Mrs. Ana has been taking care of our son for over a year and it has been wonderful for him. He brings home artwork and projects that he does, she creates special days for the kids ie, spa day, olympics, easter egg hunts, and many other various parties. She has home cooked meals for them and my son has allergies so she is cautious of that. She always greets him with energy and enthusiasm. Our son mentions her when he is not there letting us know that misses her and loves her classes. Mrs. Ana does send pictures of the activities that they do and communicates very well. An example is When it is too hot outside, or if there is a fire, she will let us know the kids won't be playing outside because of the heat or air quality. There aren't enough words to describe how great Learning and Playing Preschool has been for our daughter. Mrs. Ana, Miss Danielle, and Miss Rosa are such wonderful people. They go above and beyond to create fun activities for the kids, provide nutritious food, and stay in constant communication with us parents. The house and play areas are incredibly clean and organized too. Sure, the first few weeks were hard. New place, new people, and a big transition for our daughter. But after that, our daughter was SO excited to go see her friends and always came back happy and well taken care of, diaper was always changed, her clothes were clean and her hair styled! The teachers and staff are very caring to their students. They make homemade food for snacks. They do a special graduation for their students. They take them to the park and have a snack. My son learned a few letter recognitions, he can count from 1-11, he knows his colors, and he would sing songs when I pick him up from school. It's been almost a year since we enrolled our 3 y/o daughter and we can't be happier we did it! Every day she's happy to go spend the day with Ana and the team, she plays, makes friends, learns new skills and comes back home with a happy face. Meals are great, they prepare all the food in house to make sure all the kids have a healthy diet and even go the extra mile to adapt to the needs of each child (every day Anna tells us if our daughter had a good, day, what she ate or if she skipped something she did not like). From an academic and social perspective, we noticed that our daughter started to learn how to count, colors, letters and her vocabulary has also grown quite a lot. She also learnt how to play in a better way with other kids and became quite attentive to how others feel. The facilities are always clean and tidy. Communication has always been easy and friendly. A long overdue review of our preschool. Our daughter has been attending Learning and Playing preschool since she was a year old, and this year she will be four. From the first interview with the staff, they have been very welcoming and warm to our little one. While attending Learning and Playing Preschool, our daughter has increased her vocabulary and socialization skills. She has learned how to write her name, count to twenty, and her alphabets. Very clean, smells amazing and I loved her set up she had for the children in her home and the backyard. Now, 8 months later my daughter is still attending her school. Mrs. Ana and her staff have been so good to my daughter. Even with Covid, they maintained all regulations, and I felt safe sending my daughter there. Great Daycare!! Our daughter is always happy to see Ana in the morning and the others too! The whole staff takes great care of Baby and always makes sure she is smiling. We receive daily updates on how her day was when we pick her up and also words of wisdom to help if Baby was having a bad day. I stayed home with my daughter since she was born (now 3 and 1/2) and I just started working again and searching for daycares. Daycare was new to me and my daughter and I thought a home set up would make my daughter feel more comfortable before jumping into a daycare that was more preschool and had more kids. My daughter stayed at "Learning and Playing Preschool" just two days before I removed her. The first day my fully potty trained child has not one but TWO pee accidents on her first day there and when I picked up my daughter she was wearing no pants and was in a DIAPER. Ana then further humiliated my child by discussing her pee accidents at her doorstep where all can see while my child stood there in a pull up, Ana then also said that if my child ever had a pee accident again that she would have to put her in diapers because she can't keep cleaning and disinfecting. THEN WHY OPEN YOUR HOME TO SMALL INFANTS AND CHILDREN if you want your house to stay clean?????? The second day she was there NOT ONE ACCIDENT hmmmmm is it because whatever traumatizing thing happened her first day you didn't do the second? Not only that but from the start she made me feel less than because she complained about how much trouble I'm causing her because I utilized subsidized which she agreed to. She also complained because my daughters FIRST DAY I arrived a bout ten minutes early to drop off my daughter thinking we would have an exchange to make my daughter feel comfortable and I wasn't just dumping her off. That evening Ana ("the business owner") sent me a text telling me I should watch how all the parents wait in their cars until 8am sharp because she doesn't work until 8am and I understood but for the first day common lady! There are several other traumatic things that happened (in addition to the above) that have deeply affected my trust and my daughters emotional and mental well-being so please don't take finding a place for your most precious being lightly, follow your gut! read more

Dropping off a 4 month old can be daunting, but Ana always made us feel extremely comfortable and confident that we were leaving our daughter in good hands. Finding Ana and her two sons have been an absolute blessing for my family and I. I have so many amazing things to say about this daycare. She is always more than willing to work with our schedules. Our boys 15 months and 3 years old are full time with Ana. They are always so happy when I drop off, when I pick up they look well rested, with their hair combed. I love this! Ana and her sons always give me an update on how my boys day went. I am able to find out how long they napped, if they ate well, types of activities they did, if they were or weren't behaving properly. I really appreciate knowing all of this, since I am not there, it's nice to know how their day went. It helps me be a better Mom as well, to know what areas of behavior may need more attention. Ana is wonderful at giving great advise when it comes to my 1 year old, especially with teething, or diaper rashes. All the meals that Ana provides are healthy, the boys get to try a variety of new foods. My oldest son adores Luis or "Fed" as he calls him, constantly talks about him at home, which gives me peace of mind knowing how happy they are while they are with Ana and her family. My 15 month old gets so excited when he knows he's going to Ana's he constantly says her name the whole way to her house, and when he sees Ana and her husband, he gets so excited.
