We're from SoCal and we're visiting family nearby. My girls LOVE K-Pop so this was a must stop shop. We came on 12/26/25 and when we walked in we were immediately curious about all the fun treasures we'd find. We saw the life size cardboard cut outs up front and snapped a quick selfie with RM, my ultimate bias! Talk about a score within the first few minutes, so I had a good vibe about this place from the jump! We took a quick lap around the periphery of the store and then worked our way to the middle. There was LOTS to see and the vast majority was official merch! Heck yes! We saw several albums, photo cards, light-sticks, keychains, bracelets, plus more. My girls were having a field day trying to narrow down what they wanted to go home with. I could see the K-Pop happiness in their little faces. There was a Photo Booth area near the front and a table and chairs for peeps to sit while their loved ones looked around the store. I saw a handful of shirts and some signed items. I had to help my girls make final decisions on their items because they were too excited with the overstimulation of K-Pop items. We purchase 8 items total from BTS, BabyMonster and Stray Kids. We walked out with a BTS light stick, some albums, a Stray Kids Karma pop up Seungmin puppy bracelet, a Hyunjin keychain and 6 lomo (business) cards for $253.66. The prices actually seemed fair and you can't beat the instant gratification, but we had to contain ourselves because we wanted to purchase more. I can totally see us coming here EVERY time we visit family in San Jose! Seungmin and Hyunjin are my daughters biases! The staff were helpful and answered all of our questions with a smile on their face, so that's a plus. One employee let us know he'd open the light-stick to check that it worked because light-sticks were final sale. He brought over some batteries, turned it on and showed us how to use it. Kloud is the first k-pop store in the South Bay and am so happy for their new and improved location! From albums, season's greetings, official merch, fan made merch to trading photocards. They really have it all. I love their donated album section, to give albums a second chance at life and on this last visit saw they had a box of "free" items as well. They carry so many different artists, variety of merch as well as clothing "as seen on your fave idol" which was so cool! All the staff here is super friendly and fun! Went recently for Le Serrafim CB and checked out Hello82 Exclusive merch. Love that you also get unofficial pcs of your bias, you know I had to get my Stray Kids one. My bias changes on the daily, but I'm trying to STAY loyal to I.N okay? Super cute kpop store that's in the middle of business near north San Jose/Milpitas! It's a small venue, but with lots of personality with Kpop goods from albums, posters, and light sticks. Lots of parking available, so nothing to worry. I did an online order for an Ateez light stick and it was ready in 2 days time! Make sure to check their opening hours because some days they're closed. The wait staff were so kind and attentive when I walked up with my inquiry. They even assured the quality of my light stick before leaving the store by opening the box carefully, putting in batteries, and testing it out right in front of me! I also picked up a LeSerrafim album for my sister. With those 2 purchases, my sister and I were able to choose 2 photo cards of any member from any group! Super cool perks for shopping here! I've been visiting Kloud since their original location and have watched them expand into their new space. Their inventory is quite extensive, and you can even place online orders for some items when they run out in store. Their store is very clean and nicely maintained. I especially love their local artists section where they help promote and sell kpop-related crafts from other local small businesses! Their staff are always so friendly and helpful! It's clear that they don't just sell kpop albums and accessories but also work really hard to cultivate the kpop community in the Bay. With how busy they are hosting or sponsoring events, they also prioritize customer service. Decided to visit Kloud K-pop after having it bookmarked for so long. I double checked their hours on Instagram before coming just in case since I know this store is a small business. I saw they just stocked the NCT DREAM Candy albums so I was excited. I was going just to window shop but ended up waiting about 30-40 mins in line to enter the store. Therefore, I ended up buying the 2 SMinis and the photobook album version to make the visit worthwhile. The total came out to about $52. Because I purchased 3 albums, I was allowed to pick 3 posters for those albums. I thought it was pretty well priced as I was expecting to pay more. I had no idea what I was getting myself into since the SMinis didn't have prices on them. They also let me choose 2 freebie photocards that were made by them. They're pretty good quality and good to use if you don't want to use your authentic PCs. The area has pretty bad signal in my opinion which could've contributed to delay in processing payments because it does take awhile to pay. Expect a bit of a wait when coming here as it's small and busy! Overall it's nice to finally have a kpop store open in the South Bay. Excited to see Kloud Kpop expand in the future. The first k-pop store in the South Bay! I'm so happy that this small online shop has finally opened their in-person store! It's located in the Berryessa part of San Jose and has plenty of parking. Only 5 customers allowed inside at once. Hand sanitizer and face masks are provided at the door! You can order albums for pick up on their website or just come to the store to shop! The owners are very generous and try to make the k-pop albums as affordable as possible. Most of them range from $19.99 to $26.99. Very great prices. They also have a wide range of posters for $3 each! They have special deals if you buy multiple posters. They also create their own photocards with the different members of each k-pop group! The first k-pop store in San Jose! I've been following Kloud Kpop since they first announced their opening and I finally got to visit their in-person store last month! It's quite a small store so their capacity is limited to 3 people but I love the interior setup and collections that they have! They sell mostly albums and posters, but every once in a while they also carry Seasons Greetings and other specials. At the time I visited, I was looking for the GQ x BTS magazines and I was able to get the last Suga cover and the Suga and Jungkook GQ posters! All purchases come with a small photocard freebie as well! The business owners are also local k-pop fans and they were really nice when I came in as well! They also do local drop-offs if you make an online order and live in the SJ area, which is really cool too. Kloud K-Pop is soo cute! I took my daughter and her friends here because they were looking for very specific k Pop idols merch. They found exactly what they were looking for and more. As others have mentioned, it is a smaller store, however, the store is really well stocked! and they are always getting new items into the store. Every time my daughter has gone, she has left so happy! a couple times they even gave her a free photo card. she always runs out so excited to unbox her "rare find" items. you definitely get what you pay for and the service is excellent. Taking her to see ATEEZ in July and she has already asked me 6 times this week if we can go so she can stock up- by the way, it's only Monday(LOL). The area can be a bit rough, but they do have ample street parking and a few spots in the parking lot. it's very easy to get to, which I really appreciate. I came here on a Thursday, 15-20 minutes before they opened after seeing their updated hours on Instagram. I was the FIRST one to get in line. This was also my first time coming here for an order pickup, so I came without any expectations. The direction to here was a bit confusing. I got a bit lost because this is located in a building with other numerous businesses (you can refer to my first photo if you need help). This is the ONLY k-pop album store within San Jose (I believe). The store is the size of a studio, so it's REALLY small. They only allow 3-4 people at a time to shop. I came here on a hot day and the store inside didn't have any air conditioning. I hope that they implement one in the near future. Other than that, I was able to my bia's freebie! This is my first time going to their store. I wasn't expecting much considering when I looked up the place, it seemed so small. Boy was I wrong when I got there. The parking was super easy, we parked in the front of the store with no hassle. Once we came in, the staff welcomed us in so nicely. And then continued to carry on with their conversation. Although this isn't the biggest store I've come across, they really know how to make use of the space. They're organized and clean in a way where they even decorated it so cutely by adding handmade labels for each group they had to offer! And because of that, that is how they were able to organize each section! They also sold posters, pickets, keychains, pc holders, lightstick holders and so much more! When it comes to k-pop, this store had a lot of selection that I feel covers a lot of people's preferences on which groups or solos they stan. They did an amazing job at being open-minded to have a lot of inclusive artists. When it comes to pricing, I believe it is not overpriced and actual priced decently where you won't break your bank. And comparing their prices online, they're roughly the same (I think it's worth the steal considering I do not have to pay a lot of money to get it shipped from Korea when I have a local k-pop store in person)! They also had a few shelves that are called the donation shelves. They have a bunch of albums that customers no longer need, be donated to them, to have them sold at a lower price. Tomorrow X Together blue hour album, was from that shelf and although it didn't have EVERY inclusion that was in this album, I still bought it because it's still in good shape and it was the album I was originally wanting since I started stanning TXT! The donation shelves had a lot of selection as well. And I felt it was nice that you get the option to open these albums and inspect it to see if you're interested in buying. This was something I did not expect a k-pop store to have! Felt like I hit jackpot. I will most definitely come back again soon! When checking out, the staff was not only super nice, but also knows her k-pop! She was able to hold a conversation (and another staff as well) and just be able to have a fun time talking about groups. She even offered 3 photocards for free that they make themselves (pictured below of Taehyun with brown hair holding a flower) and their selection is no joke. They had a bunch of girl groups and boy groups for these photocards and the quality is pretty sturdy. If I look at it from an official photocard, I can't even tell the difference! Overall, my experience coming here is a 11/10. Came home to unboxing my new album, just to find my bias, Taehyun! Honestly, I was not sure what to expect as there aren't many K-Pop stores in the Bay Area sadly. However, the shop was cute! It was located in a business park in a small unit on the rightmost side of the building. Parking was ample and every time we went there was a line waiting to go in (max was 5 people when I went). The service was great! The workers were so friendly the last two times I went and there was an ample amount of albums to choose from! This store is mainly for albums. I saw a few other merch they sell like Bluetooth mics, light sticks, photocard holders, and stickers but not much other k-pop merchandise. Only one person was working there but he was super duper nice and sweet! You get freebies for every album you get which is the best! My first visit to Kloud kpop and definitely won't be my last!! They have a ton of albums from a lot of popular artists. I went specifically for BTS and they had a ton of love yourself, proof, be, butter, mots, and some of the old ones like ORUL82. They also sold cute keychains made by fans and had pins and stuff. There were a bunch of posters in the back but I didn't check them out. They also had some of the magazines BTS was featured in priced at $15 (like Time magazine). Each album purchase comes with a photo card which is fun!! There's a 5 person limit in the store, it's pretty small but the line moves quickly. Fun, quick, and good experience!!! read more

Literally slayed omg I went to cop the new Ateez album & Hobi's magazine cover and I also purchased NCT Dream's Beat Box album while I was there the place is really small & only 2-3 people can shop at a time, but it's really well-stocked for the size. They had albums and one very small display with some bts & ateez keychains. The website said a few albums were in stock (txt's blue hour) which weren't there when we went, so I do suggest calling in advance and inquiring if you're looking for a specific album that's in high demand. The staff at the counter was super nice AND I got 2 posters, 3 lomo cards and a POB all for free with my purchases! My albums were all significantly cheaper than they are online too. Stumbled upon this shop while looking for a specific NewJeans album that I had been trying to get from Amazon or Target with no luck. Along with every purchase, they offer customers a choice of a photo card of your bias. They also provide a POB for specific albums, which is nice. This store is such a hidden gem, they have albums from so many different K-pop groups, all for reasonable prices and all sealed in excellent quality. This shop is small in size, but definitely not lacking in the number of items that are stocked, you are almost always guaranteed to find what you are looking for. The staff that work here are all friendly and welcoming as well. The only thing to note is that their hours of operation may vary and they are not open some days of the week, so just check their Instagram for updated hours.
