More play structure than just arcade, although there are plenty of arcade and prize games for your kid to pester you to pay for, so be warned. Food is better than you'd expect for the setting, and you can grab a beer or a white claw. Birthday party deal gets you a separate room to feed the kiddos, open presents, and make sure only your guests get goodie bags. Helpful staff don't up, clean up, and corral g of presents. This play is incredibly run down and neglected. It has the potential to be good, but it seems like the owners have stopped caring about it. At least 10 of the arcade games were "out of order". A large percentage of the balls in the ball pit were torn, and many more were stuck in places that couldn't be reached. This made the ball pit very shallow and not as fun to play in as typical ball bits. The ball pit has a sign where employees are supposed to write when it was last cleaned, but they just wrote down "daily". The claw games were almost out of prizes and not refilled. Several tables in the dining area were wobbly. The soda fountain was out of several flavors out of the already limited choices. The airguns in the play area were not working. There was a handwritten sign near them that said they should be working, but they weren't. The employees kept hiding in the kitchen area and weren't attending the entrance. People would come in and have to wait a while at the entrance until someone helped them. When it was time to leave, I waited about 5 minutes for someone to open the gate for me to get out. I'm surprised the gate isn't considered a safety hazard because in an emergency I wouldn't have been able to leave. For the price they charge ($20 per kid) this place should be in much better shape. My family has been to Luv 2 Play on several occasions, but this review is mainly for the private party we had for my daughter's 3rd birthday. We were lucky that Luv 2 Play honored the reservation we made. There were not supposed to be 2 private parties on the same day, but somehow the website let me book it. Despite the glitch, the manager allowed us to keep the party date and time. I was slightly worried about how the room would look decorated, but when we arrived, it looked adorable. The room was decorated, the tables and chairs were set up for the kids and adults, and there was a party host throughout the entire party. The staff on the day of the party (and honestly every time we have gone) has been kind and accommodating. The best part about the private party was that I did not have to do much. I just made the party favor bags, brought two small banners, and showed up to Luv 2 Play. It was honestly a relief for a busy mama of two little ones. The food was provided as were drinks. The food was more than enough, but we also barely had 20 guests lol, I don't have very may friends. I decided to do a private party just to ease my mind where I could let our kids and friends play without being a hawk! Overall, I would recommend Luv 2 Play if your kids love indoor play spaces. They are super kind and accommodating. My daughter truly enjoyed her birthday and her friends did as well. It is totally worth it for peace of mind and I would do it again without a doubt! Really great indoor play structure. My son can play here for hours, especially in the bounce house. The indoor playground is safe and my toddler runs wild. The hours are limited though and that is a bummer especially during the summer. They do sell food but I haven't tried it. Adults and kids must have special luv 2 play socks. We were excited to try out this indoor playground. There were a lot of activities inside, including a bounce house, slides, an arcade, and a little play area for toddlers. There was also a food court that served food (pizza, dip, and dots, etc.), had a TV, and seemed like a nice rest area for parents. We went on a Sunday afternoon, and it was a bit crowded as there was a party party happening at the same time. They also have party rooms available to rent as well. Check-in was easy, we had to sign the waiver using the kiosks along the wall and pay entry fee. One thing to note is that they do want you to use their socks. We arrived with our own grippy socks but they wanted us to buy their own socks. Our kids love playing here! It's clean, safe, and perfect for little ones up to age 11. We hosted my son's 4th birthday party here, and it was completely stress-free and enjoyable for both parents and kids. My son loves luv2play, but he is only 2 years old. He likes the chicken strips and milk boxes. They are supposed to be cleaner and for the most part they are. On Saturday, March 2nd, our friends wanted the kids to run around last minute because it was raining. We met at luv2play, and past the gate where there is a sign that reads socks only, there was one large man wearing Jordans and walking around the entire place when everyone else was wearing socks and complying with the rules. And no one stopped the large man because he looked big and scary. Because it was raining, the place was packed! Unfortunately, I did not notice his feet until we were leaving and I could not report the large man because I was busy chasing my kids around, and just wanted to leave when I saw his dirty shoes stomping around where this little kids are crawling on the ground. read more

The good: I hear the food is pretty good compared to similar types of kid play eateries. Good amount of seating at the cafe and throughout. I could find my kid without the difficulty of some similar types of indoor play. Meaning I could fit ok into the play area to go retrieve her when I needed. The children seemed to be having a good time, sort of the point I suppose. The bad: The video games. They employ this system I'm seeing more of which is AWFUL. You prepay for credits and the games range in cost down to I think 4.8 (yes decimals) up to odd numbers like 14.xx. You cannot cash out balances, you cannot combine value on multiple cards, cannot transfer from card to card, and those credits cannot be exchanged for prizes. You just lose it. I've seen Boomers employ this and it's clearly meant to add revenue at expense of customer experience. Chuck E Cheese gets my money. Simple system. Lowest cost game is 1 credit. No decimal costs. So you can always use up the credits. This may seem small and maybe the main point of the place is the pay structure but tell that to my kid. Just don't buy game credits. If your kid likes to play video or riding games take them over to Chuck E Cheese or an arcade. I also had to buy their socks but I think many indoor play do this, unless you bring your own sticky base socks. Conclusion: I think I'd pass unless really desperate to get the kids activity on a rainy day and if I go, absolutely no video games for the kids. Just play and when they are done, we're out. Also bring your sticky socks and save $2.50. read more

Great place to let your toddler explore and get that energy rolling. There were kids of all ages, including crawlers. This place is a little tight overall as it has food (pizza) in one corner, arcade games in one, birthday party space in the right, in the middle all that you can slide and climb king of zone. Some spots are under utilized as a lot of parents are just sitting there so kids don't usually see the section like the one in the middle. The staff needs a bit more energy and smiles on their face otherwise all good. We signed the waiver before we got there but no one checked so that was off compared to Peeka boo factory where they make sure you sign it before selling their socks. It has way too many things going on but definitely a good space for a birthday party to keep all kids entertained. Some rules are not followed here but if they could enforce the "do not climb up the slide" that would be great as it blocks the play and kids get confused mid-way which may cause injuries. My kid (2 yr old) wanted to slide down but there were 2 other kids climbing up the slide and their parents were just watching them to do that.. it would be nice to have a staff look and stop such things. read more

This is one of the best kid play places I been to. The staff is friendly, the setup is nice and clean! I like that everyone has to wear their socks makes it even more clean. They even have slippers by the bathroom. Nice cafeteria area with adult drinks! The food was good too. Unfortunately, the unlimited game play did not add any of the tickets they won, instead, only gave them a fix amount of 100 tickets (3 small candies), which was a big letdown. Although they do not answer the phone, you can get their updates like open timeframes via Yelp or their website, and you can reach out by sending them an email with questions you might have. The kids played nonstop for 2-3 hours. They had a lunch break and tried Luv2Play's fries and corndogs, which they destroyed because they were putting off so much energy from play (yay!!!). The reviews said the food is bad, but we tasted it, and it was just normal fries and corndogs as if you were to order at Costco or the fair, lol - please don't expect the food to some organic Whole Foods warm foods section! Came for my nieces 5th birthday celebration. Keep in mind even if your not partaking they do require you to purchase grip socks to walk through the play area and don't allow shoes, it's $2.50/pair. In order to go into the play area, they ask everyone to fill out a waiver. The place is very big once you walk in and all the kids had a great time. You can easily spend a few hours here. They have a big kids play area, infant play area with slides, ball pits and bouncy houses. On the outside there are games you play by purchasing a preloaded game card to win tickets and redeem for prizes later. They also have a good court area where you can order snacks, pizza and alcoholic beverages for parents to enjoy while they wait. We came on a rainy Saturday and it was super busy. Definitely worth checking out if you have to take care of some little ones and need to exhaust their energy. read more

They have added black pepper on my recent cheese pizza order. When asked, they said it is the sauce. Who put pepper on a cheese pizza knowing that it might be served to the kids. It was even spicy to my taste bud, what more to a kid. I then ordered the chicken nuggets as the kids need to eat something and upgraded it to a meal that comes with a side of fries and a cup of soda. Guess what?? Its got pretty crowded for kids since lots of parents inside the area too. * Coin-operated rides and games to win prizes. * Arcade-style video games for older kids like tweens. You're shooting dinosaurs with machine guns after all. * Food and alcoholic beverages for adults (Yikes). You'll have to buy their grippy socks, sign a waiver, and pay a flat rate to access the facilities. Check-in can be a bit hectic since there are tons of people coming for parties and others like us just for a day pass. Although our son seemed to have fun, it did feel a bit crowded and overwhelming. It was a bit hard to maneuver around the toddler area with so many other kids and parents inside. I have been a regular customer of Love 2 Play, and my daughter enjoys it very much. However, I want to warn non-English speakers who plan to visit. My mom, who speaks limited English, took my daughter there today. I had already signed the waivers online, and as an established customer, I assumed everything would go smoothly. When my mom arrived, she gave the front desk lady my phone number. However, the lady asked her to fill out the waiver again. My mom struggled with the paperwork due to her limited English skills. Eventually, my daughter's playdate parents arrived, spoke to the worker, and asked her to try my phone number one more time. She was then able to locate the waiver. She was not helpful for the entire process which made my mon very stressful and no apology was given for the mishandling of the paperwork. While my mom was sitting in the cafe waiting for my daughter's pizza and fries, she opened the juices we had brought from home. The front desk lady returned and informed her that no outside drinks were allowed and that my daughter would have to drink outside. I understand the policy and have always purchased food from the cafe. We brought the juices from home only because I wanted my daughter to have a low-sugar option, and I have never had issues with this before, as long as the food from the cafe is purchased. I can't help but wonder if my mom was targeted because she is not a "local." Very disappointed. read more

At the time I had a 9.5 month old and my friend had 2 paying kiddos so we were able to add on as adults, which we were grateful for bc our daughter can't do much. We were there to visit with my friend and her family. This was my family's first time visiting. We went last week during winter break so it was more crowded than usual (according to my friend). We enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed the food! Surprisingly, their food was GOOD! We tried their cheesy garlic bread and chicken pesto pizza. We ordered the large and it was actually large, feeding all of us (5 adults, 2 young kids), not like boomers! The play area for the younger kids, the floor was a bit dirty and not as clean as other indoor playgrounds I've been to so minus a star there. Overall decent for families and kids. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained-- 1 star plus 3 stars for the food, which was surprisingly decent! They should be on the bottom of the list of concerns. We've come here when It was so insanely crowded at least 100 kids running around like wild animals, running up the slides and doin crazy things. But no you target a woman sitting on the side with maybe 5 babies around and my children. Instead of telling me to watch them like they're babies or something why don't you use the money you make to pay teenagers minimum wage to watch areas of your gym? Like lost world?? Trust me if you have older kids you're better off going there. Meanwhile LUV 2 PLAY serves ALCOHOL to adults which is extremely odd since this is more of a younger based child play center. But honestly, I must be missing the logic here. It's okay to serve alcohol to parents, but its not okay for me to sit and work on the side? On top of this, why target me on an empty day? One of the best play areas for the kids from one year. All the games and activities are baby proof. All the activities can be done along with the adult to accompany your kid. Sensory games for toddlers and toddler play area is a plus. We can spend the whole day here by ordering from the food court. Price for adults is very affordable. My one year never got bored here with the amount of activities. They offer free beverages like coffee during weekdays and adult entry is free during the weekdays. This place also have a party hall with activities and plenty of seating. Front desk staff is very friendly. I recommend this place for all families with kids greater than one year old, the activities and games will exhaust kids hyper and energy in a positive way as there are plenty of things to try and explore. read more

We really enjoy luv2play as a family. We've went there a couple of times and we have a 1 year old and 4 year old. It's a great space that's not too big and not too small. The food is surprisingly good and also a great deal. I don't think there's food that price elsewhere anymore. The service is great too. We hosted a bday party there and I was pretty impressed with the service the host gave us. I booked a classic bday party . They included a host to help you through the event and also they gave us vouchers to come back at a great deal. Also they gave our bday girl 1 free month of entry. I think the birthdays are a great deal here. What I really like about luv 2 play compared to other play places are that most play places limit you to 2 hours ish while luv2play lets you stay the whole day. The kids ran and climbed and pushed buttons and built towers, dove into ball pits and screamed their energy out. We had tried to come in the days prior But there were so many people we couldn't. But on a random Tuesday we were one of 4 families in the entire place. It was great. Best experience there ever, hands down. First off, the staff is so friendly! Clean and super bright. Great atmosphere. Thoroughly disinfected/sanitized regularly- which is important during Covid (DUH), but also in general! They even have slippers of all sizes for everyone to use when going to the bathroom. Mandatory Luv2Play socks, buy or BYOP (bring your own pair.) Play stucture was fun and easily maneuverable. Can watch my kids from every angle and was not difficult to find them if needed. Nursing room was amazing! Comfy sitting area with noise/light machine. Food and snacks were cool for the kids. And here's the best part, there's ALCOHOL for the parents!! Beer, seltzers, other cool stuff. And for children safety all unattended alcohol beverages are discarded immediately if left unattended. The kids get to enjoy themselves as well as the parents! I really have no complaints. Except we couldn't bring our stroller inside. But that's okay!! It's to ensure floors are kept clean of course. Stroller tires are literally walking all over the city. Probably worse than shoes. Everything was so kid and baby friendly. The bathroom had a superb diaper changing area even equipped with a diaper geenie that was emptied very often. I opted to bring extra sandwiches and snacks (and of course cake/cupcakes). The kids and adults loved the pizza, esp. the chicken pesto pizza! Our guests' kids' age range was 3-9 and everyone had a great time. There's something for everyone. The staff is friendly, super helpful, and everything ran on schedule. Came here to allow my 2 and 4 year old to blow off some energy. Much to my dismay inappropriate music was blasting with profanity rather than child appropriate tunes. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to change it for them to only change it to more teeny bopper music (no cussing but still not very age appropriate) I felt like I was at home coming or a 18+ club rather than a children's indoor playground. The safety gate was not reliably closed. The staff is oblivious to kids going in and out. They also leave the gate to the front staff area wide open and that's where the prizes to the arcade games are .I found my grand daughter had climbed inside the display case and helped herself. There is so many hazardous possibilities here and it's so disappointing. This is supposed to be a safe space for kids to play and for parents to be able to relax and have a moment to breathe instead we spent the entire time full of anxiety running around like chickens with our heads cut off. read more
