, it's not about me, it's about him. I want my son to be comfortable and happy at school. Even if that means that I have to be 45min away. Bizzy Beez is a great Daycare. So happy that my son is happy again and dealing with staff that appreciates me too. read more

We have been at BBA for a little over a year and we are very satisfied with our time here. Our son was 4 years old when he was enrolled, with no previous writing knowledge or ABCs. Now, he's able to recite all of his ABCs with ease and writes his name like a pro! The teachers are all very nice, and willing to answer any questions. Our son has always looked forward to going to school here, especially during the summer time when they have water play fridays! One of the things I really love about this school is their ability and willingness to heat up my son's lunch if needed. This allows my picky eater to have somewhat of a variety of meals during the week! The fees at this daycare are the most affordable around, which of course is an added bonus! On top of this you can't beat their operating hours. My husband and I both work full time and having the confidence knowing our son will be taken care of until we are able to get him, is awesome. Lastly, one of the most important things to all parents - They have been trustworthy our entire time here, and I feel very comfortable leaving my son for the day. read more

My son has attended Bizzy Beez Academy since he was a year old. I have always felt comfortable leaving him in the care of the staff. My Son has gathered skills to get him ready for Kindergarten. He loves his teacher, Miss Nana. The center keeps an open line of communication with the parents. I know I can always call and get an update on his day. Or I can expect a call if he is having a tough time. The activities that are done in the classroom are always fun and educational. My Son is always excited to tell me about what he did at school. He is about to enter Kindergarten. I am confident he has learned enough to help him excel in the rest of his educational career. My 8 month old, set of twins & my 4 year old LOVE IT & how the teachers work.

My Daughter started in the infant class about 4 years ago and to date there are not enough words to describe how emotionally attached our family is to Bizzy Beez Academy! As first time parents we searched High and Low for a place my daughter could call a second home and get the care and educational value we had hoped for, we scored with BBA! Our daughter is now in the pre-K class and has almost completed their entire program and it has been nothing but successful! BBA has provided the nurturing, educational foundation, and flexibility that we had hoped for all while providing a safe and fun learning environment. TWO additional children later (twins), we are pleased to have all three children attend this remarkable place. Our family sincerely credits BBA with the developmental growth that our children have displayed at every stage and we appreciate their partnership in raising our children. Each and every staff member at some point has shown our children social guidance, emotional support, and a new educational experience in their own unique way and we are appreciate that. Thank you to all BBA staff members old and new and to those who are closest to our children on a daily basis, you are angels :-)!! Bizzy Beez Academy is by far one of the best centers in the area! I have spent quite a bit of time at various centers and BBA is still at the top of my list! My almost 5 year old is graduating and moving on to Kindergarten and we wish we could take her teacher Ms. Nana with us.... The last 3.5 years at BBA has been amazing. Not only has the staff (teachers/director) been supportive of my daughters needs, but they've been supportive of my needs as a parent! My voice has always been heard and they've always responded by putting the children first. Let's face it no parent is perfect and no childcare provider is perfect either.... even with that being said I expected BBA to be perfect because I was trusting them with my precious daughter. BBA did not fall short of being perfect for us!!! My daughter is happy, healthy, smart, silly, sweet, thoughtful, confident, curious, and super social along with many other things! If I could give less than one star I would. I showed up early for my tour of their facility on accident as I came from out of town and wasn't sure what traffic would be like. I was super excited to meet all the teachers and see the kids in action but the place was far too packed and VERY loud! I can't imagine how an infant would EVER be safe emotionally or mentally in that place. So to go back to showing up early.... They were SO RUDE to me! No joke. There were four teachers and each of them copped an attitude with me. I even apologized several times which I never should have had to do, and they were still rude. Ten thumbs DOWN!!! Worked here. Great staff. Director not so much. She was always gone. Didn't want to help me when I was dealing with a difficult situation at home. Kicked kids out because of behavioral issues instead of trying to help the families and work with teachers to aid the child. My daughter was dealing with separation anxiety and she wanted me to send her somewhere else instead of helping the situation. Aweful! read more

I found this childcare facility on craiglist. I went on a tour and to my astonishment the building was huge on the inside. i signed my daughter up immediately. The teachers are so nice and caring. The learning environment is awesome as well. My 21 month old daughters vocabulary has grown so much since placing her in this setting. I would recommend this childcare over any childcare that i have been too in the past 6 years. read more

Before i put my 18 month-old girl to this place, I reached online and saw some good comments about it, So i thought it should be a pretty safe bet to leave my baby with thier care. After merely 8 days under thier care, I discovered otherwise: on the 8th day, my baby came home with a huge button rash, it was so severe that my wife had to rush her to see the pediatrician immediately, as she had never seen my baby had such a huge rash. The day care center claimed that they changed the diaper regularly. It that was a true statement, then I really think they are having some sanitation problems. No, I wouldn't recommend this place to any one. read more

I was a little concerned when I first came because of the class sizes (smaller then others I have seen) and some previous reviews. After I actually went and talked to mrs nana during my tour and starting my son I can honestly say I absolutely love this school. My son started here in January and I held off on a review until I felt like I had seen enough. My sons teacher is mrs Veronica and he adores her. She is so patient with the kids and truly enjoys being a teacher. Mrs nana is also one of the most caring teachers I've seen. Even if my son is just having an off day they let me know. Honestly every teacher I have gotten to speak to and see at this school is amazing. You can tell they enjoy their job. When my son first started here he had a slight speech problem and it was honestly a little hard to understand him. They have worked with him so much that our pediatrician no longer thinks he will need speech all because of the work nana and Veronica have put into helping him. I am sad next year my son will be leaving next year for kindergarten as they have treated us like family here. read more

Bizzy Beez is a wonderful place with great staff who are extremely caring. Our two girls are enrolled and they really enjoy the programs. Decided to go back to work full time and needed full time care for my 1 year old. Bizzy Beez Academy was reasonably priced among the 5 daycares that I've visited in Tracy. After touring the facility and getting all the forms in, I dropped my son off every morning about 8am, and pick him up about 6pm. He took a week to settle with them. Of course I panicked and have doubts about dropping my son off to someone else other than family, but after the first 3 days, it got so much easier to drop him off. The super friendly staffs made my son feel at ease, which made me feel at ease. I've been there for a few months now. I've never had any issues with my son falling, being hit, or getting butt rash. Sometimes I would sneak in to see him, and he was always happily occupied with his teachers or daycare friends. I am happy to see that there are always more than one staff monitoring the small children at all times. Now my son recognizes the building as we pulled into the parking lot and happily tells me ba-ba (bye-bye) before I can even get him out of his car seat. I no longer have to pry him off me when handing him over to his teachers. And, I love the fact that his teachers and other staffs carry him and other babies a lot. Little things like that shows that they care and provide feeling of warmth and safety to young little minds. read more

This school Bizzy Beez is terrible from all fronts. Their staff is very rude and very unprofessional and their play area is filled with rocks and grass patches. They have the cheapest play structures I have ever seen. No to mention that the paint on the outside of the center and parking lot needs lots of rehab. The inside is very cheap and run down and they look like they are on the lower tier of schools. I think when it comes to your kids that this is clearly a place I wouldn't bring my kid if it was from free. For all you parents that don't care about your kids well being and safety then this is a place for you. But for all you parents that do care like me then you will find a place that is first class. read more

I was referred to this location by a friend of mine. At first glance I was concerned asit is located in a more industrial part of Tracy. After a couple of tours, I decided to enroll my child in their program because they promised every 15 minutes of their day was accounted for and there was constant activity happening. They also boasted the "My Baby Can Read" program. I was equally impressed with the staff as noted in the former reviews. They were helpful and friendly and really seemed to enjoy being around children. My concerns started after the first week. I began to notice the facility upkeep and safety concerns. Staff didn't seem aware when door chimes went off. There were no screens on the windows and several times children were hanging out of the window to say "hi" to people coming and going. Children climbing on chairs. Rugs did not have non-slip grips and my son fell several times. The infant room is in the back of the facility and emergency evacuation seemed to be concerning. Emergency exits are not compliant to child state regulation. My concerns escalated after about the first month and by month 2 I was looking for a different location. The entrance doors are not very safe. The latch is very easy for kids to get out and the "alarm" to sound if a child does exit is not always armed. There is a secondary door leading to the outside, but I noticed that the workers don't always pay attention to the alarm since it is mainly sounded when a parent enters to pick up their child. Children with runny noses were constantly rampant and there were several times children were sitting there literally with snot just running down their face. Although the staff is very friendly, I don't think a lot of time and consideration has been placed into safety. In addition, the curriculum promise was never met and most times when I went to pick up my child, I found him unattended; by himself; in a VERY chaotic unsupervised setting. I would not recommend this location and feel they should have an inspection done proactively so they can ensure they bring the center up to standards. read more

My daughter has attended Bizzy-Beez for over 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with her development. I constantly get comments from other parents and from her pediatrician about how advanced she is. I know that her progress has everything to do with Bizzy-Beez. I can't help but take a little offence to the comment from the parent claiming such a negative experience with them. I know of several parents that after leaving due to layoffs or whatever personal reasons, returning a few months after. I have had an amazing experience with them. In addition I appreciate the fact that Bizzy-Beez holds the students to a level in which they are to perform and behave in a certain manor even if it requires them to remove cretin student for the well being of everyone else involved. We joined the Bizzy Beez Academy Family a few months after its inception in 2008. The Academy offers a host of programs to transition your little ones including: Toddler, Preschool, Prekindergarten, and School Age/Afterschool. What we love the most about Bizzy Beez Academy is the commitment and drive the Teachers, Aides, Director, Office Manager/ Consultant, and other Staff have to offer individualized care, nurturing hands-on, and help to foster or develop each child based on your their needs. My son started at the Preschool level and subsequently moved on to the Prekindergarten Program wherein he was able to advance his skills in vocabulary, motor skills, counting, math and reading concepts, spelling, colors, weather, and introduction to telling time to name a few. The school and teachers helped to prepare our son for kindergarten readiness. In addition, he learned to work independently and as a group, share and participate in circle time, care for a turtle and/or fish, move around to different workstations, help with breakfast/or lunch preparation, make many arts & crafts projects, planting in the garden, and emphasis was given to play sports like soccer, kickball, ride bikes, team sports, group games and challenges, etc. The teachers helped the kids learn to get along with friends on the playground and in the classroom. Bizzy Beez Academy also celebrates every special occasion, holiday and/or four seasons with monthly or quarterly group parties like Christmas, Thanksgiving,Valentine's Day, Easter, Fourth of the July, Halloween, etc. The school also provides a formal Prekindergarten Graduation, Fall and Spring Picture Days, Family Night, Ice Cream Social, and a really nice Christmas Program. Their Summer Camp is loads of fun for all. It includes Creative Weekly Themes and the daily activities are geared toward that theme. Many of the weeks have guest speakers or special activities for example: visits from firemen and fire truck, policemen, petting zoo, bounce house, dentist, movies, etc. Every week includes water play. Our Son has gone on to Kindergarten at one of the strongest Charter School in the city and is doing quite well based on his strong foundation received at Bizzy Beez. We can not say enough of how our son has come away with a wealth of knowledge and would highly recommend you visiting Bizzy Beez Academy and see the warm, sensitive, caring, and great program for your little ones. We still are a part of the school during School Breaks, Summer, and as needed. We always receive a warm reception from the team when we come back. Besides the benefits listed above, Bizzy Beez offers a wide variety of different services and many flexible programs including full, part, or drop in basis to fit your family's need. The school provides a well balanced Breakfast, Mid-Morning Snack, Hot Lunch, and Afternoon Snack. Potty Training assistance is also available to help your children.
