There was absolutely no point in showing up early to line up, because earlier in the day they handed out numbers--and that determined your spot in line. So if you couldn't come at 3 PM (because, you know, people WORK), you were already out of luck. Then there was zero clarity on where to stand. Two separate lines: one for bundles, one for non-bundles. Total chaos, people crammed and bunched. Not an actual line. You'd think they would've at least started with the folks who had purchased bundles! Nope! We came back in April to pre-order and paid full price on the spot. You'd think that would mean something--but nope. At pre-order you only had to place a deposit if you wanted and pay the rest at pick up. No priority, no order based on pre-order numbers, which they should've done. Would've been much cleaner. People who walked in at 3 PM and just bought outright (no pre-order) got priority in line at 9pm, just because they got a number at 3pm. So come 9 PM, people walked up and went to the front. Meanwhile, we were still waiting. Honestly, this whole number system was a disaster. Never seen a launch handled so poorly. Their reasoning? The Switch units were stacked and labeled with numbers starting at 100 on top, so they handed out the higher numbers first to make distribution easier--just grab from the top of the stack. So those people, who came earlier in the day at 3, ended up at the front of the line. Meanwhile, we were number 17 out of 100... and still stuck in the back, even though we pre-ordered back in April. Again, they should've prioritized folks by their PRE-ORDER NUMBER. Make it make sense. Oh--and they didn't even limit the number of controllers per person. People walked out with armfuls, so by the time we got our "useless" number, they were already sold out. Whatever happened to the traditional first come, first served? It worked for a reason. Still standing in line as I type this. Just... incredibly disappointing.

We rented a few games from Video Amusement for an offsite Corporate Event. The drivers arrived on…read moretime and had the games set up in no time. They were efficient. The games were durable and held up for the event. Even though we were stalled on booking our games (due to the Venue needed to help with the layout), Luiza was still openly optimistic about helping us and in the end we got all the games we wanted. We opted for Ring Toss, Giant Checkers and Clowning Around (Bean Bag Target type of game - see photo). Except for the Giant Checkers, the prices are fairly reasonable. Please note that someone else may think that the price was reasonable...it's all subjective. Here's What I Think.... They have a ton of games from which to choose. If you're in the market for arcade/carnival type games, please give them a try.

Despite the website and all socials stating they service the West Coast and listing Seattle, WA and Portland, OR both as one of their cities, they emailed back stating that Washington was out of their service range. I emailed a screenshot of their website and asked if that was another company or perhaps only certain games, and was told the following: "For your information, our office and warehouses are located in San Francisco, CA. While we do serve the Washington, Oregon, and Nevada areas, please note that due to the extended travel distance, our minimum one-day rental for events in Washington is $18,500 plus delivery." Needless to say, I would not suggest using them.

There was even a $5 and $1 section. The owner was sincere, knowledgeable and appeared to truly love what he did. I came to look around and possibly buy 1 pop I didn't have and before I knew it I spent nearly $300 and went home with 20 new pops. It was a great experience all around, the prices, hours of operation, vast inventory, social and friendly ownership and even ample parking. I will be back for sure.

We're from SoCal and we're visiting family nearby. My girls LOVE K-Pop so this was a must stop…read moreshop. We came on 12/26/25 and when we walked in we were immediately curious about all the fun treasures we'd find. We saw the life size cardboard cut outs up front and snapped a quick selfie with RM, my ultimate bias! Talk about a score within the first few minutes, so I had a good vibe about this place from the jump! We took a quick lap around the periphery of the store and then worked our way to the middle. There was LOTS to see and the vast majority was official merch! Heck yes! We saw several albums, photo cards, light-sticks, keychains, bracelets, plus more. My girls were having a field day trying to narrow down what they wanted to go home with. I could see the K-Pop happiness in their little faces. There was a Photo Booth area near the front and a table and chairs for peeps to sit while their loved ones looked around the store. I saw a handful of shirts and some signed items. I had to help my girls make final decisions on their items because they were too excited with the overstimulation of K-Pop items. We purchase 8 items total from BTS, BabyMonster and Stray Kids. We walked out with a BTS light stick, some albums, a Stray Kids Karma pop up Seungmin puppy bracelet, a Hyunjin keychain and 6 lomo (business) cards for $253.66. The prices actually seemed fair and you can't beat the instant gratification, but we had to contain ourselves because we wanted to purchase more. I can totally see us coming here EVERY time we visit family in San Jose! Seungmin and Hyunjin are my daughters biases! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions with a smile on their face, so that's a plus. One employee let us know he'd open the light-stick to check that it worked because light-sticks were final sale. He brought over some batteries, turned it on and showed us how to use it. Very kind of him! This K-Pop store was a fantastic find! When my girls are happy, I'm a happy Mama and feel blessed to give them what they want, not just what they need. K-Pop for the win!
