I paid $120. - $150 for a cleaning fee and $500 cash deposit - Bathrooms were not clean and felt really dirty to be in - Chairs are really old and beat up - Smells old I would definitely recommend for a baby shower or something not too fancy. The occupancy is only up to 120 people. Not recommended for a wedding or a quince. Honestly, you get what you pay for. You can make it look real nice if you decorate it enough.

We also opted to have them handle the cleanup the following morning, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost--stress-free and seamless. The location itself is secluded and offers a wonderful sense of privacy. I highly recommend visiting in person to ensure it aligns with your expectations. As a small heads-up: the parking area is unpaved, and there's a bit of gravel to walk through, which posed a slight challenge for a few guests in high heels.
