Looking for some fun for your children well why not try SkyZone. This was our first time trying SkyZone at this location. It's a pretty big space and the kids have fun. One thing to keep in mind is that it can get pretty loud inside and crowded on the weekends. My child had lots of fun jumping on the trampolines. They have staff watching and ensuring it's a safe environment for everyone. Still everyone needs to be mindful and aware to avoid any accidents. In regards to pricing one day there's a fee and add a $1 you get a monthly pass, but read carefully as I found out the hard way. The agent didn't mention there were limitations to use the membership on the weekends there would be an additional up-charge to use it on you need to go before 1pm on weekends for regular monthly pass. Lastly you might walk out with your ears ringing.

Had such a wonderful experience at Sky Zone today! The staff member we met was incredibly friendly, warm, and genuinely engaged with the kids. Instead of being distant or overly strict, she got involved, played with them, and created such a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The kids felt comfortable, happy, and truly enjoyed every moment -- it turned into a beautiful memory for them. Usually, staff can feel a bit cold or too focused on rules, but today was completely different. This kind of energy makes all the difference. Sky Zone really needs more team members like her -- approachable, kind, and full of positive vibes. It's what makes families want to come back again and again.

Sky Zone in Dublin could use an update to their equipment and amenities. Lounge area for observers has ripped seating, massage chairs are torn! Bathroom is not maintained with hand towel dispenser always out of paper! On a weeknight I was here and there's a handful of grown (much older boys) playing basketball, that most weren't wearing any shirts, cussing, and basically taking over the area- while the little kids had no other court to play! This is a place I'd let my kids park out when it's raining, otherwise not really worth the atmosphere anymore. Oh and their GLOW night is a joke! Don't waste your money!

From the slide slowing down drastically at the bottom causing me to flop off.

AVOID THE GIANT SLIDES UNTIL FIXED!! They are in bad condition making it potentially very dangerous. Lawsuit waiting to happen. I saw kids before me going on these slides and slowing down, basically flopping off the slide. I thought maybe I'll go faster since I'm an adult. So I go down the left slide (if you're looking at the slide from rest of the park), I'm holding the mat head first as instructed, and start to slow down at the bottom where the other kids did and basically fell down off the slide - face first, my lip skidding, my back arches and my feet fly over me like a scorpion tail. My neck almost snapped back and I'm now between the fat landing thing and the gate near the floor trying to get out of the thing. This needs to be closed and fixed ASAP. Someone could land the total wrong way and snap their neck and cause something horrible like paralysis. Here's a pic of the slides and my busted lip from the ordeal. Told the gentleman working the slide about my incident and advised not to let anyone else down. He acknowledged it was slower than the other. Otherwise the establishment was fine but way overpriced unless you're a member. And this slides condition is absolutely unacceptable.

I was here with my toddler for a birthday party. Pros: My toddler loved it. There is a designated zone for the birthday party host and guests where they served pizza, chicken tenders, waffle fries, and the birthday cake. Each kid got a pair of socks, and they were free to explore. Cons: Crowded. Small zone for kids under 6. Jump at your own risk if you have small kids. I wish they had a separate jumping area for the smaller kids, but if you have a child that can evade the people who are larger than them, then it's quite fun.

Dangerous place. Both kids got bruises on their body after they attended a birthday party here. They were wearing proper clothing, socks, full sleeve shirts still this happens. If this place can't keep kids safe on their play structures, they should remove those structures. Stay away until they fix safety issues

The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be.

We had a pizza party and all the kids had juice boxes. Pizza was pretty good. We brought our own cake and snack bags. The staff set everything up for us. Truly convenient and kids had a blast. Since the website doesn't provide a lot of detailed information, I called to ask questions about the party packages and what was included. The employee I spoke with was helpful, and because this is a significant investment (around $1,000 for our family) speaking to someone was essential prior to booking online. The next day, I received a follow-up phone call from Pump It Up asking if I had any additional questions. During the conversation, the representative interrupted me and asked if she could call me back. I told her that was completely fine, but unfortunately I never received a call back. While this may seem like a small thing, it really put the customer experience into perspective for us. When making a large investment for a child's birthday party, communication and follow-through are very important. After not receiving the promised callback, we ultimately decided this was not the right place for our family to host our child's celebration. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that future customers receive more consistent communication during the booking process.

I was nervous about bigger kids accidentally pushing my baby while running around, but it felt comfortable and manageable the whole time. I especially appreciated that they have a separate toddler/younger kids area which made it feel safer and less overwhelming. There were also plenty of places for parents to sit while still being able to watch their kids play, which I appreciated. But it's either my hubby, I, or the both of us with my baby the whole time. Parking was easy too and check-in was pretty smooth. I do wish the place was a little bigger, but I also understand indoor playgrounds are probably expensive to maintain and operate these days. Plus, there was no soap and the second time I escorted the girls to the bathroom there were no paper towels. Are there bathroom checked to replenish these items? The play area was a hot mess two female staff was sitting and talking, later I did see them picking up balls from the ball pit. But no supervision or enforcing rules with the children.
