Making a booking in advance did not seem to make much difference. The bowling alley was extremely packed, which made the atmosphere feel crowded and unorganized rather than enjoyable. The biggest issue was the lack of assistance. No one seemed available to explain the delay, help us understand when a lane might open, or offer another solution. I understand that bowling alleys can get busy, especially during popular hours, but a wait of more than two hours after booking ahead was unreasonable. Better communication, more attentive service, and a more reliable booking system would have made a major difference. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would hesitate to return during a busy period.

We visited on a Sunday, and it wasn't too crowded, which was nice because the kids had plenty of room to play. They also have party rooms available, and the rooms are a good size for birthday celebrations and group events. My only suggestion is that the food court service could be more attentive. It often seemed like no one was at the counter when assistance was needed. Overall, it was a fun experience, and I'd recommend it for families with young children.

This place should be called Lost Teeth, not Lost Worlds…read more I would give Lost World a NEGATIVE 5-star review if I could. As a mom, I urge you NOT to take your kids and loved ones here. My 6-year-old and 3-year-old went to Lost World back in July. They walked in with beautiful smiles. My 3-year-old left with both of his front teeth severely damaged. He was climbing on the volcano play structure, where multiple other children had also been climbing for some time. There were NO signs saying children could not climb on it, and no staff stopping or redirecting the kids. Instead, the staff nearby were socializing and talking rather than actively monitoring the play area. The volcano structure shoots out plastic balls, and the force of the balls struck him directly in the mouth. One of his front teeth was knocked out on impact and, to this day, is somewhere in that ball pit. So if you find a tooth while there, it's my sons. His other front tooth was also severely damaged. After 3 months of appointments with pediatric dental specialists trying to save it, he is now scheduled for surgery under general anesthesia to have it removed. We were also told there could be damage to his developing adult teeth, but we won't know the extent until they grow in over the next 3-4 years. As a parent, it is heartbreaking knowing that a day meant to be fun has turned into months of dental appointments, procedures, and now surgery for my 3-year-old. What is especially upsetting is that this accident was preventable. A structure that children can climb on needs appropriate safety measures, clear warnings, and active supervision. On top of that, after I spoke with the owner following the accident, she has never once called or checked in to see how my son is doing or what they could do to help. Their response and overall lack of care have been incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope no other child or family is has to go through what we have, so I'm posting this as a fair warning to other parents.

Pizza was good. Can't really tell what kind of crust you would call it - crispy on the outside and pillowy in the insides. It has more ingredients than normal pizza places. Best part, ice cream cones - real ice cream or sherbets - are only 99 cents each per scoop. Definitely a bargain. Bowling was fun. You either rent or bring your own shoes. You pay by the game or by the hour. They have bumpers for children and seniors so you can never miss points. Arcade is per game. You purchase a game card and the card can be used with mulitple persons. You just stripe the card for as many machines you want so you can compete. The complex is huge of Japanese entertainment. It features Japanese arcade games, claw machines, billards, private karoake rooms, a sports bar serving alcohol and non-alcohol beverages.

This time around i used my saved up tickets to get a small plush just so i can leave with a prize. Back then, you see everyone holding plushies and walking around. Now, maybe a few lucky winners? They filled a lot of the space with the mini claw machines. Do not play these!! You will not win! The claw strength for most of the machines are zero to none now and they have bumped up the prices for all of the claw machine games. They even force you to pay more for less credits now. Now it's either $120 or $140 ($110 before) and the credits definitely don't last as long anymore. Bad economy i guess. Don't come here if you actually want the prizes After using up 450 credits, i gave up and tried playing one of the marble games, the machine malfunctioned and refused to pay out the tickets. Asked someone to come look, a angry mechanic lady came by and walked around the machine, took a glance and left. I thought they needed to get help or something so i'm just sitting here and waiting for 30 minutes for them to come and try to fix it. Spoiler: they didn't come back to fix it nor come back to give an explanation to us. When i checked back at the reception, they said they sent someone to look at the machine but no one was at the machine(?) I AM LITERALLY SITTING IN FRONT OF THE MACHINE ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Then they sent the same angry mechanic to come back, who gave me a mean glare, opened and tinkered with the machine, couldn't fix anything, and proceeded to walk away without saying a word. Another 15 minutes went by, so i went back to the counter to just ask for my credits back since i don't want to wait anymore. They said they are fixing it and i will get the tickets once they finish fixing the machine. I'm like they aren't even there. But they said they can't give me back my credits -.- Ended up taking an L and just killing off the rest of the card and leaving. It's like they can't afford to let you win It's such a scam Imma just wait until I go back to Japan where it's like a dollar each play and there's actually a chance to win things. Good bye Hayward Round one.

Not like I've been to a lot of bowling alleys but here's some of my key takeaways from this place…read moreand how I'm swayed towards giving them a better review than maybe they deserve. 1) they have a summer pass that gets you 2 free games a day, free shoe rental, $5 worth of arcade credits a day and 10-15% off of food and drinks (non alcoholic). I got the premium and that's around $66 or so. 2) they have a ton of lanes and we have never had to wait. 3) the food, at least the pizza, is pretty decent considering it's a bowling alley. They also have a pizza and pitcher combo (non alcoholic or beer) that's pretty reasonably priced. Now here's some of the downsides: 1) there's been service issues in the past in terms of us ordering and then the kitchen not getting the order. Also some common sense issues. Like they were offering free drinks to summer pass holders and they only gave us 1 drink for free even though there were 2 summer pass holders. It's not that hard to just give us the 2nd drink and not put it in the system as a charge (at least I wouldn't think?). We didn't fight it because we didn't want to be difficult. 2) It seems like 1/3 to 1/2 of the games in the arcade are partially or completely broken and/or out of order. 3) A lot of the balls have like cracks or chunks missing and some of the lanes mess up the pins from time to time. They probably deserve a 3/5 but the summer pass is have to say bumps them up to a 4.

When we arrived, I checked in with the front desk, and they quickly got our sizes and grabbed all of our shoes. The process was super quick, and we were at our lane in less than 10 minutes. Each pair of lanes has a seating/booth area with tables. The space was perfect for the 6 of us. I loved the ambiance, from the neon colors to the modern design of the place. The restrooms were easily accessible and clean. One staff member checked in on us a few times throughout the night. We ordered a couple drinks, and she mentioned she was the only server working that evening. Although it took a little time for our drinks to arrive, she did a wonderful job. She was very nice and friendly. Overall, my family and I had a really fun time, and I would definitely come back here!

You don't need to be an experienced golfer to enjoy yourself, which makes it a great option for a group with different skill levels. We absolutely love this place. We have not met an employee that wasn't super nice and super helpful. They have a bar ,they have an outdoor area that looks like you can rent for private parties, but they might have itfor special events too. I haven't looked into that yet. And they also have a small shop where you can get golf balls, clubs, shirts, hats, etc. you can even bring home a commemorative Top Golf golf ball from the giant gumball machine, full of golf balls! Sure, some of your neighbors might get kind of rowdy and kind of excited but honestly, it's not that bad. Family friendly for all ages and it's so cute to see see the little kids swinging a golf club! They have a ton of different games that you can play so that even if you're not very good, you can still score points! For the golfers in your family, they might love being able to see how fast their ball goes and what the loft . Easy parking but realize you're at the edge of the bay so sometimes night can get chilly even when it's summertime. Bring a sweatshirt a sweater or something just in case. even my kid who likes to go skiing in shorts will bring a sweatshirt. Highly recommend !!!
