Really enjoy the dedicated time (8am-10am) for younger kids (6 and under). It allows them the freedom to play without being bulldozed by bigger kids. Games, food, and drinks are pricey...but what isn't these days. I appreciate the vending machine for drinks and dippin dots, so that you don't have to wait in line or wait for an associate to come to the food area. I threw a birthday party for my son at Sky Zone early this summer. The facilities for trampoline jumping were quite good and suitable for entertaining the guests, who were all elementary school boys. There were some restrictions and inconveniences that unnecessarily reduced the enjoyment by the kids, that made us take off two stars. For example, the staff members could have made the TV in the party room a lot more fun but they did not. The TVs in their lobby were showing a live World Cup soccer game. There was a TV in the party room and we asked a staff member whether he could make it show the same game, which would bring more excitement to the party. But the staff member said they would not do it, and we would have to use our own subscription for any programming. Throughout the party, that TV just showed some slideshow of pictures showing other guests at Sky Zone, which was totally boring. It was also kind of ridiculous that they stationed "guards" outside the door after we finished jumping and went to eat pizza and cake, who questioned the kids when they left the room to go to the bathroom. I guess they were trying to stop kids from going back to jumping, but why?! What could it possibly hurt if a couple kids wanted to go play the arcade or even jump for a few more minutes during the limited time of the party? It was still a good time but it could have been better if they were not such sticklers about unnecessary rules that stifle the party atmosphere. read more

Our school has been bringing our 5th-grade students to Sky Zone for our end-of-the-year field trip for the past several years. The facility itself is large, parking is easy, and there are plenty of attractions that keep students entertained. The kids especially enjoyed the variety of jumping areas, the small arcade, and the snack shop. Unfortunately, this year's experience was filled with several organizational issues. We were told we could enter at 9:00 AM, but when we arrived, the facility was still closed. Standing outside with 45 excited students waiting to get in and another bus on the way was not an ideal way to start the day. Prior to our visit, we submitted student names, birthdays, and waiver numbers in advance to help streamline the check-in process. However, none of that information appeared to be utilized, and check-in ended up being long and exhausting for both students and staff. There was only one employee handling the entire check-in process, which created significant delays. We had also prepaid for a package that included unlimited pizza, drinks, chicken, and fries. It quickly became apparent that the facility was not prepared for our group's arrival. Food service was slow, and overall operations felt disorganized throughout the visit. The students were disappointed that the photo booth was out of service and that the rock wall was not fully functioning. To their credit, they still made the most of the activities that were available and had a good time together. One of the most confusing parts of the experience occurred at the end of our visit. Our group had already paid in full prior to arriving, yet we were asked for a final payment before leaving. This created unnecessary confusion and did not inspire confidence in the organization's record-keeping. While the facility itself offers a fun experience for students, the management and organization continue to be a concern. Since this has been an annual trip for our school, I would expect the process to become smoother and more efficient each year. Instead, many of the same logistical issues seem to persist. The kids still had fun, but the experience for the adults coordinating the trip was far more stressful than it needed to be. read more

If you grab a party pack they provided pizzas, and u can choose from fries, chicken nuggets and fruit! (package bundles vary) Huge shoutout to the staff--everyone was great, especially Wendy, our party organizer. She was super accommodating and quick with the food and drinks. I had my 16month old with me so we had to make sure she was isolated or closely watched so she didn't get trampled on. But she had a blast. My 4 year old loved it. Our family had a traumatic experience at Sky Zone after our 3 1/2-year-old son suffered a severe elbow injury that required emergency surgery and the placement of three pins. I understand that accidents can happen, especially with young children, and I'm not placing blame simply because an injury occurred. What has been most disappointing is everything that happened afterward. When my son was injured, my husband had to jump into the play area himself to reach and carry him out. In such a frightening moment, we expected more support from staff. Since the incident, I've repeatedly tried to get answers about what happened. I've asked to view the surveillance footage simply to better understand those few seconds leading up to my son's injury, but I've been told it cannot be released. I've also left multiple messages for management, yet no one has personally reached out to answer my questions or even check on how my son is doing. Instead, all communication has gone through their insurance adjuster, whose role is understandably to handle the claim. As a parent, though, I was hoping for compassion, transparency, and a conversation with someone from Sky Zone. This has been an incredibly difficult experience for our family, and it's disappointing to feel unheard during such a traumatic time. I hope sharing our experience encourages the company to improve how they support families after serious injuries and reminds parents to stay vigilant while visiting. read more

Made reservations online and check in was easy. You do have to purchase their socks at $4. Even with a reservation it was too crowded and my kids couldn't enjoy everything. I notice its all ages and lots of other kids were playing rough and running wild. If you take your kids here try to keep an eye on them. I saw multiple kids getting hurt. There are employees watching and making sure kids follow the rules but they can't see everything. I don't blame them since it's a lot of kids. Overall maybe visiting on a week day would be better than the weekends. There's a snack shop that sells food and drinks. Prices arent outrageous. Parking can be tough during certain hours. read more

My 6 y/o loved it. There are different areas where the kids can plan. Small rock climbing area, dodge ball, basketball and other different things for the kids. It can get pretty crowded. Sky Zone took over the spot formerly known as Rockin Jump. I've been told this was a rebranding across the board, and all Rockin Jumps are now known as Sky Zones. We came back for a birthday party, and the kids had a blast. With new integrations (new to Rockin Jump) such as silk ropes, a soft foam plunge (like a ball pit but with foam blocks), new arcade machines, an American Gladiator style obstacle course and soft soccer/basketball play area, they've stepped up their game and are a testament to keeping up with the times. We arrived at 10am when there wasn't much of a crowd, but by the end of our playtime at 11:30am, the place was packed. I was glad to leave, because there was a point where keeping up with the kids was impossible. All in all, we had a fantastic time! From the moment we walked in, the noise was overwhelming -- children shouting, arcade games beeping, adults talking, and loud music blasting over the speakers. I even checked with other adults, both younger and older than me, to make sure it wasn't just me -- everyone agreed the noise level was excessive and anxiety-inducing. Near the end of the night, after taking a 15-minute break outside to decompress, I finally asked a staff member if they could turn down the music. The people visiting this place are awful. No manners! No regard for small children safety! I have never experienced such violence from children. The staff was really great and tried their best to control the delinquent kids who have behaviors that are truly violent, and sadly at such a young age. One dad tried to excuse his kids violence. I saw a kid trying to wrestle my small 5 year old. I told him to stop and he got even more aggressive. I couldn't believe it. The mother didn't care one bit. She was on her phone. I saw older kids hitting small children in the head with balls. When the staff or a parent told the delinquent child to stop the harmful act, the parent of the delinquent child becomes defensive and does not want to address their child's physically aggressive actions and behaviors towards smaller children. This is not a place for those with manners or even common sense. You'll only leave upset and completely shocked that this type of behavior is so close to home. Also, if you choose to have a birthday party here, please know that it will be absolutely awful! Someone can get seriously hurt! You don't want to be left liable for any reason. They have you sign a waiver. It's interesting if you actually read it. If you are the manager might I recommend if a child commits even one offense in this place, that the child is immediately removed and never allowed back. We had our kiddo plan his own birthday party this year, so he picked Skyzone as he had been here previously for a party when it was a different name. We got the Epic package not knowing what the RSVP would look like. Even though some people didn't show up, it worked out fine. They are very organized with the way they run parties. They call us the night before to finalize details and then once we get there, we wait for our name to be displayed. Once it is our turn, the kids get to run around and jump and play. They had tons of fun, but eventually got bored or restless and wanted to go to the arcade, so we ended. up buying cards for all the kids. One recommendation is I wish they would have a package deal for the arcade cards for parties. That would be great. The food was decent. We ordered all types of pizzas, fruit and chicken tenders. Our hosts were good. They took care of us. The only downfall was that their points for the cards weren't working so they couldn't load points and had to write notes down for a future visit. I was told of a best price around $47 and signed the waiver meanwhile trying to keep my 4 year old from running off. About a month goes by and I get charged again for $47. I call and ask them why and ask for a refund. They say I signed up for a membership and refuse to give me a refund. No one told me I would be charged on an ongoing basis nor did I receive a copy of any contract so this is infuriating!, I ask to speak to a manager or owner and was told there is no manager and no owner I can speak with. They took $90 from me and I visited the place one time. Absolute worst customer service ever! I will never go here again. Came here for a kid's birthday party. Everyone must sign waivers regardless if you are participating in the trampoline activities or not. Our party host originally told us that the party room was ready, when it was not; there were still people in the room, and apparently she read the schedule incorrectly, and out room wasn't ready until much later. Ok. No big deal. Then when our room was vacated, I went to round up the kids, and they were in the midst of a private dodge ball game. Not sure how private it was since there were kids and parents that walked in and out of the dodgeball area at will. There was an attendant, but he seemed to be not engaged and not effective at enforcing the private party. There was no signage neither. There were a lot of kids...so if you are coming here for just a day to pass time, it may be a lot. The pizza, Caesar salad, and fruit salad were great quality. We did get VIP pass to enjoy 90 minutes specifically at the location. Wish we could go to other locations, but I understand the business end of things.
