Went to Sky Zone Fremont for my nephew's 7th birthday with 10 of his classmates--total hit! Great spot for kids' parties. They've got foam pits, rock climbing, a toddler zone, and even massage chairs for adults. The kids had a blast and forgot all about their iPad devices. If you grab a party pack they provided pizzas, and u can choose from fries, chicken nuggets and fruit! (package bundles vary) Huge shoutout to the staff--everyone was great, especially Wendy, our party organizer. She was super accommodating and quick with the food and drinks. Came here for a birthday party and My kids loved it here. Decent sized trampoline park. It does get it bit crowded when there's multiple parties going on. I had my 16month old with me so we had to make sure she was isolated or closely watched so she didn't get trampled on. But she had a blast. My 4 year old loved it. Made reservations online and check in was easy. You do have to purchase their socks at $4. Even with a reservation it was too crowded and my kids couldn't enjoy everything. I notice its all ages and lots of other kids were playing rough and running wild. If you take your kids here try to keep an eye on them. I saw multiple kids getting hurt. There are employees watching and making sure kids follow the rules but they can't see everything. I don't blame them since it's a lot of kids. Overall maybe visiting on a week day would be better than the weekends. There's a snack shop that sells food and drinks. Prices arent outrageous. Parking can be tough during certain hours. read more

The people visiting this place are awful. No manners! No regard for small children safety! I have never experienced such violence from children. The staff was really great and tried their best to control the delinquent kids who have behaviors that are truly violent, and sadly at such a young age. One dad tried to excuse his kids violence. I saw a kid trying to wrestle my small 5 year old. I told him to stop and he got even more aggressive. I couldn't believe it. The mother didn't care one bit. She was on her phone. I saw older kids hitting small children in the head with balls. When the staff or a parent told the delinquent child to stop the harmful act, the parent of the delinquent child becomes defensive and does not want to address their child's physically aggressive actions and behaviors towards smaller children. This is not a place for those with manners or even common sense. You'll only leave upset and completely shocked that this type of behavior is so close to home. Also, if you choose to have a birthday party here, please know that it will be absolutely awful! Someone can get seriously hurt! You don't want to be left liable for any reason. They have you sign a waiver. It's interesting if you actually read it. If you are the manager might I recommend if a child commits even one offense in this place, that the child is immediately removed and never allowed back. Note, I've been here before and it wasn't so crowded so not that bad. Today however was filled with people who had zero common sense. read more

My 6 y/o loved it. There are different areas where the kids can plan. Small rock climbing area, dodge ball, basketball and other different things for the kids. It can get pretty crowded. Sky Zone took over the spot formerly known as Rockin Jump. I've been told this was a rebranding across the board, and all Rockin Jumps are now known as Sky Zones. We came back for a birthday party, and the kids had a blast. With new integrations (new to Rockin Jump) such as silk ropes, a soft foam plunge (like a ball pit but with foam blocks), new arcade machines, an American Gladiator style obstacle course and soft soccer/basketball play area, they've stepped up their game and are a testament to keeping up with the times. We arrived at 10am when there wasn't much of a crowd, but by the end of our playtime at 11:30am, the place was packed. I was glad to leave, because there was a point where keeping up with the kids was impossible. All in all, we had a fantastic time! The kids were exhausted and happy, and there are plenty of kid friendly spots to eat in the area. read more

This place is just trying to rip people off. I went here for a play date for my 4 year old. I was told of a best price around $47 and signed the waiver meanwhile trying to keep my 4 year old from running off. About a month goes by and I get charged again for $47. I call and ask them why and ask for a refund. They say I signed up for a membership and refuse to give me a refund. No one told me I would be charged on an ongoing basis nor did I receive a copy of any contract so this is infuriating!, I ask to speak to a manager or owner and was told there is no manager and no owner I can speak with. They took $90 from me and I visited the place one time. Absolute worst customer service ever! I will never go here again. We came here on a busy Saturday to celebrate a birthday. From the moment we walked in, the noise was overwhelming -- children shouting, arcade games beeping, adults talking, and loud music blasting over the speakers. I even checked with other adults, both younger and older than me, to make sure it wasn't just me -- everyone agreed the noise level was excessive and anxiety-inducing. Near the end of the night, after taking a 15-minute break outside to decompress, I finally asked a staff member if they could turn down the music. By that time, more than half of the crowd had already left, yet the noise was still unbearable. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to complain about the noise level at a children's indoor entertainment center. This is one of the smaller locations. My son was bored after about 45min. The main thing it has going for itself is the neon night jump on Fridays and Saturdays. They turn out the lights and play popular music. It was like a kids club. It was so cute. We were there for a birthday party. It was very organized. I would recommend having a party here. We got the Epic package not knowing what the RSVP would look like. Even though some people didn't show up, it worked out fine. They are very organized with the way they run parties. They call us the night before to finalize details and then once we get there, we wait for our name to be displayed. Once it is our turn, the kids get to run around and jump and play. They had tons of fun, but eventually got bored or restless and wanted to go to the arcade, so we ended. up buying cards for all the kids. One recommendation is I wish they would have a package deal for the arcade cards for parties. That would be great. The food was decent. We ordered all types of pizzas, fruit and chicken tenders. Our hosts were good. They took care of us. The only downfall was that their points for the cards weren't working so they couldn't load points and had to write notes down for a future visit. Came here for a kid's birthday party. Everyone must sign waivers regardless if you are participating in the trampoline activities or not. Our party host originally told us that the party room was ready, when it was not; there were still people in the room, and apparently she read the schedule incorrectly, and out room wasn't ready until much later. Ok. No big deal. Then when our room was vacated, I went to round up the kids, and they were in the midst of a private dodge ball game. Not sure how private it was since there were kids and parents that walked in and out of the dodgeball area at will. There was an attendant, but he seemed to be not engaged and not effective at enforcing the private party. There was no signage neither. There were a lot of kids...so if you are coming here for just a day to pass time, it may be a lot. The pizza, Caesar salad, and fruit salad were great quality. We did get VIP pass to enjoy 90 minutes specifically at the location. Wish we could go to other locations, but I understand the business end of things. The facilities could use dedicated staff going around and wiping things down simply because of how crowded and how many kids there are. Overall, it was a decent experience. read more

Do not do your kids party here , Management is rude and unprofessional . We ask for a specific room due to not being able to go up and down stairs and they said we would be downstairs , last minute they let us know we would be upstairs . After Multiple calls they agreed to move us downstairs to a room not big enough for our party and to top it off , the ac was broken and all our guest were sweating Lastly they did not have enough free passes which was suppose to come with goody bag , they called a month later letting me know they have them now and to come pick them up . We as parents sign a safety waiver for our kids, and then you let them "play" amongst ALL the kids. And when I say kids, I'm talking the ages range from toddlers all the way to teenagers. It's a free for all. Kids are running, jumping, swinging, screaming, jumping more, and throwing those dodgeballs like they're trying to decapitate anyone in their way. On two occasions, on two different days, my toddler was just bouncing away in that dodgeball area, just collecting the balls when a stampede of kids come rolling in grabbing the balls away from the little ones who were playing in that area. These kids have no issues throwing fire bombs at anyone in their way. (Again, this is a definitely why was sign a waiver to lift any blame on this facility.) So, with this level of aggression, these kids are throwing dodgeballs like they're in legit war. Here I am trying to get my kid out of the chaos and hurrying my kid through Mortal Kombat Dodgeball, when I lock eyes with a kid who has a naughty smile ready to launch a ball or two at my toddler. (Last time the kid was eight and more recent this other kid was about thirteen going on fourteen.) These types of kids think they're funny and purposely like to aim at my kid's head and stomach. I'm naive to think the older kids who are playing in that area should have a moral compass to possibly take their aggression out on kids their height and weight. Nope. These types of kids decide to annihilate anything in their way. It's not okay and yes, I will lay into these kids for being just plain ignorant to not read the room. You're bigger and stronger, and yet you're hurling a ball with all your might to hurt a small child. And of course, I have no way to address this with their parents. Parents... sometimes what parents? Some are just not there...some parents just drop their kids off, some parents are busy socializing with other lingering parents who may not even know what their kids are up to, or some parents who look forward to taking a snooze while being massaged in those well-loved massage chairs. It's just baffling that some parents haven't taught their kids to maybe, just maybe, not try to purposely injure a toddler on purpose. It's wild to me. "Kids will be kids"... well, sure. It's overall disappointing when you're having a good time and some bad seed(s) have to ruin it all the fun. Wiping your kids' tears upon exiting this establishment because they were injured by an older kid just makes you remember why you don't frequent this place. Toddlers should be able to play safely with other kids. Yes, accidents happen, but just be forewarned, some kids will have it out for your toddlers. Be ready to be a hovering parent in that dodgeball room. To the staff at this location, kudos to you all. You all are saints and I know you are TRYING to make sure kids are safe. You all are definitely going above and beyond. You have the thankless job of being a trampoline daycare. read more
