Visited on a Monday morning and was very disappointed. The indoor play area was closed for cleaning for nearly 2 hours during operating hours, yet we were still charged and my toddler didn't get to play. To make matters worse, my child got hurt and started bleeding from the mouth, and there was no proper first aid available or assistance offered. For a children's play area, this is extremely concerning. Poor management, lack of communication, and inadequate safety preparedness. Would not recommend. Also attached pictures of most things or of order. Why charge

She bumped her head under this orange slide

2nd this here after 1 year. They remodel but still dirty and not safe for kids. Unsafe place. My child bumped her head 3 times. The socks they made us buy is poorly made with not much gripping. My child slipped on the bottom of the slide and bumped her head on the corner of the slide. They should've put pads around that area. While getting the pieces for the game Connect 4 she accidentally bump her head on the bottom of slide (shown in picture attached).

Great place to bring your kids very affordable I will definitely come back again big plus .

We always bring our kids to Jump N Play because it's close to home, and they absolutely love it here! I really appreciate that they have separate play areas for both younger and older children -- especially since I have a 1-year-old and a 5-year-old. The facility is clean, including the restrooms, which is a top priority for me. I highly recommend this place for families with young kids!

If you want to get discriminated and be treated poorly by their employee named Clsabella come here. While I took my daughters today she was cleaning the kid steps and was letting the "white kids" pass by and me and my daughters are Mexican American she told them to not pass through. Like if little kids can understand her. Little kids only care about playing and running around if they're having fun. I would be letting everyone know about this extremely rude and discriminatory behavior.

New ownership and the prices are ridiculous. The previous place called "Jumpity Bumpity," before they changed ownership, had an options for an hour or all day. Sometimes you just want to bring your kids to play for a bit. Now, weekdays are $16 for all day. Weekends $18 all day Even if you come for 1 hour. Or like us today, we came 2 hours before closing. There are no discount. It's firm on the prices no matter what. I think my kids and I will be going to a different indoor playground with a more reasonable price and options for hourly.

Safe and fun place for little ones to play! Reasonable prices and more than enough things for kids to climb and enjoy themselves.

The kid's play area was nice and clean with padded floors and very safe for the tiny people. All the kid loved it and had a great time. I met the owner DJ, who actually has 4 of his own which are the stickers on the wall. He was very kind to us while we were tidying up our belongings (he had another party booked shortly after). Highly recommend for toddler parties!

I've been following Teeny Town on Instagram for a while, but we just had an opportunity to visit on a random Thursday morning. Teeny Town's online reservation and waiver signing process is straightforward and you get an instant email confirmation. It was $12 for 2-hours of weekday play which is an absolute steal. I found there to be ample free parking at Teeny Town. Checking in was a breeze and when I noted that it was our first time, the person at the front desk gave us a brief rundown and, in a first when it comes to indoor play centers, I was told that if my daughter put something in her mouth, to just make sure to deposit it. As a mom, I appreciate that they maintain that standard of cleanliness. I like the configuration of the space with a wide, flat open area with a faux road running through the middle. My little one had a ball taking various cars and other ride-on toys town the runway and also running around freely. There are also portions of the space where kids can climb and also enjoy using their imagination - a restaurant, grocery, medical clinic, two houses (one with construction themed toys and one with laundry themed toys), a barber chair and nook with books. Another highlight was a slide and ball pit that my daughter absolutely loved. There are spaces for parents to sit and watch their kids both at the front entrance area and toward the ball pit. I like that you could probably sit in either place and get a good enough view of the entire space and where your child is. Overall, we were really happy with our visit and I wish this business lot of ongoing success and possibly even an expansion.

Sophie, our party attendant, was super helpful and made sure we stayed within our timeline. Daniela was also very responsive and answer any questions I had. The facility itself was very clean, there's always someone cleaning. Lots of activities for kids to do and all very safe as well. I would definitely bring my daughter here again and recommend hosting a party here if you're thinking about planning a birthday party.

Unfortunately, the party planning and overall management left a lot to be desired. Before the party, I received an email saying that a coordinator would contact me to finalize the food order, but I never heard from anyone until 2 days of the party even though I sent a follow-up email which I didn't receive a response, which made planning stressful. At the end of the party, fewer children attended than we had originally expected, and our total guest count was still within the overall party limit. Despite that, we were charged extra for additional adults, which was disappointing and didn't feel very customer-friendly. We were also told we had 15 minutes to vacate the play area. While the venue itself is great for open play, I wouldn't recommend it as a birthday party venue based on my experience. The focus seemed to be more on additional charges than on providing a smooth, enjoyable experience for families. I would happily bring my son back to play, but I would choose a different location for future birthday celebrations.

Please don't come for my Millennial self ) The building is tucked behind the entrance of Hong Kong BBQ on Redwood Road, near where Southern Comfort is on Castro Valley Blvd. From the outside, it looks pretty run-down and sketchy. There's also no elevator, so you'll need to carry your little one up a flight of stairs. Keep this in mind if you're planning a party, especially if anyone in your group has ADA concerns. Entrance is $16 per child for a maximum of 2 hours, and honestly, two hours is more than enough. The space itself is small but perfect for little kids. It feels like they're exploring their own tiny town with all the pretend-play stations: an ice cream truck, spaceship, chef's kitchen, grocery store, laundromat, pet store/groomer, and pizza parlor. They do have a small reading area, but there are little to no books. The play area is padded, which is great for crawling children. I wasn't totally sure how often things are sanitized. There's a basket for toys that need extra cleaning, which made me wonder how frequently everything is actually wiped down if we're asked to set items aside ourselves. Party space is limited to the entrance/hardwood area. I was told the max is 20 adults and about 15 children, but I honestly can't imagine everyone fitting comfortably in that small space. Overall, it's a great spot for my kid to run around and get her wiggles out. She really enjoyed it and that's what matters most.
