With it's infamous 3 towering flower structure that offers beauty and shade, you can't miss it!! While there are the typical play structures found at typical parks, Greenwood has a number of musical instruments to play with and enjoy. The park has plenty of seating areas and also has BBQ grills. There are restrooms available but I can't speak on the conditions since I haven't actually used them. The park is spacious, clean, and is the perfect spot to relax with a snack or have a full blown paaaartay!! 5/5 stars, my family and I love everything about Greenwood!!

Big newer homes are on one side and then trailer park homes are on the other side. Its a public park and no matter what you pay for rent or where you live it is here for you to enjoy. The one problem I saw was the basketball hoops. They were like tiny lakes. For whatever reason the concrete contractors messed up. They made little swimming pool instead of flat concrete that doesn't puddle up. I've bounced a ball in a tiny pool of water... and let me tell you - its one way to end the fun. Great little park for all residents of Hayward. Worth a little drive to get to.

Then there's this dog park -- which is the reason we were there -- and it's fenced in and kind of secluded. The cool thing about it is there's a walking track around it that extends to the play structure. So you can bring your kids, bring your partner, and they can walk. There are even some little exercise machines. It's funny how you find new places all around you, even if you've lived here your whole life -- and this is one of those spots I didn't even know existed. So if you ever need a place to get some fresh air or take the dogs, this one comes highly recommended.

I feel like this was a realistic beginners class. We have 4 classes each class expanding on the class prior. We paid for the class and a $35 fee on the first day to cover supplies. I thought we would be able to take supplies home but we were not. Every week we came home with a nice treat. The last class I made the caught for my daughter. Audrey host many classes and is literally in the kitchen from 9am to 5pm. Plus she drives all the way from Sacramento. That's dedication. Thank you for a great class. Can't wait for the next one.

One side was perfect for my two-year-old and the other was perfect for my four-year-old. While the side for my eldest son may be for the school kids, since we came during the summer, it was open to the public. My youngest son got the hang of it pretty quickly making his way up all the bars and trying his best to do the monkey bars (it's the cutest thing). When we're done with both of these parks, we headed over to the courts to play a little ball, or in their case, throw some balls into the air and hope they make it in, haha! Overall, a great area for multiple kids of multiple ages to stay busy for hours. It's all enclosed so tired parents can have a seat and watch their kids play without fear for the little ones running out of the park.

For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better customer service, organization, and overall value. The party required a 50% deposit of $187, and when we arrived, I paid the remaining $187, bringing the party package to $374. We were also told that if we stayed past 2:30 PM, there would be an additional charge. We ended up going only about 3 minutes over, and the employee immediately told us we had to pay another $50. Altogether, we spent $424 for this party. For $424, I really do not feel like the experience or package was worth the price. We still brought our own snacks for our guests, the decorations that were included were very basic, and we received a small pizza. I expected a lot more considering the cost of the package. What bothered me even more than the price was the customer service. The girls working at the front were rude and had an attitude, not only toward us but toward our guests as well. Some of our guests arrived around 2:00 PM, and instead of politely explaining anything to them, the staff tried to turn them away. Multiple guests specifically came to me afterward and mentioned how rude the employees at the front were and how uncomfortable their attitude made them feel. That is extremely disappointing when you are paying hundreds of dollars to host your child's birthday party somewhere. I completely understand that businesses have rules regarding party times and additional fees. However, there is a professional and respectful way to communicate those policies, especially to paying customers and their guests. After already paying $374, bringing our own snacks, receiving very basic decorations and a small pizza, being told we owed another $50 because we were approximately 3 minutes over just made the entire experience feel very money-focused rather than customer-focused. I wanted my daughter's birthday to be a fun and special experience, and thankfully she still enjoyed herself, which is what mattered most to me. But from a parent's perspective, I would not purchase the party package here again. Between the $424 total cost, basic party setup, limited food, strict additional charge, and especially the rude customer service, I personally do not feel the package was worth what we paid. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously because when families are spending this much money to celebrate an important day for their child, they should at minimum be treated politely and made to feel welcome.

A section dedicated to music where littles can create sounds from a piano by using their feet to step on the keys. A bike park next-door. A pirate ship..I mean, the list goes on and on! In short, this playground is inclusive to all. The magic, wonder, uniqueness, and just imaginative play that is captured by adults and kids alike is really awesome for somewhere in the East Bay. Maybe a good place to bum around on a skateboard if your living in the high density housing nearby. Kid brother rented a room close to here for a short while too. Never liked to hang around that place as the roommates - or maybe the owner - had a bunch of video cameras in the front of the house and living room. Who knows where else. I'd scoop him up and leave fast. To me living in a situation like that would be worse than jail. Safe neighborhood - as good as it gets - but I suppose everybody is on edge these days.
