We have sent all our children here from when they were only a few months old to when they were school aged. This place is very well kept, always clean and organized. They keep the kids structured, entertained, and teach them the basic skills of their young lives. From recognizing the alphabets to counting numbers, they prepare your children for life. You can honestly be comfortable leaving your children here and go to work without a worry. The friendship they develop with your children will last for life as your children still mention years later the great moments they remember experiencing while at the daycare. They truly treat you as a family and it was very hard when we had to end sending our kids here when they started school. We still keep in touch to share stories. Another positive is the delicious meal they provide to the children. The BBQ that they grill, what seems like a weekly venture, is much to rave about. The home cooked meals are so good, your children will ask for it during the weekend. You will see your kids top the growth charts at their annual wellness checkups. We loved receiving pictures of his daily activities, and he often came home proudly showing us projects he made, songs he learned, and stories he could tell. He built little friendships and grew in confidence every day. Now that our son has moved on to TK, he still asks when he can go see Ms. Ana and often says he misses her a lot. That alone shows the lasting impact she has had on him. We are beyond grateful for the love, care, and dedication shown to our son. This school is located on Monticello Elementary School campus in Tracy. So transportation was never a worry! My little one started at T.L.C. when he was three years old. He is now 12 and will be to old to attend soon. He has enjoyed every minute he has spent at Tender Loving Care. He entered kindergarten at a second grade level due to the amazing curriculum and lessons he participated in throughout preschool. The teachers are honestly the most professional and kind women I have ever had the honor to meet. SUMMER time at T.L.C. was probably his most favorite time of the year. They take the school age kids on field trips and have weekly summer camps to keep the children learning while having fun. Fair prices, fun and amazing teachers. I have nothing bad to say, except for maybe that I wish he could continue to attend through the age of 18! :) We will both miss you T.L.C. Thank You! read more

I couldn't be more thrilled with my son's experience at TLC-Monticello! Since starting two months ago, he has blossomed in so many ways. The teachers are wonderful--so caring and attentive--and Ms. Heather, the director, is always informative and kind. From the very first tour, the entire staff made both my son and I feel so comfortable and welcome. It's been amazing to watch my son come out of his shell and make so many new friends. He's thriving in this environment, and I'm so grateful for the positive impact TLC has had on him. Highly recommend! read more

The facility is new with dedicated classrooms and proper tools, unlike some preschools in Tracy that felt more like converted living rooms. Their fees are also very reasonable, especially for the quality of care and amenities offered. Another thing that really stood out to me: my son has seasonal allergies and gets nosebleeds often. At this school, I was never called to pick him up for that reason. In contrast, he just started TK three days ago, and I've already received two calls about it. Knowing my child is picked up on time, in a clearly labeled car by a uniformed staff member, gives me complete peace of mind. They use an amazing app that updates every 5-10 minutes, so I can see exactly what my child is doing throughout the afternoon. I also appreciate that I can plan ahead to meet the designated staff member who is scheduled to pick up my child (since pick-up staff may vary). Communication is excellent, you can text the driver and even the owner directly with any questions or requests, and they respond quickly. As a parent who once spent hours searching for a trustworthy transportation service for my 4-year-old, I can honestly say this program stands out for its professionalism, safety, and genuine care. It's such a relief to know my child is in good hands until I can get there. If you've had a negative experience with this school in the past, I encourage you to give it another chance.
