She is friendly, understanding that 2 year-olds dont always follow direction so patient but encourages them to try something new without being pushy. They set up a course for the kids to do (bars, balance beam, trampoline, rope, somersaults) and it changes every few weeks. They move to different areas of the gym including the foam pit. Our daughter enjoys her time every week and looks forward to going. I will mention for parents doing research and comparing options there is no make up classes available for toddlers, but the price stays the same if there is 5 of your day of the month or 4.
