Came here for the first time with my toddler (age 4) and she had a BLAST. Slime is not allowed at home so this was very special. I love their setup. You pick a slime base, which is the consistency and texture. Then your child can pick a base color. After they mix it up, they can play with the slime until they're ready to add more like sparkles, balls, and other designs. Aside from making the slime and squishing it, there isn't much else you can do here. I wish they had other activities to do with the slime. The staff was super friendly and great with kids. Overall a fun experience.

We came to Slime Kitchen for the second day in a row and it's a really cool place for kids, especially if they love slime. The first day we went was February 13 around 12-1 PM. It was busy that day, and unfortunately I didn't catch the name of the woman who helped us, but she was great and very patient. Even with how busy it was, we didn't feel rushed and the experience was really enjoyable. We came back again on Valentine's Day around the same time. This time Caitlin helped us. She was good and helpful, but the experience felt a little rushed even though we were the only ones in the shop at the time. Overall, it's a great experience for kids. It is a little pricey, but if your child likes slime, it's definitely something they'll enjoy and have fun doing. read more

Had a blast at slime kitchen this last weekend! My daughter is 3 years old and shes come to this place a few times, but this time really stood out. It was super busy, but all the girls working accommodated everyone accordingly. They were all very patient, polite and helpful! I wish I caught all their names, but the girl with piercings was very sweet, and Erin with pink hair was the best! My husband and I noticed they also had Kpop demon hunter themed slimes, but our daughter's favorite, Rumi, was sold out (not surprising). So our daughter decided to make her own Rumi slime! Erin made our daughter's experience so special, that she is still talking about this slime kitchen visit. I had a terrible experience at this place. I took my granddaughter to the Slime Kitchen along with my service dog, and the person in charge told us we had to leave without even asking about the dog's status. Security was called, even though we left immediately, and they confirmed the dog was allowed. It was a huge misunderstanding, but the manager was rude, dismissive, and seemed to be on a power trip. On top of that, the place was overpriced. I will never go back and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

Came in knowing that I wanted to buy a couple of their premade slimes. The display of the premade slimes is right up against the window with one row of slime behind the other. You can't go around to look at the other side because the glass is there so you have to reach through and move things around to look at all the options, which is a bit inconvenient. Found a couple that worked for what we wanted - the checkout process was easy and quick. read more

Izzy and Samantha was awesome. Our first time here and the ladies were very kind and sharing slime details. They have lots of options and the slime actually smells good. It has lots of options to choose from for slime kits, diy, and mystery bags. Definitely recommend going to slime kitchen if your kids love slime. read more

Here, there are free parking spaces along street as well as a small parking lot down the road. At the trailhead, you reach the Courdet Trail and can hike up about 2-miles (1,000 ft elevation gain). It sounds strenuous but it actually isn't too bad as the incline levels out in numerous places and there is plenty of shade all along the trail. From the top of the trail, you can head back down the way you came, or connect with a handful of other trails at the top and keep going! I went on a Sunday morning around 7:30 and it wasn't too difficult finding parking. The trail also wasn't too crowded, but by the time I finished around 9:30 the crowds were picking up. Dog friendly and clean!

My AP and college application portfolios both contributed largely to my successful MIT and Harvard application processes, and I am forever indebted to my time at Ichen for this accomplishment.
