Came here to allow my 2 and 4 year old to blow off some energy. Much to my dismay inappropriate music was blasting with profanity rather than child appropriate tunes. I had to go to the front desk and ask them to change it for them to only change it to more teeny bopper music (no cussing but still not very age appropriate) I felt like I was at home coming or a 18+ club rather than a children's indoor playground. The safety gate was not reliably closed. The staff is oblivious to kids going in and out. They also leave the gate to the front staff area wide open and that's where the prizes to the arcade games are .I found my grand daughter had climbed inside the display case and helped herself. There is so many hazardous possibilities here and it's so disappointing. This is supposed to be a safe space for kids to play and for parents to be able to relax and have a moment to breathe instead we spent the entire time full of anxiety running around like chickens with our heads cut off. read more

You would think that the kids enjoy by themselves while the parents eat pizza and cake right? Well... with 2-4 year olds, good luck chasing after them! My kids dashed into the structures and went up, down, slide, swing, ball pit, wait where did they go again? Although the structures were super safe and it had a ton of nice activities for the kids, there were also older kids so wanted to be kind of closer to prevent accidents as the older kids were a bit more reckless with scrambling everywhere so might bump the little ones down the hills or etc. My kiddos needed some encouragement for the bigger slides too. Activities wise this place is awesome and my kids could have stayed here all day. Generally pretty safe with the gate at the front and lots of soft padding everywhere. Good amount of exercise for both kids and parents. The food though... pizza is kind of meh. Chicken nuggets and fries are decent enough but you're mainly coming here to play. read more

Luv 2 Play in Dublin was amazing! We have a 7-year old boy who simply ran into the play structure without looking back. It was great to see his energy and happiness. This was a very clean and sanitized indoor playground with plenty of different activities, play areas, arcade games, ball pits, and things for your children to do. There were also separate sections where our 1-year old could roam and crawl around freely without the bigger kids running into her. For the ADULTS, the play area includes multiple beers on tap, hahah! The food - pizza, chicken nuggets were also suspiciously better than I would have expected...All staff members were genuinely kind and courteous, which to me is admirable given the moments of pure chaos that can happen in a jungle like this. I've been to other indoor playgrounds, and this one was exceptional in comparison and also reasonably priced. Our only regret was we didn't have more time to play as we showed up near closing time. We really liked this play gym at first. It seemed well ventilated and the bathroom area is very clean. We were about to inquire about booking a party until we found chocolate stuck to my child's clothes. Their toddler area is not monitored at all. We saw parents handing chocolate lollipops to their 2 children in the toddler area. I regret not reporting them right away which in the end caused a bad experience for my own kiddos. Staff is nice but we did not appreciate having to leave early due to my child's clothing getting ruined. I wish they provided a more safe and clean area for the smaller children. read more

There is a 4 and under area and a place to build with giant lego blocks and play connect four by the bathroom. If you want to book a party there are private rooms but private party times costs extra. I like that they have individual size pizzas cooked when you order instead of having food under heat lamps, the size is big enough for my kids. The area was clean and all the parents were very mindful of their own children. This is something that I normally don't see at other indoor play parks. There is a small inflatable jump house and inflatable slide when you walk in with maybe 10 to 15 small arcade type games. A separate area designated for 3 and younger, and a Lego type corner with an oversized connect 4 and foam Lego blocks. This was in addition to the main play area which was pretty well maintained and big enough for adults to join in on the fun (or follow younger children around) I was impressed with the layout and the prices. My kids love indoor playgrounds and I always try to find a place with large structures. So happy to have found this one. This place is huge! Easy to find In a shopping center. We'll start with prices. Adults are free with paid kids which I like because I have seen places where they charge adults. There's also sibling rates. I like that you don't have to pay extra for their special L2P socks as it comes with admission. I had to pay $1 for them since I was free so not big a deal. Cost $46 for my 3 kids (7,4,1.5) The place was pretty clean. They have designated areas for little babies, toddlers and then the big structure for older kids. There's also a food court that had a little Happy Hour for discounted food although we didn't eat there. They also have arcades where you can earn tickets for prizes. My kids really enjoyed this place. They do require face masks unless you're eating or drinking. Management does a good job to ensure everyone stays safe. There were kids pushing play cars up the big slides or kids hanging in basketball hoops. We'd come back. read more

The play areas are fun, and kids don't really get bored fast here. The only downside is that this is not a clean play space. They make everyone wear socks, but the floors are filthy, and the place has a bad odor overall. I was not comfortable leaving my little one to crowl here. WOO HOO! This is a better deal compared to Chuck E Cheese The pizzas here are ehhhh. I would suggest grabbing little Cesar's down the street on your way home -- less expensive and better. This lady not only was excessively and unnecessarily aggressive towards me but my 2 year old son! HOW CAN YOU TREAT A TINY LITTLE KID THAT WAY? She's apparently notorious for calling cops, scolding kids,telling people to leave from what i found out. My 22 month year old had a great time here. She was very excited to see the arcade and several play areas. Parents are allowed in the play area; but keep in mind there is a 250lb limit for the structures. You also have to purchase socks for $2.50/each. They do not allow the use of personal socks. Overall, the facility was well conditioned and very clean. As for the food, I tried the chicken pesto pizza. We had birthday party here and everything went smoothly. The decorations, food, was all taken care of. Easiest birthday party ever!

Private party here for a Saturday night at 5:30pm. The party host named Kayla is completely disorganized and a terrible party organizer. I hope you don't get assigned to her. If you do, switch asap! Raquel the manager is just as disorganized. They ask you a bunch of questions about your party and no one is writing anything down. They just tell you okay and they will try to accommodate whatever you are requesting and day of the party they just give you whatever color they have in stock and are totally clueless. Kayla told me I could come in along with a few family members 30 mins earlier to set up my cake and food and I arrived 15 mins early and then she told me I was the only one that could enter the party room to set up and went on and on about rules. Wasting our time briefing us about how no one from my party can enter the play area before 5:30pm and now I'm the only person that can go into the party room to set up WTF? Obviously we didn't have enough time to set up because Kayla chose to waste precious time instead of being in the party room to set up too!! By the time my party started , the tables for the adults weren't even set up by Kayla or Raquel. Pizza was not ready on time either. When I asked Kayla if pizzas are going to be here at 5:30pm because it was already 5:30 and guests had arrived and no pizza was out, she said OH?!! And then ran to the kitchen to tell them. Pizzas didn't make it out until almost 6pm. No forks and knives , plates and napkins for the adults until I asked for it which meant I had to leave the room multiple times to find staff to tell them. Adults had to take plates and forks from the kids tables to serve themselves. I already told Kayla and Raquel a WEEK prior that pizzas were to be ready at 5:30pm. Neither knew this information at the time of the party. I also asked for NO black cups or plates and I got black cups. The knives and forks they provided were random colors like it was leftovers from a previous party. I asked for Car theme colors which were red and blue. We got 4 black knives and a handful of orange forks for the adults. To add insult to injury, Raquel's son was playing in the area during my private party and he was kicking a ball up and down the slide when I was checking in. All this time, Kayla was lecturing me about how none of my guests can enter the play area before 5:30pm because it had to be cleaned. I guess the rules don't apply to the manager's son. Go find another indoor facility to have your party because there are many options like in Livermore or Union City. This place will gladly take your money but they won't put in the effort to do anything else. They keep removing my negative review. Fast forward and you get a free month membership with the purchase of the private party and they can't even do that correctly. This place has so much potential but the staff and managers really need to get their act together. Machines still not working etc. Never again will I have a party here. Go elsewhere!!! read more

I've been here a handful of times with my energetic 3yr old I like that the front has a gate and desk blocking the main door, kids can't run out to the parking lot. The back door has an alarm but it's close to the play structure so I recommend always watching your little ones. Awesome venue and great service. We just hosted an end of season team celebration for a group of elementary school age kids at this location. All of our guests had a great time and we were given exceptional service from the staff. We had a private room for eating and for holding our award ceremony. Staff decorated the room in our team's colors prior to our arrival. We ordered pizza, chicken nuggets, wings and drinks. All the food tasted great and the kids ate everything on their plates. The business also sells adult beverages which made the parents happy too. Earlier this month, we celebrated my son's birthday here. It was very much well worth the money, everyone had a great time with the unlimited play and everything was organized and taken care of by the staff from decorations, to food, hosting the party and getting things moving along in a timely manner. The place advertises to have an infant/toddler space, which is why I decided to bring my 1 year old. I even called the day before to confirm. They do have a space for 4 and under but nobody enforces that rule. We had 5,6,7 year olds constantly running into that space, throwing toys, balls everywhere. My one year old was petrified and didn't leave my side. When I went and told management, they said "there's not much we can do. We can try to make an announcement". If you're unable to safely maintain a space for infant/toddlers, please don't advertise it! Absolute waste of our time and money, and we had a very scared 1 year old to calm down after. read more
