We had a fantastic experience at this daycare! My child learned so much here, including how to write her ABCs and numbers. As a commuting parent, finding a safe, reliable after-school care program with transportation was a huge priority for my 4 year old, and this school has been an absolute lifesaver! Knowing my child is picked up on time, in a clearly labeled car by a uniformed staff member, gives me complete peace of mind. They use an amazing app that updates every 5-10 minutes, so I can see exactly what my child is doing throughout the afternoon. I also appreciate that I can plan ahead to meet the designated staff member who is scheduled to pick up my child (since pick-up staff may vary). Communication is excellent, you can text the driver and even the owner directly with any questions or requests, and they respond quickly. As a parent who once spent hours searching for a trustworthy transportation service for my 4-year-old, I can honestly say this program stands out for its professionalism, safety, and genuine care. It's such a relief to know my child is in good hands until I can get there. If you've had a negative experience with this school in the past, I encourage you to give it another chance. I can't express how much I appreciate and love this place. For one, they have great communication skills for example, they give me feedbacks of my kids everytime during pick up. I get IN THE MOMENT pictures, videos and activities stamps sent to me in their app while I'm working without fail. I get like 3 photos and 1-2vidoes a day. I have an infant which they report her feedings, diaper changes DETAILED. I also have a school age kid who they help so much with his homework plus just simply learning new things even if it's a little higher than his grade level just so he can gradly get better. Idk but it has been doing wonders on my child. 2nd , they are also very family oriented. They can see me feel beaten up as a mom and their words will definitely make you feel better and will always ask what they can do for me and the kids. Truly love this place. Great education institute. Vantika the owner is very good with communication and all questions answered. This institution uses an app to communicate with parents on all updates such as snack, potty, and all activities, also pictures of kiddos doing activities. My son's gotten such a boost. They work with him to improve his reading, writing, and math skills with lot of play time. This program is excellent. After a quick lunch, they settle in with books he actually likes, like superhero comics, and a teacher helps him figure out the tougher words. Writing- he'll jot down a few sentences , and they gently fix his spelling without making a big deal of it. For math, they do stuff like counting out numbers and also practice addition, which he thinks is cool. The staff's super kind, and they help alot. He always show me his little 'math skills and activities he enjoyed in class. read more

I'd highly recommend this facility. Not only the staffs are amazing, friendly and very warm, I've chatted with Navi and Jeannette many times. We were looking for an alternative daycare that what genius kids are offering, curriculum based daycare for our 4 year old then now 5 year old son. This was in the middle of pandemic and since things have changed, they were still accommodating to do the tour of the facility virtually. Jeannette was very nice over the phone and did an amazing job in explaining and answering our questions. The application process was great and communication is on point. They use an app called brightwheel, so paying at a click and getting communications straight from the app by getting news and even shared pictures with us made it more convenient. I'm very grateful to have the staff and teachers to work with us side by side and they've made it more family oriented which I love. My son had so much fun and have made friendship with the other kids and we also grew friendships with the other parents going there. Thank you Navi and your teachers for taking my son. As a first time parent of a toddler born right at the beginning of COVID, I didn't know what to expect from a childcare provider. At 18 months old, we started my son at a Montessori program, but soon realized that it was not a good fit for us. His language skills were behind (we are now in speech therapy), he didn't know how to nap independently, and would be "disruptive" during activity time. We knew instantly that no matter how "good" a program is on paper or from recommendations, it is not good if the fit isn't there as well. As working parents with highly variable schedules, we needed reliable daycare that opened early and closed late. There were not many reviews for Genius Kids on Yelp or through the local Facebook groups at the time, but there were great reviews from other Genius Kids locations in the Bay. I was contacted very quickly by Ms. Jeanette and completed a virtual tour of the facility. She was informed about our concerns regarding napping and "disruptive behavior" that the Montessori program told us. She reassured my family that 18 month olds are still babies and they were willing to work with helping our son to adjust. Let's just say the first picture that I received on day one was him napping! My son started in Sept 2021 in the infant room (0-23 months) and has since moved onto the toddler room at the end of Jan 2022. He is excited to go to school every day and walks in and doesn't even look back (literally - not even a bye to mom). He even recently started to sing the alphabet and count to 10 at 26 months (it's a big deal in our house since his language was so delayed). Feedback is given upon request (I'm usually the one initiating the request) since my son doesn't speak very much. The staff has been nothing but nice and loving towards my son. He will probably stay through pre-k and I will enroll my newborn in the program around 12 months! The pandemic showed the world how valuable and essential childcare providers are for our children. Our 2.5 year son started at Genius Kids after being out of daycare for over a year due to Covid. We were nervous to restart him in a daycare setting, but the director assured us that they have had experience with active, strong willed toddlers. Genius Kids is a newer, clean looking facility and the enrollment process was easy. They use an app to send pictures of your child, sending messages and for checking in/out. Their facility is safe and secure. This center is probably a good fit for a toddler who has been in a daycare environment continuously and naps well. Genius Kids turned out to not be a good fit for our son. He had napping issues and a couple of rough days there, and the staff would send him home rather than work with us to come up with a plan to address the behavior. It was disruptive to our work schedules to keep picking him up so we had no choice but to seek other care. We also knew that if they kept sending him home, he'd never adjust back to being at daycare. After over a year at home with very little social interaction with his peers or adults outside the family, my son understandably needed some time to adjust to a new environment and we had no communication from the staff about his behavior (positive or negative) until we got messages to pick up our son. The enrollment paperwork mentioned meetings and a behavior plan to address any behavioral concerns but neither of those ever happened. We knew transitioning our toddler back to daycare would be tough, and for the price we were paying I expected more support and patience from a childcare provider. read more

Genius Kids Tracy is a great school. We came to Genius Kids Tracy in April 2019 right after my daughter turned 2 years old. At first, I was concerned with the transition from another preschool to Genius Kids Tracy; however, that quickly changed as the director and teachers helped made it a smooth transition. What attracted us to Genius Kids Tracy was the director, their curriculum, public speaking and allowing each student to learn at their own pace. I appreciate the app that they use for checking in/out my daughter and the instant contact/communication between the teachers and me. Also, I love how the teachers sends photos of my daughter during her classroom activities and the monthly public speaking that I can share with family & friends. It is comforting to see how her day is going and how well she is enjoying herself in class with friends. Now that she is in pre-k, I receive her weekly/monthly lesson booklets of the work she has worked on during the weeks. It includes feedback of areas she does very well in and where improvement is needed. All areas that are helping prepare her for kindergarten. During the time we have been with Genius Kids Tracy, I have partnered with her teachers on my daughter's educational growth, and it has truly been a great partnership. We will truly miss Genius Kids Tracy as my daughter will be going to kindergarten soon. Overall, our experience at Genius Kids Tracy has been exceptional. The teachers are caring and professional; I encourage parents to get to know them as they are awesome. In addition to going to Genius Kids Tracy, my daughter has developed great friendships as well with other kids, and I encourage you as the parent to embrace those friendships and connect with other parents because these friendships can possibly last a lifetime even if they eventually go to different elementary schools. Genius Kids Tracy is AMAZING! Hands down best daycare around town. They are extremely professional, communicative, friendly and caring. My child has been going there for years and has gotten not only the best care while my husband and myself work full time but also has developed tremendously. They take extra care in teaching the kids social skills and learning styles to prepare them for future grade levels as well as how to be confident in front of an audience. We just had another baby and when the time comes we will be having our second baby go to Genius Kids Tracy as well! Thank you for all that you do for our kids and for your facility! Our child has been attending the Pre-K program at GK for almost a year and we love it! The program is structured well and the staff does a great job of helping the kids develop new skills and interests. For example, they recently celebrated Earth Week and my child has been singing "reduce, reuse, recycle" and reminding us to turn off lights and pick up trash to "keep the Earth happy". My child has made many friends at GK, and whenever there has been any conflict between the kids, the staff works hard to make sure we feel supported. The only complaint we have is that they aren't able to offer private kindergarten because if given the choice we would definitely keep our child enrolled at GK instead of public school! read more

My statement is accurate, and in fact I didn't write every single thing that I had experienced at your facility. I rather just leave it at that. I hope that you do look into your business center, and do make some positive changes for the sake of those poor children. I was not very encouraged to write and report to you the issues that I saw and that bothered me, since you never even cared to write back when I had asked you about charge more than the Montessori private school, and I ask if you teach similar curriculums like them! Update: our son graduated pre-k here in 2019 and was very successfull in kindergarden, now ready for 1st grade. We moved to nevada and they need a Navi and team here! Genius Kids is our second daycare, and we absolutely are so glad we transitioned to this place after concern at our first place. They are mostly mothers and know how to communicate with the children and parents. They are always keeping engaged with the kids and at drop off and pick up they are engaging with parents. These ladies have been amazing throughout the whole process of our daughter being enrolled here. They really worked with and comforted our little girl when she was having separation issues from us. They continued to reassure us she would work through it. Fast forward a few months, our daughter enjoys going in now and will run through the door to play with her friends. The staff somehow got her to take naps and are working on her potty training which is awesome. The owner Navi, who is also a pedi-nurse is friendly, accommodating, and communicative. We love Miss Jeanette who handles the front office, Lauren and her have a special connection which means a lot to us. Lauren is in the 2 year old "Guppy" class who is taught by Miss Tracy and Miss Christina...she loves both of them and talks about them and her friends just about every night. The rest of the staff are also friendly and help out the other teachers when needed. The daycare has a user friendly app where parents can communicate with the daycare, check their kids in and out, and see pictures the staff uploads. Overall we really like Genius kids, the only request would be the daycare providing lunch to full day children. read more

What can I say about Genius Kids? The teachers go above and beyond to make sure my kiddo is taken care of, comforted when needed, and respectful to others. They make sure each child is made aware that they matter and remind them constantly of their future potential. Genius Kids offers public speaking which is definitely a big plus because I know I can't get up in front of people and speak to this day and my child has no problem doing so! We recently moved here from out of state and were seeking a top notch facility for our preschool aged child that would be similar to the care and education our child had received before. We searched the Tracy and Mountain House area and found Genius Kids as they were opening. We are so glad we did!
