Just amazed at the birthday party we just had My wife was looking for a birthday location for my daughter's 7th birthday. we knew about the fashion show and the punch fountain but we were just not prepared for it. Photo Booth - fully automated with props and quick printing. Nice background Candy boxes and drink cups labeled with each guests name Snack bars Fruit punch fountain Bookmark craft (where you can put photo booth picture) Hair and makeup stations Barbie dolls and Barbie doll dress up station (part of higher level package)l Dress-up time and fashion show on a mini catwalk The sit at at a really cute table with chivari chairs. If you have had a wedding you know those are the "nice" chairs that you pay extra for! Theres a sparkling apple cider toast and cake cutting Did I mention they have karaoke? My daughter sand her heart out in the little stage. The entrance to the business is actually a small side area where you can setup adult food and there's a little classic arcade game machine. You first expect that you need to stay out there but there is a whole section with nice bench sitting for the parents. The little girl energy did hit 11 at times, at which point the outside area was very perfect to get away. I was so amazed when I walked into the main room that I made it a point to greet all of the girls and walk them in until they felt comfortable. It's ALOT to take in at first. The girls who were working the party were great as well, attentive to the attendees. We got good vibes from them. We got a lot of compliments from the parents and all of the attendees had a blast. I threw my daughter's 6th birthday party here on Saturday with the Princess Spa theme and invited 10 of her girlfriends. We were all amazed at how beautifully decorated the venue was and all the little details from the little name bookmarks to name labeled cups etc. It was all so cute! Sondra, Kam, and Honda were AMAZING hostesses and were great with the girls. They were given hair OR makeup, mani/pedi, and all enjoyed the music and personalized shower gel activity. Just returned from celebrating my daughter's 8th birthday here and had the absolute best time ever! Honestly, the host has to do nothing here, the moment you step in, everything is taken care of! We had 3 hostesses and they took care of EVERYTHING! The kids were beyond pampered and taken care of through out and everyone had such a wonderful time!! We had an absolutely fantastic teen spa party for my daughter's 11th birthday. The most hassle-free experience. They take care of: drinks (punch, water, kids "Champagne" ), cupcakes/mini cake, cute snacks, personalized cups and snack holders, all entertainment, everything. All we had/chose to bring was pizza (which kids barely ate because there is a snack buffet). We also did our own goodie bags - but that's optional because kids at the party make their personalized bookmarks and shower gels (everything with their names on it - all printed in advance). The entertainments is so cool for the teens and includes so much (check their packages). The unlimited use of a super cute photobooth, their favorite music, hair/make up, nails - and spa skin care. The venue provides robes, etc. It was a fantastic party, the best we ever had. The hostesses were fun, cool, energetic, patient and pleasant. 5 stars all around - we'll be back. read more

I mostly read good reviews in yelp for this venue so I just blindly reserved a slot for my daughter's 7th birthday party. I'd say I didn't regret doing it. The area where they are is not very busy and has ample parking spaces (on a weekend). Since we arrived early, we had to wait a few minutes before we were let in, 15 minutes before the start of the party. They offered to put our cake in the fridge which I appreciated. Sandy (main host) was friendly, flexible and helpful. Going into the party room, we were greeted with a very fancy setup and all the guests were amazed with how glamorous the party area looks. There's a photobooth in one corner with a very nice backdrop. The table arrangement is very classy. There was a stage which I feel might need some aesthetic improvement but it served its purpose as platform for those who love to do karaoke and was also transformed into a fashion show runway. The little tables and chairs setup with arts and crafts to keep the girls busy also looked charming. There is a good selection of party attires (I chose the Taylor Swift theme). The party helpers (Sandy, Honda, Angie) immediately started styling the girls (hair and makeup). While other girls are waiting their turn, they are either doing crafts, taking pics at the photobooth, snacking or singing karaoke. After everyone was styled, they had a fashion show which the girls and parents really enjoyed. The girls had a blast and heard some saying it was the best party they've gone to and are already planning to have their next birthday party there. Some improvement suggestions (but this was offset with the great setup and experience so keeping my rating as 5 stars): 1. I got the videography add on but did not see much photos or videos being taken by the hosts but maybe I'm too distracted to notice plus they were also busy styling the girls. I'll see what their final edited video looks like. Maybe if this add on is selected, they should have a dedicated person for this as well as assist at the photobooth? 2. Photobooth framing is not optimized. Not sure if this could be adjusted but we also didn't ask seeing that the hosts were, like I said, busy styling the girls. 3. The girls didn't like the cider for the toast. I know the bottle is for aesthetics but if they can find a more kid friendly tasting drink, that would make the experience better read more

We did our daughters 5th bday party here - Princess themed party. This is a cute little place for kids to be pampered and experience a true princess experience for their special day. The owner of this place wasn't very communicative, I had to reach out to her multiple times with questions. There were no reminders sent from punchbowl a few days before the event to all the guests. Like even on the day of the event, they was ZERO communication from the owner, which made us very anxious. The place is clean and the concept is great. But for 8-9 kids with only 2 people hosting us, doing hair and make up and Tattoos took for ever. There was no "activity" for the kids to do out side - like some music being played. The hosts were busy doing hair and makeup and the other kids were hanging out by themselves. Even the coronation was so half heartedly done. No real excitement. Like no music playing. The hostesses Mia and Tara were very kind and nice. They kept the kids engaged. I felt like since this is an "experience" for the kids, they could have had more things to do. Give us an agenda, we were just waiting around after the hair an make up. It was kind of boring. Would I go back here again? Maybe if they are more communicative, and be a tad bit more excited about hosting! read more

I just had my daughters 4th birthday here and was absolutely floored by the quality of this venue and overall experience. The decor was beautiful and the activities and flow of the party was perfect. The staff there was so friendly and handled everything, making it so easy. My daughter and her guests were in heaven! I highly recommend adding the princess appearance, it made the party! She sang, told stories, crowned each individual girl and even stayed for a tea party- the girls were in awe! I live in Alamo so this was a bit of a drive but it was 100% worth it. I took 10 girls here for my daughter's 9th bday today. OMG!!! Let me just say that when we walked in it was the cutest set up. We did the deluxe spa Paris theme and it was perfect. All the girls had a blast getting their nails and toes done, their makeup and all kinds of other things. They even did a toaste in champagne fluts. Even me and two other moms got to sit back relax and enjoy the girls having fun while drinking on a lil champagne. The three young ladies hosting were awesome with the girls!! Blown away! Went there for my niece's birthday party. I was mildly impressed with the decorations and the set up of the place. Great idea of having different stations for hair, make-up, nails, and various other activities that kept the kids entertained. The staff seem comfortable doing the nails and hair for the kids. This is your typical dress-up party. THEN a beautiful Ariel walked in...just like Disneyland!! She got on stage, welcomed everybody. THEN she started to sing. WOW!! I was quite blown away at her voice and singing. The entire performance was fantastic and extraordinary. She sang a couple of songs, invited the kids on stage to do some dancing and other activities. Very entertaining. THEN she sat down with the kids to have a tea party. She was interactive. She was talking to the kids and interacting with them. All the kids were engaged. It was so wonderful. Much better personal attention than Disneyland. hahaha. It was a very amazing experience to observe. Then they all took photobooth-style photos with the princesses and we all had to say goodbye to her as she leaves on her horse and carriage (parked around the corner) to go back to her prince. read more

I had my daughters 5th birthday here and the kids didn't know better and were happy which is why I gave 3 stars but as an adult knowing the money you pay this party was a disappointment. There were teenagers running the whole party (no management in site) There was absolutely no structure or agenda and I had to keep asking what we were doing if it was okay to grab dresses or could the kids color or what they should do. They didn't put enough supplies for all the kids. Play dough station: the play dough was dry and kids weren't able to play with it and when asked for more they gave me more dry play dough Bracelet station: only 4 were put out 3 out of the 7 kids weren't able to make any and when asked for more they said they didn't have anymore and that they had told their manager they were running out of supplies and gave us glow sticks instead. Coloring station they tore out 5 pages out of a coloring book and that was it. Almost all the princess dresses had stains and dirty. Stage: was broken and falling apart and had screw sticking out of it and the birthday girls tights got stuck and her leg was scratched from the stage. And lastly Cinderella forgot her story midway and forgot what she was saying during story telling and ceremony . I also emailed the owner and she apologized but said she spoke to the hostess (teenagers) and that they said everything was put out correctly but I assure you this was not the case. Presentation was pretty but materials and organization were not what I expected. For paying over 600$ I was disappointed as the parent but my daughter and kids were happy. read more

My 6 year old loved her Alice in Wonderland party so much last year that she begged us to book her a Spa party for this year. We were absolutely amazed at the big and small details that Jill put into the party. The young lady that was Alice stayed in character the entire time and even sat with the children for tea and crumpets (i.e. Lemonade and Finger sandwiches) served on china. This review is long overdue! I hired Pampered Party's mobile service for my daughter's 5th birthday Frozen tea party. The owner, Jill was incredibly easy to work, quick to respond and professional. She setup an appointment to assess our clubhouse for setup purposes and to finalize our tailored contract. Two hours before the party, Jill hauled in a huge trailer with all the furniture and party supplies. Every guest who walked in was blown away by the gorgeous decorations. The attention to detail was incredible! There was a opulent snack bar, punch fountain, personalized cups, snack boxes and goody bags. Jill provided Elsa & Anna dresses, pearl necklaces and rings.
