Just celebrated my baby's BIG 10! I've spoken to Skylar and Mike for all my questions and booking which made it so easy. You even get to send a link to guest with a personal msg for your party! Bring your own food & drinks. Utensils and cake cutter is provided if you don't have. Mini fridge for your beverage. Every room has a Bluetooth speaker which is so cool! You get to listen to what you like. Just be mindful smashing can get loud. They can give you earplugs. Jumpsuit is provided! Sneakers and clothes you don't completely care about for painting is a MUST. Or you can purchase the cover ups. Our kids had so much fun in both but painting was their favorite!! Def recommend this spot if you're looking for a date night/party activities. You won't be disappointed

My kid and her friends had an amazing time celebrating her birthday at iSmash in pleasanton. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is really clean (before the smashing anyway..lol). This is our second time here in a month and we will definitely be back.

    The aftermath

We celebrated my son's 8th birthday at iSMASH and it was an absolute blast! Eleven excited kids got to safely smash a variety of fun items -- which, according to them, was "the best thing ever!" Then they headed into the neon paint splatter room with black lights and bright colors everywhere. It was perfectly controlled chaos and basically every 8-year-old's dream. The staff was amazing -- attentive, organized, and so great with the kids. There was a great selection of items to break, which kept the energy high the whole time. We finished with a pizza party, making it the perfect start-to-finish celebration. The kids are still talking about it! We'll absolutely be back. If you're looking for a unique, high-energy birthday party idea, this is it!

Great place for a surprise valentine's gift from my hubby to smash a brunch of stuff. They also host parties and events with paint sessions too. We need to check this out next time. Thank you ismash team for a smashing fun evening!

    The result of our fun!

At iSmash for my explore Pleasanton Day, the safety vid was hilarious for the paint splatter experience!

I walked inside and took a look at the cute aprons , special edition if cooking wares . The ambiance was homely and welcoming. Lady staff was friendly and she gave me a list of all the cooking classes they offer : both adults and children classes . It offered different types of cuisines: Italian , German , pizza , dim sum , Japanese , Vietnamese, French , etc . Today was Monday , there were a summer vacation camp class going on and it lasted 2.5 hours . The prices are very reasonable. I enjoyed looking at their cookware . One is the Nora Fleming mini . They are ceramic figures with vibrant colors . You can put it in the side of the Nora Fleming dish to add to the theme of your signature cooking . They are so cute and it has many styles : pearl in a clam shelf , elf , flower basket , love and engagement ring , flamingo, champagne , etc They are made with great details and vibrant colors . I also was amazed at a glass jar for crushing garlic , paired with a small video on the shelf . The aprons designs are pretty and prices are fair . This is an interesting store for Kitchen supplies and cooking classes. There are reason while they opened since 2006 and the business still going strong . 5/5 recommendations ! She chose the clay art activity with a "Sea Friends" theme because it sounded creative and exciting for the kids, but the actual experience did not meet expectations at all. There were only three very simple animal designs offered, which was far too limited for a two-hour birthday party and not engaging enough to keep the children interested. The employees assisting with the activity did not appear to be properly trained to host or manage a children's party. Their instructions were unclear, they spoke very softly, and there was little enthusiasm or interaction with the kids. The atmosphere felt dull and unorganized instead of fun and energetic like a birthday celebration should be. Many of the children lost interest quickly because there was no excitement, guidance, or effort to keep them engaged. What was most disappointing was that, despite booking a two-hour party, the actual clay activity lasted only around 40 minutes. After that, there was very little for the kids to do, leaving them bored and restless for most of the remaining time. As a parent spending money to create a memorable milestone birthday for my daughter, I expected a much better-planned and professionally hosted experience. I chose this place hoping it would create happy memories for my daughter and her friends, but instead it turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience for both the kids and the parents attending the party.

At $80 per child for the most basic package on a weekend I expected a higher level of service. Throughout the party, I had to ask for everything. I had to request water pitchers, ask for a candle and lighter, and no one offered to help cut the cake. The staff didn't offer much help coordinating the event. I've had parties at Pump It Up, where the staff was much more attentive and proactive. I also had an unpleasant interaction with an employee (Scott?). The employee's old white car was parked in front of the facility, with its windows completely down and a cracked windshield, and its alarm went off. The employee came outside, WALKED ON THE HOOD OF HIS CAR to turn off the alarm, and then accused me of hitting his car. My husband and the five children in my car all confirmed that I didn't. After confronting me in the parking lot, he walked back into K1 while I followed behind. I found it very inappropriate for an employee to yell at a customer, especially as they were entering the business. The kids enjoyed themselves, but the overall customer service was not up to my expectations. When I book a party I like to be stress free, otherwise I would just host a party at my own house.

They smoke their turkey in house apparently, and you definitely got that smokey flavor from it. I ordered a Caesar Salad too as the side and it was delicious. A properly made Caesar Salad that you can still taste the anchovies in the dressing. Minus a star because our waiter kept forgetting things, whether it was one or two sets of utensils, one or two waters, one or two straws, he kept having to come back and forth from the kitchen which is kind of a far walk in the establishment (on opposite ends from our table, really). Also I would've appreciated if they had mentioned to us to book the games in advanced before it became all sold out. We had a big party and the least they could've done is to foresee that we would potentially like to play some bocce ball or whatnot after and ask us about it.

This review is about the food. OMG. What a pleasant surprise! You expect "okay" food - this was WAY better than OK. This was fantastic. I had the ahi fish tacos - a must order. Light and airy shell with a tasty ahi mix insert. Could very well be the best fish taco I've had - it's not your traditional "here's some tuna and cabbage in a corn tortilla" taco and that's a great thing. It's unique and amazing. Our friends split a pizza and salad and raved about how perfect the pizza was. They wanted a crispy crust and got what they wanted. My wife ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer in her crafty way to embellish her beef hamburger with bacon. She asked medium rare. She got medium rare. Very enjoyable. Our service was beyond great. It wasn't super busy and often the staff gets distracted when it's not busy - in this case our service was perfect. Da Boccery ambiance is obviously linked to all the entertainment that's there but the tables are nicely separated from the courts and simulators, and even during bocce or the simulator, there are comfortable couches and tables if you want to eat there - we did drinks there, then ate in the more "restaurant" area of the place. We will absolutely be going there just for the food and that says a lot.
